My own personal review
As someone from a third world country, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and quality provided by 24 Hour Fitness. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.One of the things that really stood out to me was the timeliness of the service. The gym was open 24 hours a day, which allowed me to work out at a time that was convenient for me. The equipment was also well-maintained and always available when I needed it. I never had to wait for a machine or worry about overcrowding.
In terms of customer service, the staff at 24 Hour Fitness were always helpful and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance on how to use the equipment properly. They also offered personal training services, which were affordable and effective.

24 hours is good for fitness freaks
AS far as I concerned, it is well-equipped with modern machines, friendly staff and the perfect place to make sweat for decent price

They were awesome
I hate exercise, but at least they didn't seem frustrated with my need for exercise. some places will only focus on the people who are training and already have a slim waist and toned muscles, but they were really helpful in making sure I got the training I needed to keep myself healthy without going to any extremes with it.

Interesting to find out that all the clubs are the same across the country'¦ filthy and broken down. I spoke to customer service today to report that the AIR CONDITIONING in the cycle room is broken AGAIN. My club is located in SOUTH FLORIDA. Imagine a business operating without air conditioning in So. Flo. I think this organization has gotten too large. Perhaps we should all find different clubs to give our money to. I pay for 4 memberships. Think they'll miss me? (Doubtful.)

A review on 24 Hour Fitness
It is quite a nice place to have a gym or for a work out. One can always find a good trainer here but it should improve lots of it's system and one of them it's parking system, and also there are very much crowd and it is not well managed.But still one can have a nice workout here.

24 Hour Fitness
The local branch is at a really convenient spot for me, where it's just close enough where I can walk there, adding to the workout I do there. The wide range of machines I can use there really helps me stay in shape. Also as the name suggests, I can drop in anytime I need to work out.

Not good!
Dingy functional gym. I'll admit, I'm fond of this place, but really it's not that good. During the week, it is over crowded. Friday night and dinner time on Sat and Sunday are totally fine. Good variety of cardio machines for such a small space. They're good about maintaining these machines (tight belts, few out of orders). Decent selection of weight machines. Good utilization of a really odd building layout.Here are the problems:
1) very poor ventilation in both the cardio room and the tiny downstairs weight room; also that fan in the corner by the treadmills should never be off
2) people are bad about putting back the weights
3) way too crowded during peak times
4) parking is inexplicably bad; I think it's next to the world's most popular outback steakhouse
4) odd weight machine omissions; some mis-labeled weight amounts (I'm about 40% sure of this last part)
5) I didn't believe it when I read it on other reviews, but there really is a guy who dries his balls with the hand dryer. It's real. I swear.

Good but misleading
I thought the facilities were great, the instructors were helpful, and the atmosphere nice. However I am disappointed that their name 24 hour is misleading as at least in my area it most definitely is not.I would say its a notch above the other gyms in town.
I wish they had the jacks where I could plug my iphone in. I have the 5 so I guess it will take a while for technology to catch up.

Great gym!
This is a great, honest gym company! The trainers are all awesome and helpful, the facilities are always clean and well-maintaned, and the prices cannot be beat! Recommended!

LOVE THIS PLACE
its 24 hours so you can go anytime you need to if you have a busy schedual. There are so many different classes, and tools to use it is great. Zumba classes here are lots of fun

So many work out items
There is just a ton of items to work out with. One day I almost spent 24 hours using the different items. No joke. Different types of weights and things like cycling machines to pull up bars. This place has not let me down.

i love this place!
this is one of the best gyms that i have ever been to. they are not too expensive and well worth the price. customer service is great and they really show that they care.

Solid Gym

24 Hour Fitness: Convenience at Price
Overall I had a good experience with 24 hour fitness, I like to be able to enjoy my workout at any point in the day. The amount of machines was adequate but like most other gyms you do have to deal with overly pushy salesmen and personal trainers when you are first signing up for a membership. If you can make it passed that hassle the membership is definitely worth the time.

Dude, gym or doll-house, tiny I know this the Castro... But come on.
This is the smallest gym I have ever seen in my life. It. Is crazy crowded with a desk consuming roughly 30 of the space. The trainers don't appear to ever workout. Being a visual person engaging in a physical activity I am not inspired nor feel like I could gain anything from someone that from appearance never goes to a gym. I might but we will never know plus the place is to damn small. After two workouts I exercised the words excuse me and I am sorry more than my body trying not to hit people. And I was simply trying to do a shoulder press or curl. Not worth the hassle. I will work with life sacks of rocks before I ever go back to this gym... Sacks of rocks sounds fun... Very happy with this gym
24 Hour Fitness is a great place to work out. Depending on the location of the gym they have great trainers and are very kind people. The childcare is also great, and in general we have had a great experience here.

Good gym
These are usually well kept gyms. Although, the name is a misnomer-- not all locations are still opne 24hrs.

At times a little crowded, but overall a decent place to work out.
Pros: lots of equipment color coded for sections, 30 minute workout area, pool,Cons: no parking lot, walls are bare, employee uniforms are dull, no childcare
The equipment functions with an easy atmosphere. At times a little crowded, but overall a decent place to work out. My biggest complaint is that there is no child care, atleast not at the one in my area.
