I will surely express it as an excellent service. The call center guys were helpful, it was really an awesome call experience. Its price is too low and a good service too.doosaybee.... January 17th, 2013
Good Phone Service
My former employer used 8x8 phone service and I never had a problem with it. I spent A LOT of time on the phone (call center) and the reception was awesome and calls were always clear. Recommended!Gugurekas.... August 7th, 2012
Very satisfied.
As a business owner, I was recommended the 8x8 phones for my company. The phones had great reception, and came at quite the reasonable price.helpowlalex.... May 20th, 2012

8x8
8x8 offers a much needed service for anyone who is wanting to keep their business line separate from their personal line but does not want to take on another cell phone contract that could easily cost them upwards of 50 dollars a month. This makes 8x8's services not only a steal at 24.99 a month but a very viable option for anyone looking to work from their home. In my time using he service I found the call quality to be excellent and never had problems with customer service or support, even when I decided to no longer use the service.SirensRnotAmyth.... BAD Business
We were told after purchasing this product and service that it's not recommended for customers with radio internet. 'Too bad for you' was my answer from 8x8. Their solution was for me to sell my new phones on Ebay. I spent over $600 trying to upgrade my internet and tried 3 different internet providers. I also spent $400 on 3 phones and they charged me $487 for one month of service and cancellation fees. The system never worked right. They really want to sell their phones.pchaitanya....
