Impossible to understand what has happened to the Monopoly APS ... there is NO CU

Impossible To Understand What Has Happened To The Monopoly Aps ... There Is No Customer Service, The Website Is Not User-friendly.
We Went On-line To Pay The Bill And Discovered Bill Was Quadrupled - Yes! Quadrupled!
Website Was Useless!!! We Then Tried To Call - Were On Hold 1 Hour, Then Tried To Locate A Place To Go In-person To Unravel The Problem And All We Could Find Was Wal-mart Paystation To Pay 1/4 Of The Bill (which Should Have Been The Normal Amount! Terrible Service!
