your product sucks it completely disabled the wireless capabilities of my laptop following the uninstall of AVG antivirus, you jerks wont call back after repeated calls to you for support regarding this, I am going to report you to the Federal government for selling a virus which you call an antivirus AS THERE IS NO WAY ANY OTHER PAID ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS DO WHAT YOUR PROGRAM DID TO MY COMPUTER----ALSO CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY TO SUE YOU FOR SCREWING UP A PERFECTLY GOOD COMPUTER WITH YOUR BOGUS PRODUCT WHICH COST WAY TO MUCH FOR THE DAMAGE IT HAS NOW CAUSED!!!!!!!!

I was a loyal fan of AVG. You guys have screwed this company. By adding search bars that require someone from NASA to remove and by sticking reminder notices for renewal that cannot be extracted you have turned your product into a virus. You had a great simple too use product. Save your reputation!!

Used to use them
I used AVG for internet security for a long time. They were great to work with and always did a great job protecting me from viruses.

A case for the B.B.B.
I should have read the reviews on AVG before purchasing two years of service. when I was downloading AVG 2011, I was prompted to enter a license number which was supposed to be in my email. That never happened, it was not supplied by AVG. Trying to get online support or by phone is impossible. I should have bought a virus protection for my new loptop at the store. Live and learn. Stay away from this company, they are the worlds worst.

Good Protection, & Free!
I've been really happy with AVG. It doesn't slow my computer down and still provides good protection. Also, the Free version is really all you need to protect your computer.

Horrible
I really dislike AVG. It seemed to slow down my computer more than any other program ever has! It did not work properly. It almost seemed to function like malware on my computer! Beware!

I had nothing but trouble after downloading the program and forget support, they wanted me to "pay" for tech support! I've never had these issues with other anti-viral programs. Five days and waiting for their response to my email for a refund. My worst experience ever.

Customer support is horrible. Don't bother trying to get a refund. It's next to impossible, even if the mistake is theirs. I would suggest contacting your local Better Business Bureau, but that wouldn't help when all they receive is complaints about the company.

AVG was unable to find my license code when I neede to reinstall. Worst support ever!
