Ace great store
Ace Hardware is a one-stop fix all store. You can find locks for doors to toilet accessories to tools for working. Ace hardware really allows you to find the tools necessary to improve your home. Workers are very nice and informative.

Great store when looking for home repair items
We have an Ace Hardware close to us and I can go in there and find just about anything I need when it comes to home repairs.Also, the staff has always seemed knowledgeable within their department.
Overall, this is a great store for when you need to run out and buy a home repair item or needed tool.

Ace has it all!
Anytime I need hardware, I know Ace will have it, and for a great price! I use this store a lot for home improvement issues and the employees are SO awesome and helpful. Recommended!

Pretty Good
Ace almost always has what Im l;ooking for however they practically ignore you unless you ask for theior help-at lest inmy local store.

Helpful and Informative
Whenever I visit my local Ace Hardware I always walk away with what I wanted and a little more information about the home project I am working on. The workers are always very nice and helpful, without their help though I doubt I would be able to find anything in the store!

Eager to help
Its not often I don't find myself needing something on the weekend to fix a toy, hang a picture or just get an unusual "no one did it" stain out of couch cushions. I can waln into Ace and I know that someone will find all my options for me, walk me directly the product and ask if I need anything else. It's uncommon to go into any store these days and know everyone will go out of their way to help you. Being a woman I dread going to the large home improvement stores, I leave feeling like I entered a mans only domain. Not so at Ace, I've never felt bad for shopping for a tool etc. I love this store!ohredly.... January 16th, 2012
nice place
their slogan "ace the helpful place" isn't just for show. it really is a helpful place. I needed certain things to fix the fence and the employees helped me find what i needed. The only problem is that the employees are not plentiful.crazyredhead87.... November 24th, 2011
Great and personal service
My local Ace store is wonderful. They are never patronizing, even when it takes a little work sometimes to figure out what I need. I never feel stupid when asking for explanations.

Ace hardware
For all my hardware needs (and they are plenty), I go to Pearl Hardware/Ace first. They have a pretty large selection packed into a small space. And it's very centrally located right across the freeway from the Pearl. Everyone is quite helpful, and usually either friendly or hilariously dour. A dour hardware store, who would have thought?I've bought hand tools, garbage cans, bubble gum and drill bits here. I've also had plexiglas cut to size and paint mixed to order. All excellent and fairly priced. Also they are quite possibly the fastest key-cutters in the West. Zip.

Just Rude
Recently I acquired a very old but great working pressure-cooker after several great meals it locked up, the seal inside and was unable to open it. By chance about a month later, I stopped in and was told by a very friendly and helpful gentlemen, "That happens on occasionally, bring it in and I will open it for you,, We also carry any replacement parts you may need" . He determined the inside seal had lock up.The following week I returned with my son and the now stinky pot, I was greeted with a look of shock and disbelief by several females. I was told no one there knew how to open those things. After some research they suggested, it could have been and employee who was not working that day and to check back with them. Today I called and was rudely told no one there had talked to me or told me they could not help me, while I trying to ask if they even carried the parts, the woman who answered the phone just kept interrupting me saying "We can not help you here!! We can not help you here!!" and then hung up the phone on me.This is never been my experience with any other Ace Hardware (even from that store where I had shopped many times never seeing these new faces) or nearby and I will not be sorry to see their customer service skill sink to such levels.My business with be taken elsewhere.

My favorite hardware store.
Ace hardware has been a place of joy for me ever since I was a young child. I remember going there for whatever fix-it-up projects we had around the house, and to get tools or other sorts of things we would need. The employees are always knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help. Every time I have had to return a product their was no problem, which seems to be a rare thing in today's world. This is a great, well-established company, and I will love it until the day I die.
