Not as I expected
Actually I went once using this airlines but the experience was bad. It got worst when I came to know that the headphones provided by them were not working. I flew Paris to Cape Town via Johannesburg with Air France. For such a big new plane, it was completely under par. The cabin was hot inside, plane was delayed, the food was average. The delay caused us to miss our connecting flight and no effort was made from Air France to assist us or inform us.Anonymous-83011.... November 8th, 2012
MY WIFE & I TOOK AIR FRANCE FROM HOUSTON TO PARIS IN OCTOBER. THIS WAS THE BEST AIR LINE EXPERIANCE THAT WE HAVE EVER HAD. THE AIRCRAFT (777) THE SEATS-- THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK CARE OF THE PASSANGERS -- ALL FIRST CLASS, THE BEST EVER. WILL FLY AIR FRANCE AT THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY. SINCERLY, Chuck Omundson

Reasonable flight? Don't look here.
I could not find a reasonable priced flight from three different airports in my area to Toronto, nothing coach or cost effective, had to upgrade seats every time.pchaitanya.... April 30th, 2011

We flew to Italy via Air France March and April return 2011. Our son is 6 and has a severe peanut allergy. He can go into anaphylatic shock if he consumes nut products. We travel with snacks, benadryl and epi pens. We notified the airline in advance of his needs. Air France did not have any appropriate food for him on either flight from Detroit to Paris or from Paris to Detroit. The flight attendant on the return flight was rude and told us they don't do nut free meals. He told us to call next time. Really? Great idea- we did call! He then told me to get a guarantee next time. He did not have a response when I asked how I go about doing that. And to argue with a passenger at 35,000 feet -great way to provide customer service. We have never had these issues on Lufthansa or KLM. He told us to order gluten free next time. Hmm they accommodate kosher, vegetarian, gluten free and say they are so concerned about safety. Try telling a 6 year old there is nothing he can eat. We have filed a complaint with the DOT airline consumer enforcement. Air France is hard to reach and it would seem they don't care anyway.
