BAD customer service !!!!!

If that is the way you train your staff to handle customers. You have failed miserably. No respect to your customers. Being rude is that the Alamo policy ?

I called Alamo twice through the Delta referherral. Both times the agent was unable to find an available car at BGO airport. I know that was an error since I am planning 6 months in advance. Something is wrong with this system.

First impression oohh nice

And then the real problems began.
First my tire went flat on my first outing with the rental than the check oil came on and the car ran hot. I was given a full refund and also another car with a free weekend,Although the compensated me for the problems I'll never go back again.

Reliability issues

When renting a car from Alamo the one I "reserved" over the phone was no longer there when I arrived at the rental service. Why take a reservation if you are just going to give the car away to someone else anyway? Poor customer service, I do not recommend.

Unsafe vehicle

Alamo rented me an unsafe vehicle. I have never before had a problem with a car rental, but over the course of a five day rental, I had three issues. The final issue was that the front headlight unit blew off the car while I was driving on an Interstate. Alamo is now billing me for the damage. I will not rent from this company again.
