today i ate at the Arbys in Beaufort, sc ordered a classic arbys and a cherry turnover. the sandwich wasn't hot so i approached the counter and informed them it was cold. She took the sandwich and within 2 min. another one was handed to me no better than the first. This is not the first time the sandwich is not hot. I probably won't be going back in the near future.

Arby's has definitely screwed up their Jamoca shakes. These new shakes don't even taste like jamocha, have whipped cream and chocolate floating on top and the flat lid is now a dome. A while back, the shakes became so thick it took half an hour for to melt to the point where you could get it through a straw. Now, this. My family will NEVER patronize Arby's again ! Congratulations to the genius who thought this up ! David Clark, Blue Ridge, Georgia.

My husband and I went fir the first time last night to Arby's!! It was awful! The curly fries were iced cold and my chicken sandwich was iced cold, dry , and on a stale Greasy bun!Went back around to window and nobody came to window
The food was awful for $13! Pretty sad service and food

Your Arby's store in Altus, ok has lose the quality it once had. I'm not sure why? But there needs to be a change!
The last few times I have eaten there the food made my have diarrhea for a few days.
So I've stopped eating there. Which is very sad because I've always love Arby's market bacon turkey ranch sandwich.

I've been going to the same Arbys on East Main Street in Whitehall Ohio today. I ordered a fish sandwich value meal with only tartar sauce and cheese when I received the meal had lettuce on it which I did not like and I'm allergic to your curly fries in both males were horrible taste burnt you could tell the grease is old the meat on a Reuben was tough to chew and I am very disappointed and Arbys was one of my top restaurants get it together Arbys or you can or you can lose me as a customer

I was just there at restaurant#1988 first the roast beef was thickly sliced but my main concern is the roast beef was still raw.i usually like eating arbys but the past three times at this one particular store I have bad experiences.so as of now you have lost a loyal customer

I went to store #0992 in Columbia Tennessee at 5:22pm.I ordered 2 loaded Italian sandwiches. Asked for extra onion which I didn't get!!! No cheese or lettuce on either sandwich,and they weren't even warm when I got home. Plus the bread on both sandwiches was hard and stale!!!! Complete waste of my money...

I tried the buttermilk chicken buffalo style. It was not crispy. It slid out of the bun. Basically really hard to eat. The sauce was good though. I realize its difficult running a business yet I feel no one actually cares in how its ran.

We stopped on October 2nd at the Arby's in Bryson City North Carolina got one pork belly sandwich 1 brisket sandwich both the sandwiches were terrible not appealing and cold also two orders of curly fries the fries were not even full and they were cold also needless to say we will not eat there again

I noticed you all are cutting back on the meat portions that you put on your Crunchy Chicken salad. I paid $5.53 for this salad and the meat portion has been reduced, but there is plenty of lettuce. You advertise, "We have the meats." I guess I'll have to go elsewhere to get my salads at lunch time; even though you guys are right across the street. You can't scam the public.

I ordered the new brown sugar bacon roast beef sandwich, and got crumbles on my sandwich. I was very disappointed after seeing the commercial and actually buying the sandwich and not getting strips of bacon...and not to mention my lettuce was soggy and disgusting!!!

I recently purchased one of the "new" Italian Meatball sandwich at a local Arby's restaurant.I was VERY disappointed by the taste,appearance & texture of the meat,sauce & bread.Just awful.It tasted like it was full of salt.This might not be at "all" Arby's,but this one located on Old Spartanburg Rd.in Taylor's need to stop advertising.

me an my family went to arbys yesturday the location on miltary an 90 well we waited 25min for our order and thats that they got it wrong my daughter ordered a buffalo slider and she got a refular on so i let them know she didnt get her sandwich until 20 min later service was awful!!!!!!!!!!and the tenders my husband got were burned cant believe this....

I've been seeing the Arby's BLT commercial for the last two weeks and couldn't wait to try yesterday was finally the day and boy what a disappointment the sandwich wasn't good at all small very little bacon what a disappointment I had more mayonnaise on the sandwich then baking that's all I really could taste was the mayonnaise never again will I try that sandwich.

Arbys employee stole my purse. It was caught on camera
I went to Arbys near 16th and Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN. I ordered my food inside. the cashier and register was to the far right of the counter. when cashier brings my milkshake she puts its on the far left. when i walked from one end of counter to the other the employee snatched my purse. as soon as i noticed it missing i had to beg manager to pull surveillance tape. sure enough he said it was an employee who had just left and recommended i call police. police arrive and they start to show officer video. he did see the thief's face the manager shut video off warrant and told him he needed a warrant. the officer was in complete shock. he said he has never had a large company refuse to assist police officers with information to help a customer who is a victim of a crime. the officer said had they gave him a name he possibly could have recovered most if not all of my belongings. he was ready to head to the residence of employee but because Arbys wouldn't cooperate they delayed things that could of helped me. the officer called me later that evening stating a warrant for the release of the video was in the works. so now im waiting to hear from a detective assigned to the case. Who would of guessed my $10 lunch at Arbys would cost me 10x more than that (if not more) for an employee to steal cash, gift cards, jewlery, cellphone, etc not counting what it has cost me to rekey locks, replacing pad locks, and replacing ignitions because this lady felt the need to steal from me. hexk birth certificates are $20 each and I have 6 to replace. this really set me back. shame on the managers for not cooperating with IMPD. im beginning to think i may need to hire an attorney in order to proceed further. im not stopping until im compensated for my loss. thats only fair.Anonymous-158872.... Hello! I used to be a HUGE fan of Arby's, and j visited your location in Lake forest, CA and the beef and cheddar was horribly dry and NOT what it used to be :; we ordered3, and all seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp along with the fries. Disappointed is an understatement!! L

My name is Tammy I live in Nicholasville ky..our Arby's here well let me tell you that I'm very upset with our store we only have one anyway you guys talk about the MEAT!!!!on your sandwiches and I can take my sandwich and take button bun off and fold it in half and still have bread left over so I just paid almost 10.00 for a combo meal and every time I have a issue with this store I'm not the one to complain about to much of anything but I've had enough looking at your commercials knowing you all are big fat liars and you suck this will be my last trip to any Arby's restuaraunt including Lexington ky next County away your you need to make things right with your stupid commercials that are so full of B.S....just sick to death with you after 30 yrs I'm 46 now you all sucks and always have I have been nice for way to long and tonight I just had it...sincerely Tammy Hanley NICHOLASVILLE KY...40356..

Please remove the fish sandwiches from your selections of edible food. I have enjoyed fish sandwiches from McDonald's, Burger King and Culver's, but the fish sandwiches we had from Arby's tonight were the worse fish sandwiches I have ever had. They were dry and hard with no flavor, like hockey pucks. Please do not offer them to the public. Stick with your roast beef sandwiches - the sandwiches that made you famous, and stay away from fish. They truly were awful.

Arby's used to be my favorite fast-food restaurant, but tonight I got a crispy chicken salad that only had three (I counted) very small pieces of chicken on it & no croutons or crispy element. I was very disappointed! This is the first time I've ever written, but i felt compelled to do so. Compared to Chick Fil-A's chicken salad, it's sad.

I just ordered the Arby's 5 sandwich deal and was very disappointed. Normally it's fine but this time the bread was a little stale and the temperature of the sandwiches ruined the taste. This occurred in Atlanta Georgia at the CNN Center. I am visiting from North Carolina. This may seem trivial but I wasn't the only one eating and it kind of took away from moment.

Got a beef and cheddar classic and asked specifically for no Arby's sauce. The girl on the mic was like "uh, sauce?" Ok. Got the sandwich and it was soaked in arbys sauce and hardly any cheddar. It's called a beef and cheddar guys, come on. Dissapointed. Feel like I shouldn't have had to waste money on this.

Paid almost 6$ for an arbys cordon bleu and chick was so hard almost couldn't chew the sandwich . I normally love arbys but the last two times I've been there the food has tasted old and for the price you pay it should be quality food . Both these times has been night side at Parrish ave.

I tried the new fish on flat bread, I was completely disappointed. The fish ,tartar sauce and even the cheese had no flavor. Some salt and spice in the breading would help. It was large enough, but flavorless. So I'll not purchase anymore.

We stopped in to have the New King Hawaiian fish sandwich. It wasn't even cooked fresh, it was like it was cooked and left under some lights because it was served just a lil bit warmer than room temperature. Overall I was very unsatisfied with the sandwich.

My son got a pound of Arby's roast beef from an Arby's in Kokomo Indiana for me and got charged $18.99. I later found out that they put 7 ounces on a roast beef max. I could have bought 2 roast beef max sandwich for a little more than half of what I spent for the whole pound of just the meat! I am definitely spreading the word about how I got ripped off!

My brother and I went to Arby's off hwy 90 in ocean springs Ms and he ordered the spicy jalapeño brisket and we were very upset because it was not what we expected the commercial showed a nice size burger but this one was smashed down and it had no cheese it was just so tiny compared to the commercial it was very disappointing but we should of checked it befor we left but we didn't and we live so far north that it wasn't worth driving back...... My mom has been in fast food for a very long time and bottom line the burger just didn't have the love in it....

This company sucks!! The food sucks!! Aside from that.. how can u claim to give people "a deal" with sliders from 2-5 when clearly that's after lunch and before dinner??? Youre too expensive. Try offering the sliders ALL DAY!!! bet you cant do it. Must give you heartburn.. so does your food.. the fact that you took away the potato bites is bad enough. What? Wasn't making enough sales when your roast beef sandwich is already almost $3, dry, and gives us all diarrhea. Forget the tradition of this place. It's gone bad and u only hire young kids and give a 10cent raise every 6months!!! Eat a bowl of duuuck, selfish farts!

I cook, so I seldom visit fast food restaurants. Arby's commercial for the Angus beef sandwich makes this sandwich look so delicious & tempting. Big mistake: I fell for it! I spent $6 for this "bread" sandwich. I WOULD HAVE PAID $10 TO HAVE THE SANDWICH THAT ARBY'S ADVERTISES! If Arby's only KNEW how dissatisfied customers are. I'll never allow Arby's to trick me or my family again! I call it false advertisement!! Be fair! You're still making a fortune off of us poor people. Arby's has always been a great place to eat it has always had some of the best sandwiches and has been my family's favorite for a very long time. Have never had a bad sandwich from there and we would recommend Arby's to anybody. The customer service has always been great and the food all the way down to the tap water has been a delight to our taste buds. Today was the first time that I sunk my teeth into something from Arbys that was less than delightful and that was only because it was too sweet for my liking but I'm sure my kids would have loved it and that's the brown sugar BLT thank you guys for everything you do and the passion you put into your great food.

Arbys pecan chicken salad in flatbread was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Chicken was hard, two small pieces of celery and the pecans pieces ( about 1/16 of an inch ) were hard to find. Salad dressing was terrible.

The portions of meat on your sandwichs does not compare to as advertised or shown on you menu.

Good if only done right
I used to love a weekly trip to Arbys for curly fries and roast beef. The waffle fries and mozzarella sticks should be nearly as good. That said, they insist on serving food that has sat there for hours....yuck. I had this problem at other Arbys that isnt local. So I think they need to update their policies.Anonymous-144073.... Had not been to the local Arby's in about 6 months. Tried your brisket sandwich last night. Meat was flattened and not much there. Could hardly taste the meat for the bread. Not like the picture. Definitely not a $9 meal. I guess it will be another 6 months before my wife and I try again.

My husband and I live in Chesapeake, Va. We frequent the Arby's on Battlefield Blvd.
We started going there because they were finally serving something healthy. We like the chicken salad sandwiches.the problem is that they always run out for the YEAR in July! They only stated selling this sandwich in June!
Arbys needs to reevaluate their priorities in what they serve on the menu. If they sold the chicken salad sandwich year round, they would have a returning customer. As it is, we will not be going back to
heartattack city until they do.

The beef brisket is awesome!! Want it every time I go...but too expensive. Will you consider Jr sizes in it and fish sandwich? That would be great. The fish was really good when first came out.....but recently got them same location and at another location that were not as good. Have you changed the quality? Hope not, it was a good change.

I realy just wanted to make a suggestion about your new Rheuben sandwich. i personaly like a Rheuben sandwich alot. but this paticular bread needs to be much crispier than it is now.by the time you put the sourkrout on it it gets way too soggie. My husband and I were on vacation and stopped at Arbys for lunch (Store #6745, 2/14/14 @1227 hours.) I ordered a combo Turkey bacon ranch wrap, husband ordered the reuben.
The first thing I noticed was that the bacon was cold, like it just came out of the freezer. The whole wrap was similar, very cold, totally unappetizing, kind of disgusting. Didn't eat it.
The reuben was also very cold. Kind of like they had it made up and stored in the fridge till it was ordered. Didn't eat it either.
Total and complete unfinished, awful lunch break. No we didn't complain.
The wait staff was very nice, smily and friendly.
Won't be using Arby's as a food stop again.

This comment is in regard to the Sanitation rating at Arby's in South Main Street, Kernersville, NC.
I like eating at Arby's but I always check the rating before I order. This restaurant Sanitation rating was very low. I told the cashier and I left.

were so crappy. they must know cuz they only give you a litttle bit.
they were busy but everbody was waiting.so the moral of the story check it out before leaving.

the farmhouse salad we purchased last night was not up to Arbys standards . Chicken was burnt and crumbled, maybe 6 small tomatoes and white lettuce with a few sprinkles of cheese. We like Arbys but not this service. With all the new restaurants in Lake City they will have to improve or they won't be able to compete in town . And this is the only salad? The Rueben sandwich also was not fresh.
