I purchased a rather large couch and ottoman from Ashley Furniture about six months ago. It looked really nice on the showroom floor. The delivery company (contracted third party lowest price company I'm sure) Showed up to install my 500+lb couch with no hand truck or lay down dolly or lifting tools whatsoever. I was the last stop on their ridiculously overloaded work day. By the time they reached my house their power tools were dead. Since I wanted my furniture I had to loan them my power tools and four wheel lay down dolly. They proceeded to struggle to get the couch in the house with the equipment I loaned them dragging the corner of the couch along the ground almost the whole trip into the house. Even with the power drill I loaned them they still failed to tighten all the legs on my couch and ottoman. So day one I was very unimpressed by the company from whom I had purchased my furniture. Yikes! Well with the install ordeal over and the couch in the house we were relieved and excited to have our new couch. Fast forward two months and the cushions started breaking down and the covers started wrinkling and stretching. TWO MONTHS! We noticed several things which I would call defects but apparently Ashley begs to differ. Zippers were in bad places which rub on the back of my knee when sitting, the cushions got all wavy and worn down. We spent a lot of money on this couch and my wife and I are very disappointed. Luckily we bought the lifetime Warranty. Ashley sent out a Specialist and they agreed to replace the cushion pillow toppers which were wearing down. The same thing is going to continue to happen with the new pillow tops and we will just have to keep getting them replace every couple months. It's been two weeks now since Ashley told us they shipped the pillow toppers. They were also supposed to contact us to make a date for another specialist to come install the pillow tops. Still no call. Terrible company as far as I'm concerned. Over priced cheaply built junk. Looks nice if you don't use it.

I would love for the owners of Ashley Furniture Homestore,the Dufresne Spencer Group, better known as DSG, to contact me to discuss the poor quality of the sofa that I bought from one of their stores in Kentucky. This group states that they go above and beyond for their customers. But they haven't for me. I have been dealing with their response team for two months, but I have not received any satisfaction because they have done nothing but re-stuff one side of my two-recliner sofa and this action made the sofa look worse than when he started(stitching still does not match and indention's in seating area now are not aligned. You can see stitching on one side of couch, but not the other side. Does this sound like the excellent product and services that honors God and blesses your customer that you speak of in your company's mission statement?

For the price of the furniture I think the quality is great. I have 5 kids and Ashley is great. Holds up nicely.

The individual who started this company must be turning in his grave. Ashley furnite is like a fancy plate of food that taste like nothing. Look good not worth eating, the same here looks good not worth buying···

My experience with Ashley Furniture was alright with the initial purchase. I purchased my set in April of 2013 and just last month July 2014 I began experiencing problems with my sofa and love seat. I purchased a Durablend sofa and love seat which was never explained to me that it would begin to split apart and tear with in a year. Unfortunately the so called warranty of Guardsman doesn't cover anything but accidental. Ashley knows that their product is crap and will not stand by their product. They sent out a courtesy cover which was all. The corporate customer service even know that their product is cheaply manufactured and will not budge with replacing this furniture.
My phone number us 630.881.6351 my name is Joseph. Let's see if Ashley will resolve this issue. Nobody and I mean NOBODY should have to purchase new furniture after having it for less than 2 years.

Great furniture, employees are terrible.

We got our furniture from there. 8 years later, we still have them and love to go back when we shop again. However, employees are horrid. They pressure you into buying and are not knowledgeable. I would recoomend shopping elsewhere before going to Ashley Furniture.

WORST STORE iN THE WORLD NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY ANYTHING IN A ASHLEY FURNITURE STOR

The Headquarters should be held responsible for their Franchises. All other company do that. All McDonalds, Wendy, Bloomingdales, Neman Marcus ets has to sell by what is in their Stores carries point blank. This company should be investigated by the FEDS because they are ripping customers off blindly just read some of the Customer Reviews and you will understand. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM Ashley Furniture . READ THE REVIEWS PLEASE

I purchase a living room set and a bed room set the rug had a stain on it the mattress was defected. I been trying to solve this problem since Nov and no solution the mattress have a lump in it like sleep on a hill and they refuse to replaces it so my next step is small claim court

worst pieces of junk i ever bought.failed after 6 months cushions are flattening springs softened we are sitting on front board across knees sorry i got rid of my twenty year old couches they were 10 times more comfortable.appraiser from company says that springs are too soft yet he tells company normal wear and tear.I am gonna sue these people.i would never ever buy from ASHLEY AGAIN
