Stay very far away from these people!
If they had negative stars these cats would earn them. They suck! Lies, excuses, explanations that make no sense, B.S.that is insulting to your sense of right and wrong and of course no regard for your time and money. They call it a lifeline, glad I missed that boat, because there is no regard for your life with these jerks. They will drive you so nuts - you'll jump overboard before you call them back after 2Hrs,48Hrs,72Hrs. The truly sad part is that the people who use this sub-par service need it and usually have no other choice,these ****** jerks know it and could not care less. They need to be hit with a class action suit and shut ******* DOWN!!

I live in Bethlehem pa, I can't say I encountered any problem with the service ,I get my free minutes ,and my top-ups ,my only gripe is the free phone , the keyboard is little so I do lots of text typo, and the screen is also little I can't read the texts to good , I would have like to swap for a different phone ,but they at this time only have one flip phone style available ; it would be nice to have a more modern cell phone style
