Double billing
This company has double billing down pat. They have you before you know it. I've been back and forth with them for weeks and get no where. I will be sure to spread the word to anyone who will listen that Avast is a mistake.

Renewal without authorization
I cant get a phone for billing customer service, not even an email to request a credit to my card. Avast home page link My account through my email dont work when you are resetting pasword. Their notice that a confirmation email was sent never was received. I did twice. Need some advice before I request my bank a stop payment.

Problem
I have attempted to renew my subscription for over a week. I have to been informed to go on line. I have been informed to go to web site. I was given an order number, and than received two different order numbers. Your product works but your service is lousy. Now i don't know if I have protection or not, and I now have to check with my card company to see if I have been charged for two orders.

love avast
have been using avast on our home computer for a minute now and are very happy with the way it is working. we don't have to worry about the updates or anything.

Finally found a virus protection program that does an A+ job.
I have been using Avast for 2 years now and I love your product. I have helped several of my family and friends by installing your program on their computers and they haven"t had any problems since. We all thank you for your dedication.

100% secured and reliable to use.
Pros: Once installed you don't have to concern yourself - it does what you need, and tells you when to update again. Very reliable. completely free for home use!Cons: There are no cons.
Summary: I have been using this product for years now. It's great!

Technical support needs help.
First, admit I am a Southern who has a preference for slow talk, but trying to understand the IYogi support personel has proven frustrating and near impossible. Second, I attempted to buy Avast and could not download it. Technical support said they would enable download by fixing my computer systems through their Windows expert for $169.Their persistance in selling me this fix is an understatement, but I refused.
I did not receive the download, but was charged on my credit card. I am having difficulty in resolving the matter.
Do not call for technical support because they need fixing.
