Poor Customer Service at Bank of Montreal

Called customer service 3x this week to get them to reverse unnecessary charges on my checking account, they are not very helpful at all and quite arrogant. I decided to call my home branch and it was an easy fix. Not even 5 mins on the phone , she was very helpful, polite and
caring. Thanks Michelle ! i hope customer service of BMO does not exist anymore if they are not servicing their customers right.
