Basic Talk is the worst service
Basic Talk is the worst service I have ever dealt with. You can not get a live customer support person to resolve your issues. Have had for three months and in that time, have only been able to complete two, count them, two calls. Every other call has cut in and out for us. Even messages left on the line cut in and out. The service sucks and I tried to ask for my money back and all I could get was the amount just billed. There is no supervisor that one can talk to in order to get a problem resolved. Do not buy this service. They are there just to take your money and give you no satisfaction at all. You can not get their help for connection issues or financial issues.

Problems with Basic Talk
I witnessed a nightmare with not having phone service with Basic Talk after I had 6 pages of Chat Talk with a customer Service person named,Peter, and my phone still to this date does not have a ring-tone. It has a dial-tone but I cannot receive calls because it`s own voicemail comes on. I purchased and installed the product on 9/17/13 and still no service but they plan on Billing me on 10/17/13 for services not received. I even returned my brand-new phones to Walmart and purchased more expensive phones because the cusomer Service personnel named David,informed me that I needed new phones because the problem was with the new phones. I am appauled by this poor service!!!! Mrs.R.Bates-Long,Spring Hill,Fl.

Loving the call quality as well as NO Contract. Costing me $12 a month with local taxes
