A few phones ago.

A few phones ago, I had the Blackberry Z10 and I would never buy another Blackberry product. I have successfully used other Blackberry products, but the Z10 is a fail. The camera stopped working, I could not make calls and none of my friends were receiving my texts. Customer service was good though. Ok price.

I love blackberry's the way they work, been a blackberry user now for 4 years but the BIGGEST let down is the battery life what a joke, have to use 2 battery's a day even though i close everything down after using it and turn off wi-fi, i know alot of people with the same problem its such a joke...really is a shame because it is a good phone but most people are sick of charging them 24/7 !!! contract is almost over and going to have to get another model phone cant cope with that battery life any longer!

Really disappointed Z10,After 20 days of use camera was not working ,then gave t oauthorisd service under warrenty,they created another problem and asking BD 35 for changing mother board.Cheating both by Black berry and thier warrenty provider in Bahrain.

Not bad phones!

I had Blackberry phones growing up and I loved them at the time. I had a BlackJack for the longest time and really enjoyed using it. I, however, do not think that they are worth the money you pay for them. There are a lot more features on other, newer phones these days that serve more of a purpose than BlackBerry phones. Their Customer Service is not the best and it is hard to get a fix if your phone has broken.

I have had alot of phones over the years an my blackberry tourch is the first phone that i have had to have replaced 2 times because they just stop working...the screen doesnt work or the speakers dont work...by far the worst phone i have ever owned...i have a couple friends who have had blackberrys in the past an have had problems with them...horrble phones...dont waste your money on them

Bought new Blackberry Bold 9650 and the battery died in 2 days, got a new battery which I have to keep charging as its backup is too low. I had been using Blackberry 8830 and its battery backup was far good. This new Blackberry Bold 9650 has issues with sound as well, my voice is not clear to people at other end. This is nothing but piece of crap. Not at all a smart phone but piece of junk. Worst part have to pay for internet separately.

EXTREMLY DISTAISFIED.

Ive had a knew Blackberry 9900 and it dials random people in my phonebook not even the last person that I spoke to. It turns it self of and on while on my desk. T mobile tried to fix it gave up and gave me an knew phone and the same thing is happening. This one puts people on speaker and I can get them of, it will not go back to handset when I press the button. It phones people at 1am in the morning its possessed.

hi...my name is sachin...i have been using blackberry for many year now...recently after my BB currve stopped working, i bought a new BB bold 9790 from Carrefour Sharjah...I paid AED 1599 for that set...I am really disappointed because the battery of new set is discharging very fast (not even 2 hr of talk time)...witout doing anything the battery discharges by 25% in few hours...i dont know what to do...thinking of discontinuing with blackberry...

Hi RIM

I live in SA and have a Blackberry Curve 9360 Smartphone. I can't believe I
made the mistake of buying it.

Let me start with the battery. It lasts only a day or less.
Then there is the phone itself. I am a very causes guy. I dropped my phone
once and it broke. My friend drop her phone 20 cm from the ground and it
broke. One of my friends dropped it on a towel and it broke. The phone is
crap. Every time we must pay to get it fixed.

I wanted to buy the P'9981 but never in my life will I make the mistake of buying a blackberry again. There is better phone on the market today.

i bought 2 9900 6 wweks ago 1 was replaced with in 24 hours that one went into repair shop 3 weeks later for a 2 1/2 weeks when we got it back we switch phones, the other one has been freezing up and shutting off on its sasktel my service provider has reflashed it worked good for 3 days and it all started again dropped it off last night again should have just driven over it with my truck and got on with life very disapointed with product, quess i should have got the I phone.

Good evening.

I don't expect I will receive a response to this but anyway.

I just wanted to let you know how unhappy I am with the blackberry I have, the phone in general sucks, it is always freezing and when I reboot or do a hard start as suggested I lose all my apps, music and pics.
I will never again own another blackberry and I will make sure to let everyone I know that the phone is useless and not worth the money spent on it.

This is my first and last Black Berry. My wife is on her second, my daughter her third BB. It locks up periodically; I am constantly taking the battery out to reset the unit. Almost daily it goes into SOS mode.

You think for a company like RIM they would figure out, the unit to side sideways giving a larger pad for people like myself with larger fingers to actually be able to use it. The one on the screen is a joke.

So when my three year rip off subscription to the company that I signed up for ends it will end for both of them. They are both a rip off as far as I am concerned.

I'm dissapointed with the device I bought in December 2011, it was a Christmas gift for my son. not even 2 months later we get an JVM 102 error. just by reading on this error it seems as if it is not fixable. R1600 for a phone is not cheap and to replace it within 2 months is really not doing it for me. I was wondering seen that it is a software problem whether Blackberry / Vodacom will replace the unit seen that it is still under warranty.

I purchased a BB 9850 one year ago as I was told this was the right phone for business purposes. The phone worked alright until I downloaded the Blackberry software. When I sinked the software to the phone, it would not work properly and had several gliches with it. Buttons would not work etc. I had to remove the software from my computer and erase it off my phone for it to work. Then I did several upragdes to software with the phone, brand new, but still had problems, so left the whole sync feature off my phone.

Then this CHristmas I received a BB tablet as a gift. It took sometime to add the Bridging software to the phone, which required several updates. After this was done my tablet worked but my phone didnt. One of our associates is from Waterloo and sold BBs for years and of course loved them. He wiped off all the memory and saved it to our server, then reinstalled all the info with the latest upgrades to my one year old phone.The phone would reboot, but the buttons would not work.

It has gone in for service, luckily our expensive plan with Telus covered the repairs caused by BB software.

Lesson, do not buy a RIM product if you dont have a warranty plan that provides loaner phone, if you really need your phone for business.

PS I sold my RIM shares long ago. What is the future of a defective Canadian phone products manufacturer???

I just want to comment and say how dissatisfied myself and my family are with rim,blackberry and their service. We have 3 blackberry phones on contract for 3 years at a fee of $50 canadian a month for a total of $150 a month. WE are 1.5 years into the contract and have had to send all 3 phones away for repair at least 3 times for each phone. We have waited no less than 1 month to have the phones returned each time, meanwhile the whole time they are sent to be repaired we have still been charged the monthly fee for service and also charged for the repair. I have just received my phone back from being repaired and again the screen has frozen and will have to be sent yet again for repair. It is no suprize to me when i read the newspaper that Rim is loosing money and have absolutley no sympathy. The blackberry phones are nothing but a rip off and look forward to hearing that they go bust. I caution anyone concidering a phone not to purchase a blackberry and to go with the tried and true''I PHONE"

Blackberry Review

I believe that this brand has also high quality features when it comes to durability and functionality. I enjoyed this device when my mother bought it for me, but later on, I was disappointed because the settings particularly the wireless settings are complicated. There should be also a comprehensive user manual for newbie users. Overall, it is still an average device compared to other brands.

I would like to express how disappointed I am in the Blackberry bold, I took out my contract again and this time instead of an I phone I took a Blackberry, this was a big mistake. My black berry freezes more times than works, it wont let me log into my blackberry world, it keeps loosing all my BBM contacts, Facebook features aren't good. I am paying £30 per month for this, it is simply not worth it. I am considering selling the phone but I wouldn't want to give someone a phone that is not what it says on the Tin. Maybe it is because im coming from a good phone (I Phone to a Blackberry) but I have gotten that fed up with the Blackberry Bold that It is now sitting in my handbag without a sim card in it and I am currently using a £20 phone. I will never and will be telling my friends DO NOT GET A BLACKBERRY. Very Disappointed to say the least. I would like a response at the very least.

Not happy with the apps! I purchesed a Playbook for the flash drive and media. But it seems like I only get the media you want me to have! It seems like you are promoting CNN news vice FOX or other networks. I'll continue to read my e-books on my Android and put away my playbook. This was a waist of my dollars!

I have purchased bold,9780 model in april,2011,recently a problem started of getting the phone switched off even when there is 20% of battery remaining,i could'nt able to figure out what's going on with it,could anyone help me out on this.

I just purchased a Bold. Previously I had a BB World Edition. The slight downsizing of the Bold keyboard is very frustrating. I am spending have my time correcting typos caused by the too close keys. You really screwed up here and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid the Bold. I can't tell you how much time I am wasting...great engineering, not!

we have a blackberry which is not working overseas, we went more than 4 times to hiphone dubai shope they are not cooperating, and welling to take the phone and try it them selfs or change it,it is still under warranty, this is a wast of time and efforts can some one from blackberry call me or contct me about this destrebuter negative attetude. email.
