Poor quality product!
I purchased an evening gown for my daughter's wedding. 45 minutes into the wedding both beaded straps broke! I paid over $300 for the dress. Trying to get through to Bloomingdales was impossible.All I got was a recording, could not get through to a real person. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

Bloomingdales was my customer
I own a small business. We provide repair services. For 4 years, at the request of our local bloomingdales, we provided weekly pick up/drop off service for items Bloomingdales wished to have repaired for their customers. We would repair the items and drop them off at the next pick up..At first we were paid for each drop off at the cashier's..we were then asked to accept monthly payments after submission of a monthly invoice..we purchased software to comply and started billing monthly. 3 years went by with timely payments..then the payments stopped...we stopped service only to foolish;y resume based on promises of payment. They now owe us over $1000. We have lost production time (which cannot be valued)...They have lost our services and (something they have not thought of I am sure) our business

Bloomingdales is a good store BUT
they have the rudest people working for them and I just don't understand.
