I visit your location in Monroe, Ga quite often. I usually order the country ham and biscuit.
The biscuits are always crumbly, but this morning they were extremely crumbly. Could not pick the biscuit up without it falling apart. Had to eat the ham without biscuit. This experience
has finally done it! I will not be going back.

I was sick all night from eating BoJangles chicken. The service was excellent, the health rating was 99.5, the chicken was cooked perfectly and was very tender. I am convinced it was the ingredients that made me ill. I bet there are GMOs and MSGs and no telling what other pesticides and alphabet chemicals are included. It seems a shame to allow bad ingredients to ruin a good product and jeopardize the hard working peoples jobs that work there. It will not be long before BoJangles and other commercial food poison pushers start getting sued for making people sick and giving them cancer instead of healthy food.

Several times in one week ..no biscuits or grits available..either not ready or don't have any ..employees arguing with each other ..this is a location where 3000 cars go by daily ..this problem has occurred alot of times last couple weeks

We picked up 2 of your fish sandwiches this past week.
It wS so salty we could not eat it.
Have heard other peop,e say the same.
Also the Bojangles on Albemare Rd,
Is probably the worst yet,
Ordered a cheddar biscuit.had to throw away as soon as got home. Was so hard.
There is no constistency at this location.
Biscuits not done and not brown.

I agree that because Bojangles is close by but need to get them some cooks 1.order xx pay wait for awhile for a biscuit that's raw inside trying new things will loose it all,ham barely warm and tuff now in order to pay for $3.73 worth of food you got to take home and cook you might have well cooked at home

Needs Improvement
Good Evening, We have been big fans of Bojangles and have waited 8 years for one to come to our area. We were there when they opened on 4/29/16 and know that the initial opening is a rough start. We have been there multiple times since and things havent gotten better. Today went checked in at 0952 and received our food at 1020.All it was was the biscuit and gravy plate. While we waited, we were subject to the unprofessional behavior of the young staff there primarily a girl by the name of Lizzy. She was rude, disrespectful and quite loud and even frequently backtalked her supervisor and lacked respect for her fellow employees. What employees need to know is that perception is everything and what all the patrons saw today was chaos and unprofessional. This is our 8th visit since they have opened and probably the last until they get their staff under control and food preparation done in a timely fashion. Our breakfast was free this morning because we waited so long for such a simple platter. This Bojangles is located Warrenton Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22406

2 weeks ago I sent in a comment but no response..on way to nc passed thru roebuck sc and got 2 cajun biscuits..biscuits were dry and crumbly and chicken was thin and crispy..biscuits fell apart in our laps and we could hardly eat chicken as it was so hard and crunchy...
