We had dinner at Bonefish in Naples, Fla. I orders the scallops and shrimp. They was so dry. Almost tasted burned. Waitress was so busy and she couldn't have cared less. Hates we spent 72.00 and the food wasn't good and well prepared

I go the to Midlothian Bonefish frequently
just asking to please bring back the oysters Rockefeller.. I really miss it, as it was one of my favorites.
Also love the crab cakes- why are they so small now? not even worth getting anymore. not acceptable.
wait staff is always great- no complaints at all there.

I just ate the ceviche at the Bonefish in Pensacola. I have had it before all over the world and at the Bonefish as well but the recipe was changed and it was not at all to my liking. Never heard of putting sweet potatoes in ceviche and the sea bass was fishy and not a good soft texture. Additionally, there was not enough acid in the dish. The chef needs to change the recipe. Very unappetizing dish.

I and my husband was at your establishment on Sunday on July 30, 2017. And our server, was a young man by the name of Aaron Williams. He was a wonderful server and a complete gentelman, the food he commended was delicious, it was on time and wonderful. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of your manage's by the name of Robin. Who made sure that everything was ok. We look forward to returning to your restaurant. Good service, good food and wonderful people. Again we look forward to returning.A1 service!!!!!

Went To Bonefish In Boca Raton With My Husband And Had A Very Poor Experience. Food Came Out Cold. My Steak Was Cold Did Not Want To Send It Back Did Not Want Is Well Done. My Husband Always Gets The Crusted Fish Which He Said Tasted Very Different. Was Not Satisfied. We Always Go To Bonefish But Was Extremely Disappointed This Time.

Good Morning:
I went to the Bonefish Grill in Marlton, NJ last night and was terrible disappointed. I went with 3 friends one of which loves the restaurant. I ordered shrimp and scallops. I am limited to what sea food I can eat. I love shrimp and would eat it everyday if I could afford it.
I was shocked when the dish came to the table and the shrimp were the size of quarters. For a sea food restaurant and the price I was charged, I would think the shrimp would be a larger size and the scallops were just O.K. I don't think I will go back to your restaurant if the quality of the shrimp stays the same. I had come another time and was happy with the product. One of the friends also commented on the size of the shrimp. She wouldn't come back to the restaurant either.
The server was wonderful. I have a garlic allergy and he made sure everything I received with garlic free.
To top it off, I had a 20%coupon on my phone and since I was so upset, I never used it.

My husband and I ate at Bonefish in Willow Grove last night as a birthday celebration for me. Just have to tell you that we will probably not return. The grilled salmon, ordered as Oscar style was lacking any kind of sauce...my experience with Oscar style has always included a white cream sauce, including crab and asparagus. The asparagus was so firm that it was unpleasant, except for the tips. The side of rice was too sticky and the side of spinach was served in a small dish but was swimming in oil. I must add that our service was fine and the bang bang bang shrimp appetizer was great, also my pineapple martini was very good, but the entree was really not the old Bonefish quality. When paying higher prices for a nice meal, we expected much better food. Just thought you should know.

We eat at Bone Fish Nov 9th every year for our Anniversary! We ate at the one by the Galleria B'ham Al tonite--,the steak (raw) and the beans were not cooked--i ask the waitress, she agreed. The manager came over--said sorry-had an anniversary present we never got!! And the coffee wasn't even hot--special nite ruined

I Don't know why your vegetables are so hard that you cannot eat them. My husband and I eat at bone fish a lot and neither of us can eat vegetables that they say are steamed.u friends cannot eat them either. You used to have green beans that were cooked and they were awesome. When I ask for them to be cooked they are all shriveled and tough. Please bring back the cooked green beans and broccoli the way you used to make it. Yours are like hot raw ones. Awful.

First time at your establishment and I must say I don't think we will be returning. First off my husband ordered red pepper/tomato soup and was brought chowder. You only offer two soups so how could this possibly have been done. Second I think your portion size for the prices you charge are rediculous. I order chilean Sea bass and when my meal arrived i was shocked to see a piece of fish approx 2" x 3" five beans and 4 stalks of asparagus to which i might add i was charged $34.20 for! My husband's plate had 3 sea scallops, 3 shrimp, 4 beans which he could not eat and one small scoop of inedible jasmine rice. Our bill was $76.oo which would have been if we had not left your wolf road establishment hungry!
