Let me start by saying I love Burger King. I've been waiting to try the new impossible Burger. So when I finally got a chance to the Impossible Whopper I was disappointed. I'm not saying it was totally bad but it had no taste. I thought it would have the grill marks on it just like the regular Whopper but it did not as a matter of fact it had no taste. I ordered through the drive-in window so I did not get a chance to go inside and ask questions. I will be going back to try it again but this time I will eat inside and if it doesn't taste better I will complain to the manager. Thank you for listening.

Yesterday I went to do laundry on 72nd St in Tacoma Washington. I had clipped a coupon for 2 cheese burgers w/ bacon etc. Figured I would treat myself and enjoy while doing my laundry as I hadn't been to a fast food place in a couple years. After what was done to my food I'm still sick and I doubt that I could ever ever eat there again. One of the burgers had a regular sesame seed bun and the other I have no clue what the bun was. No sesame seed and the bottom had weird markings and black Mars everywhere. I stood there speechless. But that's not the worst .The bacon looked like it was set on the grill for one sec. It was almost completely raw. I only wish I had thought to take pictures cause seeing is believing. My stomach is still sick. Needless to say it went in the garbage. All of it. I worked in fast food at McdMcDonal fir 14 yrs and I'm not one to take the food back and cause a seen. But I also know that's not how the bacon is supposed to look. Something needs to be said before people get really sick. I tried contacting through a survey but the store number they gave me 12886 isn't working. I can't call cause I'm hearing impaired so you were my next option and hopefully some how some way this will reach the corporate office. Sincerely Debra Frichette. I got the 2 whoppers for $6 my first one was great but the second one started off great until I took a bite to eat and what I thought was tomato skin was not, honestly I don't know what it was but you can tell me what products you've got that can resemble tomato skin.

I would like to say that the burgers at Burger King get smaller and smaller.Don't even fit on the bun! Sent my husband to get me a double burger at Burger King at 2202 Rockingham Road in Davenport,Iowa 52802.He didn't check the bag and when he got home,I opened the bag,took out my burger and it was disgusting and soooo small.I wasn't about to eat that.I can't imagine serving that to anyone and would be embarrassed,as an employee to serve that.My husband wanted to take it back,but I said don't bother.And half the time,the employees could care whether you come in or not.So not caring about customers.I won't go to that location anymore,but something needs to be done about the burgers.They are horrible and half the time char-broiled beyond char-broiled.Plus,the burgers can give you an upset stomach if you even eat them,which I won't anymore.

My name is Dale and I want to make a complaint about the Slinger WI Burger King. I went in dinning area for breakfast this last Tuesday and I witness a Burger King Employee using her hand to clean tables. Not good health standards for a restaurant . Also, as I was leaving I stopped to use the restrooms and they were horrendously dirty! The urinals had black slim and smelled like urine. I know for sure other competitors bathrooms don't look the way those were. You really need to random checks your restaurants!!!

I went to your restaurant at 4960 Auburn blvd, Sacramento CA 95814. On 11/01/2017. The worst food I've ever gotten there. I had a bacon king and a bacon whopper. They were so full of mayo you, when you tried to bit it all the mayo came out, all the sandwich tasted like mayo. We through them away. A waste of 19.59.

Our family have had burger king every week for along time. This may change after today. We don't eat out alot so today really upsets me. Our meals were cold and tasteless. The chicken nuggets were so awful my dog wouldnt eat them. The shakes were melted like they had sat all day. I am thinking I will not eat out anymore this meal reminded me of why I do not eat out

Ever since yall started this 2 for 10 whopper meals, no one can get a hot fresh whopper of any kind. Bacon and cheese is my favorite. Even if I order it special with or with out something, the meat is always cold. Unmelted cheese, musty onions, hard edged bread. If I pay almost 9.00 for a meal, atleast it can be hot, with fresh lettuce, onions and tomatoes..

I ordered a bacon King sandwich at store #2218 and was told they couldn't make it because they only had 1 whopper patty left and it takes 2 to make the sandwich. How in the world can a Burger King restaurant, "Home of the Wopper" run out of whopper patties? There is absolutely no excuse for that. I was looking forward to trying the new sandwich and ended up buying something I didn't want.

While traveling I usually have McDonald's oatmeal for breakfast. Yesterday I decided to try Burger King oatmeal. What a huge mistake. I received a small container with mainly warm water and uncooked oats. Yuck is an appropriate description.
I took this mess to the manager and was told "we don't cook it, just add water." I was refunded my cost and left. Fortunately, I found a McDonald's.
You need to re-visit your oatmeal procedure--it certainly needs to be cooked. I am not a horse, I don't enjoy uncooked oats!

It's been years since my wife and I have patronized any of the fast food eateries, because frankly, they were getting to be all the same!!!! Bland !!!!, but today we broke down and stopped in at the Burger King on North Logan Blvd., in Burnham, Pa., and tried your 2 for $10 Whopper Meal. We were both surprised at the quality of the meal. We will be sure to go back as a repeat customer.

I just ate at BK on cedar and Herndon in Fresno, CA I ordered a #2 no tomato w/onion rings they of course put tomato's and the rings were mushy and somewhat uncooked. I was told I didn't order them correctly that's how they come unless you order them well done. That place sucks. Won't be eating at BK any more

Ordered a full sized garden salad. The chicken was cooked well and of good quality. But the serving size was small and there wasn't much to the salad otherwise. Lettuce and four tomato slices isnt impressive. Your competitors salads are the same price and way better.

A policy that just cost you money. The Fry Rd Houston,TX location.

I previously managed a Burger King for 6 years. Therefore,I know, random deposits, can and are taken from tills,inbetween shifts.These deposits are then dropped into a safe, safeguarding it from theft. So can someone please explain why there is a policy, that probits cashiers, from accepting a hundred dollar bill. Using safety reasons as the excuse, is an insult to my intelligence. When ordered through the drive through, the food is usually prepared by the time the customer reaches the window. Now a manager refusing service, because the customer does not have any smaller bills, not only cost the company money,it inflates product waste. It also imposes a loss for wages payed to take the order, prepare the food and drinks, when there is no revenue collected for these efforts. Not to mention, you lose that customers income in the future. Please, feel free to share, what logical business ethic gave a cause for this policy. Surely, the effects of this policy, are not diligantly weighed out.

went thru the drive thru, waited a long time since i was the second car in line. I opened the bag the sandwich was falling out of the wrapper.it was cold and thrown together sloppy, the bacon was pre cooked and cold thin and tasteless the cheesealso was sliced so thin you might as well not order it ,the two cost over 2.50 and was a waste to get. The once flame broiled whopper,the king is dead, remember WHERES THE BEEF your serving a tasteless product BK Whitman MA.

Its Not Your Way Right Away or Any Day for that matter!!

I remember the days of Your way Right away they got us hooked and now its their way or the highway..I was told by one Burger King location that Headquarters called and said they were not to make the french fry Burger anymore??? Really ok so i compromise I buy a whopper Jr. a small fry and a small drink all to make my own French Fry Burger.I travel and this is one of my fav lunches but i have learned from Alabama to Texas the price range on that meal is $2.99 with me paying as much as $6.87 at one Texas location.How is it the price can fluctuate so dramatically.In one city it was a dollar difference at the two different locations.They tried to do as McDonalds and made a dollar menu that was great then did away w/it.Is this where you wanted to be

I can not eat nuts or seeds,just wished burger king had buns with no seeds. that is one of the reasons i eat at mcd. i can get burgers and the buns have no seeds on them, i would much rather eat at burger king. I know you have some buns without seeds ,but most of the small burgers do have them.Just saying alot of people suffer with this,it would be nice if the seeds would dissapear.Thank you.

I am a huge BK fan. Prefer bk over any other fast food. I even worked there in my teen years. I don't know what to say about the Burger King in Bathurst anymore. They have changed owners a few years ago and the place went to the toilet. I can't even rate the customer service since it is so horrible. They greet u at the window of drive thru with order amount. Most of the time they make u pull ahead and park for just a burger. And when they don't tell u to pull ahead they pretty much open the window and are a little short of throwing the food in your car with no "thank u". All they care about is their drive thru time. I can't say much for dine in experience as I usually go in drive thru. I see new faces there all the time. And I see ads for employees wanted. I don't understand what they could get fired for since the service is horrible. I assume they just quit because of poor management. My son had brought a resume in person to the owner, he said to come back next morning for interview at 9am. He was so excited, got up early to get ready and everything. This would be his first job. I drove him there, owner wasn't even there. I believe it was his wife who decided to interview him. Everything went well, she told him she would be calling before the weekend for training. Weekend came and went, no phone call. By Tuesday of the next week, I had told him that he should call them, to see what was going on. He did, she had "forgotten" about the interview and to call. Seems like they are forgetful people owning the place. Yet they are posting on job banks for employees needed. Terrible. Needless to say he didn't start working there. I even called them to express my mind and they weren't very pleasant, hanging up in my face. Me, who worked there 5 years as a teenager and a pretty good customer until now.
Now, about the food quality. I would say that about 1 in 10 times I go, the food is actually good. 5 times it is edible, and 4 times just downright disgusting and needs throwing out. I usually get a jr whopper, my favourite, about once a week. It's sometimes like 4 months in between that I actually get them that taste right. The fries are almost always hard and cold. Even the apple pies, which I loved before, now taste undercooked and not even close to fresh. The meat often tastes like it's been rushed thru the broiler. Soggy, mushy buns. Burgers are also made so sloppy, I understand they need to be done quick but some kind of effort can be done. The lettuce tastes rotten. All of these things I've stated so far would not be even close to accepted with the previous owners.
Anyway, when I go out of town, the place I visited before was Harvey's, because there was none here. But it is now bk. So I can enjoy it the way it's supposed to be and the food tasting the way it's supposed to taste.

recently purchased Original Chicken Sandwich on Fort Jackson's BK (not one at PX) and was truly disappointed with the lettuce. First off there was barely any, plus it was old, brown and wilted. I have neve had problems before but there was no reason to be passing that product off as remotely fresh! Pathetic service! 74th and S May, OKC

I visited about 7:15pm 09/01. The order board in the drive in was not lit up, no one greeted or took my order while I waited there a couple minutes. I drove on around thinking they might have problems with the system there. The individual taking my "single" order, was thoroughly confused, couldn't get it right. Took forever, and then they asked me to drive forward. I asked if there was anyone behind me, and they said, "no, but you need to drive forward." When they brought out the order, I asked them why I had to drive forward when no one was behind me. He said it was because there was a sensor that monitored how long the cars were there and they didn't want to get in trouble. I told him that their customer service was pathetic and he responded...Yea..I know... I questioned the price because it seemed high, but the individual taking the order just said it's right....

your BK a 30718 harper ave in saint clair shores...is the worst. I go there for breakfast, will attempt to have breakfast on Saturday and Sundays. Question..how can you be out of hashbrown one day..and out of bisquest the next day a 9am?? I was offered french fries..in stead of the hash browns...sheesh. Then one after noon I made the mistake of going to the same location for lunch. I orderd a fish sandwich, and wait for 15 mins in the drive-thru. Hi I love Burger King... I worked in Massachusetts and in Florida in one.. I know the perameters of quailty... I bought a chicken sandwich.. payed $3.95. I couldn't eat it.. It was overcooked, I don't know how ..........you have the automatic timers, per item.. I have never had an experience of not good food there. I couldn't even eat it... Hadn't eaten for a day... We were just at Burger King on rt. 43 in Kent, oh and was so dirty we will not go back. The whole resturant was filthy and so were the crew behind the counter. The drink srea was disgusting. Service was terrible. Our experience was horrible.

Almost as good as mcdonalds

Workers are nice and take orders always right. Burgers taste great. Fries are excellent and I highly recommend the onion rings. Overall bugerking is a great place for fast and great food.

My family and I visited the Burger King in Hernando, FL store # 11532 for a second bad experience there. We had to wait over 20 minutes for a whopper combo and two ten piece chicken nugget combos. Of course they were out of sweet tea and all coffee products as they had been for the previous week. The food was cold and the toppings on my whopper tasted less than fresh and that is being generous. I won't go back a third time for food that is sub par and half of the menu items not being available. I will drive the extra 10 miles in hopes of finding better food!

I ordered a fish sandwich meal. It took them almost 20 minutes to receive my order. The cooks forgot to cook the onion rings. Upon arriving home I took notice that the fish sandwich was not fish. It was chicken. I called the BK and the manager said that they would give me another fish sandwich. Well I wasn't able to return the next day but a couple of days later. Well there was another manager on duty. When I asked for my sandwich she said I needed m receipt before she would give it to me. I said that didn't have it with me. I explained to her in detail what had happened. She still declined to serve me without my receipt. Now why would I go through all of that trouble just to rip BK off of a 4.00$ sandwich? I know this much now I may not spend a lot of money in BK each year but Chik-fil-a and McDonalds just got BK's business.

Just Curious if Burger King monitors the food of their franchises? I guess I thought that the beef patties would be pre-made and all the same standard size across the country.

I went to Burger King for the first time in about a year. I ordered a bacon burger. The burger was about 1/3 of the size of the bun. that can't possibly be the way that it is supposed to be served. Does that mean that this particular Burger King ( Steelyard Commons in Cleveland, Oh) is cutting corners and making the patties smaller?

Needless to say...it will be most likely another year before I go back.

Great for a quick bite.

One of Burger King's perks is that when you make a purchase, they give you a URL on the receipt where you can take a survey about Burger King. When you complete it, you get to take the receipt back and get some free food! While you can only do it once a month, free food never hurt anybody.

Worst Service Ever over and over again

The last 3 times I've gone to BK, the location was either really dirty, service was at a snails pace or this time, they wouldn't accept my reward claiming they know nothing about rewards (that from manager). Since there is no one to call on weekends.....guess I'm posting this review.

The is the first time ever that i have taken the time to write a review..i must say that store 6142 in Chesapeake, VA had ok service, but the absolute nastiest nuggets and fries ive ever had..it was absolutely devastating..the oil they used was very old, and made the food just sickening..Also the food was barely even warm..If i had been the owner, the manager would have been fired immediately..it just doesn't make any sense that this place is still open for business..Something has to be done to fix this..Eater beware, you're in for a scare..hopefully somebody at the top of the chain will do something about this...0.1/5....

I just tried the new Rib sandwich and I can honestly say McDonalds has NOTHING WHAT SO EVER to worry about there. BK's is half the size not even close on the taste and a lot more expensive. This was a 2 in 1 trial for me. The first and Last. and by the way you're fries still SUCK!!

After seeing the delicious Burger King commercial on TV my husband and I decided to get a quick meal there last night. We will never never go back. We had 2 strawberry milk shakes, 2 fried mac n cheese and 2 Bratwurst 'n onions. Cost us $18,00 Bratwurst was size of a hot dog, sliced down the middle, about 1 teaspoon of fried onions (true) and very greasy mac n cheese fries that looked and tasted like old oil. The Burger King has lots of competition restaurants close by and will fail as a business here in Vero Beach. one of the girl employees was out side talking on cell phone with her food handling glovs on rubbing he hair and face and the buildings wall
and I hate to think she went back inside and fixed the food.

I visited a bk 4/27/13 in muskegon mi on apple and the kitchen was flooded with waste coming out of the drain on the floor. The manager had a hose in the drain trying to clean it. This was gross! It was around all the food and smelt horribly gross. I took pics of what I saw. This store should have been closed for sanitary cleaning! He then began to clean the pop dispenser in the dining room that was backed up in the drains it stunk like sewage and was all over the floor.

I live where most fast food places are in Federal Way Washington. After ordering a double whopper with cheese I have decided to not eat it anymore. REason being is because your double whopper with cheese is 6 dollars. Wayy to much for me to spend for a hamburger. I see your deal on the whopper junior but that aint working for me. Maybe if you cut your prices down on your double whopper I may consider going back and spending money. Too many places beat your prices. Hope you guys get you prices right.

Have become dissapointed in your quality and taste. Hamburgers have become almost tasteless, cheese is tasteless, less and less sauces and toppings used and buns often stale. Fish sandwiches have shrunk in size and almost no tarter sauce. Drinks are pricey compared to wendys and mcdonalds. Wendys and Culvers here I come.

Veggie burger is awesome!

I did not always like BK, but when I found out they had a veggie burger, I was floored! As a vegetarian, I do not always have the most options when I eat out at fast food spots. But their veggie burger is from a high quality company (I believe it is MorningStar) and it is SO good! I will admit that they have gotten more of my business since they have had this addition to their menu and it was a great idea for them to add it! Thank you BK for having this item!

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Sat.. nite drive thur. I order a bacon cheeseburger with No ketchup or mustard. It was lukewarm with COLD bacon, fries lukewarm . I order a coke and got Cherry Coke.My husband got two double cheeseburgers. They tasted lukewarm Like they been sitting there for a long while. When you pay upwards to 20.00 on a burger meal you're not asking too much to get something at least fresh. I doubt if I will be back. If you want to stay in business you need to do better.

On Saturday november 10,2012, i stopped in to grab some lunch for my husband and me and the burgers were the worst i've ever had. The tomato was a pile of total mush and the lettuce was from the core of the lettuce, bitter and hard. I suggest if your restuarant doesn't have any fresh lettuce and tomato please just tell the customers you are out. Dont put rotten vegs on the burger. Or better yet send someone to the local grocery store and get some. My god that was a sorry meal and a waste of my hard earned money.

On Sunday Oct 28, 2012 at 12:30 pm I went through the drive thru window. I saw the "New" White Cheddar Whopper featured so thought I would try that, it sounded good. Now mind you I have not been to a Burger King for over a year but thought I would take my chances and try it again. What a BIG disappointment! When I got home, (7 minutes away) I experienced a cold hamburger, that was dry, the cheese was not even melted and the 2 small pieces of bacon were more like jerky. For $5.04 I ended up throwing 3/4 of the sandwich away, a total waste of money. I will never eat at a Burger King again! I also tried calling the phone number on the receipt and got no answer. It was store #2347, I won't even fill out the survey on the back of the receipt for a free whopper, not worth my time for poor quality food.

Ordered the orginal chicken sandwich, and was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten in my entire life, and I am 72 years old....You call this chicken?????I don't know what this was other than a deep fried card board nothing....So much mayo, was on this I am sure to disguise this so called chicken sandwich....You people should be ashamed to sell this product to the public......

i ordered three bacon burgers, what i got was a very thin small one piece of bacon on a burger that didnt even fit the bun, the picture out front shows bacon three or four pieces crispy real bacon i got none it tasted terrible and i want my three bacon burgers and i want them to look like the picture thank you

Looking at their nutrition information, I can see that the food here is marginally healthier than that at McDonald's, and their fries don't wither as quickly.

LOVE their burgers!

I am a huge fan of Burger King. They have some of the best fast food hamburgers. They have a cleaner taste and the charbroil taste is absolutely fantastic. They also have delicious caramel frappes and onion rings. The only thing that I dislike is their fries. They never taste done and are always cold. Overall, they are way better than McDonalds.

I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do I am a huge fan of mushroom and swiss burgers. I usually order said burger from McDonald's, but this time I decided to give BK a shot. My wife stopped at store #1185 in Norfolk, VA on her way home from work. She ordered a cheeseburger for herself and some nuggets for my daughter. I opened the bag to find two burgers, noticeably different in size. At most fast food joints, cheeseburgers are normally smaller than the other burgers on the menu so I opened the larger of the two. Wrong! That one was the cheeseburger. My mushroom and swiss burger was smaller than a cheeseburger? Really? Not at McDonald's! Not only was it the tiniest burger I have ever seen, it was charred, dried, and unbearably loaded with salt. Horrible! I took a gander at my wife's cheeseburger again and noticed that the buns were exactly the same size, but her meat was bigger than the bun and my bun was bigger than the meat. Seriously? I didn't look at the receipt, but I'm sure mine cost more than hers did. I will never choose the BK mushroom and swiss burger again...I bet Taco Bell has a better one anyway!

in a pinch

...this place will due. obviously fast food doesnt compare to a real burger, but BK doesnt even compare favorably to wendys, hardees/carls jr, or sonic. i would take them of mcdonalds on burgers, but not on anything else. the food is usually room temperature, orders are usualy wrong and the wait is second to none. that being said, at 1AM you cant really expect much more than what these guys offer.

The King of Burgers?

Burger King is one of my top ten burger places. When I'm feeling the need for a quick bite for cheap. It's my ideal place.

My experience at the Burger King @ exit 15 off from I-87 In Saratoga Springs, New York really has to be looked at. Ordered my meal,at the drive up, and was asked to move forward,so other patrons could get what they ordered!"NO PROBLEM"!!!Well after about 5-7 min. got our order!!! Not one thing was right!!! Did'nt order chicken nuggets!! Got them!!! Did'nt order 4 sodas,which we got!! Only ordered 2!!!Had a coupon for your $9.00 whopper meal!!!!There excuse for the delay was there was no fries ready!!! NO PROBLEM!!!! Fries were HOT!!!!When upon eating them! BURGERS?????? COLD!!!!!THEY WERE THE WORST BURGERS I EVER ATE!!!!!!!NEXT TIME WILL CHECK MY ORDER!!!BEFORE I LEAVE THE ESTABLISMENT!!!! Missing the BK

I loved BK and when they left town due to the headquarters wanting them to revise the building it was awful. Due to economy the owners couldnt do this and there was nothing wrong with the building it was just every so many years they revamp it. They had the best whoppers and FF.. The best chiken sandwiches everything was so good there. The coffee in the morning so crisp and tasty..We all miss them so sad to see them go. When we leave town and see a BK the car just turns in automactically.

Went thru dirve up at Burker King # 2458 - Carrollton, Georgia yesterday morning at 7:44 and got my usual double croisant. When I got my the office at City Hall I found several long hairs on the sandwich and in the hash browns. Someone there was not wearing a hair net it appears. I deceided not to eat the meal for health reasons.

good food bad drive

i look forward to the couple times o month i get to a town that has a bk (45 minutes away) no matter how mybuget is sitting there is something good on the menue in price range. i have also found employees friendly and helpfull(directions, where to find specific services around town, etc.)

Best Fast Food Burgers

Burger King has never been anything but delicious. The burgers are char grilled and if they're frozen I can't tell. Burger King has and always will be my favorite fast food restaurant.

Please change the coffee back to what it used to be. I and others have tossed it. Why the change?????????????????????????? I would go to BK almost every other day to get the coffee before the change. People are complaining about it.

Go to Hardee's instead

Yeah, BK was the first to do a "flame-broiled" burger, but Hardee's does it a lot better. BK has gotten too homogenized and assembly-line; their food seems like it was made by automatons back there behind the counter somewhere. McD's is the same way. Wendy's is a little better. The worst thing is the creepy plastic-headed King character. Eeewwww.

So I go to Burger King because my daughter wants a HOP toy. They are out and instead give her a blue scary monster looking thing. My daughter is four. Now she's crying, I just paid for fries and a drink we didn't want or need to get this toy and they don't have it. I go back two days later to a different one. Again they say no HOP toys. They give her a SpongeBob toy. Hello, Burger King, maybe you don't realize this but Sponge Bob is not exactly small child material, and that is who primarily gets your kids meals. I take that back up, they give me an under three toy. So, not four days later I try yet a different Burger King. They have advertisement all over for HOP, so I'm like finally. Order her kids meal, and got a SPONGEBOB toy!! Now my four year old is crying and I have to deal with it. Thanks a lot Burger King. At least McDonalds and Wendy's have the toys they advertise and when they run out they take the advertising down.

Don't bother with the survey. I have been able to do it, but when I went to the Canandaguia, NY to get my free sandwichI got sticker shock instead. To get the free sandwich you had to buy at least a small drink and small fries. So I did and they charged $1.89 for a small fries and $1.59 for a small drink plus tax. Although these prices can vary between stores, I went a few days later to a McDonalds whose menu price for fries was $1 for small, $1.69 for med and $1.84 for a large fries. So If I don't want to take the survey i can also go to Wendys and get their $2.99 Extra value meal and upsize to medium for $.50 and pay aboutv the same. "Free" sandwich, not exactly.

The BK Veggie burger costs $3.00! I cannot even get one by giving feedback to the company, why bother doing any marketing surveys, then? I don't want to get sick from eating a Whopper, and nobody wants to put up with how I get after eating a BK Chicken sandwich. There are some value meals that cost $3.00! I don't want the free chicken nuggets, and nobody can deal with me after how I get after eating them, either. If it's have it your way, why can't I get free onion rings instead, or free fish nuggets, and whatever happened to those mozzarella sticks or the cheese poppers, the jalapeno poppers?

Rude service, and order always wrong.

I rarely eat at BK. I can seriously count on one hand the amount of times I have eaten there in my life! I cannot believe that in the few times I have eaten there they have never once filled my order correctly! There is always something off about it. Additionally, the staff have always been rude. Maybe it is just the stores I have always ventured into, but I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have never felt so out of place at burger king store 6127. My family and I were disrespected by a young lady who did not greet us, nor tell me how nuch my order was but threw her hand out in a inappropriate manner for my money etc.., she argued with me at the drive thru window and told me what I needed to do and questioned me all because I requested one sweet and sour sauce and one honey mustard sauce. What I don't understand is why are we hiring indivduals with no customer service attire, especially when hard working families are willing to take the time out to spend their money at places such as Burger King and at the end this is the negative result.

Since when does Burger King charge to have it your way??!! I always get a cheeseburger no pickle and extra onion...they charged me .10 for my onion?? I should have been able to do this since I saved them there pickles.
