Cadillac Reviews
I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT with less than 70,000 miles. The front drivers side exterior door handle has pulled loose from the body (broken - poor design). I am the only person driving this truck, have been the past nine years and have not abuse it. I checked with the local Chevrolet dealer for cost to replace it, $250. This is wrong for a Cadillac to use/design such cheap parts. There should be a recall to cover the replacement cost of these door handles!
I purchase Cadillac escalade..the outside trim is peeling all four windows and the handle broke..made out of plastic...the mirror dont fold...I would like to know if...I could have Cadillac replace them at no charge
Cadillac CTS. Quality poor. Interior looks cheap compared to other cars in its price category. Continued problems it takes two to three trips to the dealer to get them fixed. Too many problems for a car that is supposed to be a high quality luxury car. Cadillac dealers have Chevrolet mentality. GM needs to study how Lexus, Mercedes and BMW treat their customers.
nice
i just got in the market for a new car, and since my tax refund had come in, i was feeling like trying out something nice. i went and gave a cadillac a test drive. the handling was unrivaled by anything ive ever driven. i could have made a sandwich and never went off of a straight line. amazing. all the gadgets in the car were great as well. looked great, drove great. this may be a buy in the not so distant futureI have a 2009 STS with virtually all the options. The GPS is virtually useless. It is the most unfriendly set of operational directions I have ever seen in all my experience with electronics equipment, which, I might add, is considerable. I have about 2800 miles on the car and still use the GpS on my cell phone, or another GpS I have that is hand held and very reliable and user friendly. After spending all the money a Cadillac costs for a piece of S--- directions, in essentially two manuals that refence back and forth, I will think long and hard before I buy another Cad. It is so unbelievabley bad that I use only the radio feature and the GPS is not used at all. If all I hear from you is "too bad" don't bother to answer this email, and I won't bother to buy another GM product, much less its top of the line.
