Too expensive for quality

My family purchased a 1998 Ford Explorer from a CarMax dealership back in 1999 and I was not thrilled with the quality of the vehicle for the price. The price seemed very steep for what we were getting (a used vehicle with x number of miles). Though the vehicle was extremely clean and well-kept up, it quickly deteriorated and has been falling apart ever since. Though it still runs, there are MANY issues that make it seem like it won't last much longer! Research before you buy with this company!
