I was very dissatisfied with the Carinval Cruise ship in Miami on 6/24/16..
There was roaches in the bathroom and the water in the tub smelled like Dookie. We had to get our room deordorize before we could return to our room.

To whom it may concern, on the 17 th August 2014 I went on my first cruise for my 50 th birthday, with 18 people, this was on the Pacific Jewel leaving from Brisbane qld for 4 nights, from the moment we boarded, we had nothing but a bad experience, we were in a minisuites, and had no more service than anyone who was on the bottom of the boat. The food was cold, room service was very poor, all the activities which was shown on your web site, didn't exist, I saved up for this cruise for over 2 years, and found that I could of had a better time at home, and saved my self money, I was so looking forward to the cruise. We got are bill and was charged an extra $100 foru nothing, the entertainment was very minium, and was lost what to do during the day. The main part of the cruise was getting of at Airlee beach. I know that this must not mean much to you, but I would really like to go on a cruise again, and experience a great time, with the extra services we were to get, and told about. I hope that you could give me some feed back about this cruise.

I have been on 4 Carnival cruises. I will never travel on their ships again. I have been on the Dream twice and the Legend once. What's up Carnival??? I've had one cruise without some kind of incident going on. Good Luck. I'm DONE.

Carnival Dream
Health - On board doctor is not competent. Went to a walk-in clinic at a CVS in Orlando the day we disembarked and received much better care and it cost less. The nurse practitioner changed the medicine that the Carnival doctor prescribed for an infection. The doctor and staff do not follow US HIPAA laws. They openly discussed all information in front of crew members and other guests. They allowed me to video record a consultation of another passenger. The Carnival doctor is licensed in Texas but went to medical school in Mexico.
No one uses hand sanitizers anywhere, especially before buffet lines.
Safety - Dirty, drunk, old men continually harassed my wife to the point where I never left her alone. When we brought this to the attention of the Hotel Director of the ship, his response was to call security. I asked a security officer how they can be contacted in case of an emergency, since not one phone has a security button and was told to call guest services and guest services will contact security. In order to contact guest services on any phone, one must get through the maze of automated menu prompts. Also the balconies on the Dream are not secure. I could open the dividers between balconies with a toenail clipper which gave me access to every balcony on my deck on my side of the ship. I even made a video demonstrating how easy it is. Always lock your door to the balcony.
There is a lot more that went wrong but I don't have the time to write a book.

Such a blast!

I recently took a cruise to the Cayman Islands and Cozumel on one of the Carnival Cruise Lines. I had a blast! The food was great, there was a ton of things to do every day, and the ship was beautiful. I felt that the schedule we were on was put together well and that I was safe on the cruise. If you aren't paying a ton of money, the cabins ARE small, but with so much to do, there is not a lot of time spent in them so it doesn't matter much. The towel animals made up for the small rooms ;) They even put my sunglasses on the one of the animals, which I thought was really cute. Carnival cares about their customers and makes sure everyone has the best time possible. I plan to go back when I have the money and I know I will have a great time. Recommended!

I just got back from the Carnival Imagination tour to Nassau, Bahamas. I went with my Mom and seven girlfriends, and we had a fantabulous time!! I have to suspect that a lot of these posters are snobby nit-pickers. The ship was gorgeous, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and available 24 hours a day. Every question answered promptly. It was my first cruise, and I am not wealthy, so it was a thrill just to be able to go. I was delighted with every aspect, no complaints at all.

Our 7-day Carnival Cruise on the Pride was cancelled on Sunday 10/28/12 @ 3:00 after thay had everyone board the ship. This was after the entire world was alerted to the fact that there was no east coast water travel due to Hurricane "Sandy". We were travelling with a party of 17. Not one of us was ever notified by bemergency phone contact, or txt, even though Carnival insists on requiring these contact #'s. After arriving in our dirty, half-clean suites, with dirty rags all about our rooms, & unpacked in suites that were NOTHING like the pictures Carnival represented, an announcement was made, by the cruise director, NOT the Captain Alessabdri Galatto, half-jokingly that we were to leave the ship ASAP, & the cruise was cancelled. We ALL thought it was a joke. Then we realized Carnival never intended to sail the ship. The captain, & officers were never seen. Only attendants seen throughout the ship were the housekeeping people. We finally got our bags @ 6:00. No food, or drinks, not even water were ever available to anyone. There were 3 diabetics,& 1 asthmatic in our group. After we begged for something to eat, or drink, we were then told to go to an above floor & they would get some sandwiches for us. NEVER did anyone check on us, or anyone else we spoke to. We were just treated like cattle!!! All of usw have traveled on many cruises. Carnival should be ashamed for the way they treated all 2200 customers. 2 weddings were to take place on the ship on Sunday, & both brides were in their gowns, waiting to get marries with families & friends there...can't even imagine how they felt. Where was our beloved captain alessandro galotto??? Obviously he & his beloved officers were off ship, somewhere safe. Once Carnival told us to board ship, & we set foot on the ship, we became their responsability!!! What a joke. Oh, but they're going to refund our cruise, + 25% off on a future cruise. Are they kidding??? What a joke!!! 100% off & we would have to seriously consider going. 25% off is an insult for the way they treated their supposed 2200 guests. We purchased trip insurance so we get the same refund everyone else gets, less the $218.00 for the insurance. Oh yes, & what about all the passengers who arrived via air, how do you think they were able to get home when all airports on east coast were closing? Carnival didn't care? Oh yes, the Pride was a joke. Carnival absolutely misrepresented the rooms. No hangers, or robes, old TV's, very small deck on the VIP suites, & we never could find the closets we were told we had. All Carnival had to do is cancel the cruise prior to Sunday. Instead alessandro galotto left 2200 people to be attended to by a few hundred service employees who abviously had NO idea what they were to do, but they did try to keep insisting we get off the ship without our bags. When we all called Carnival on Monday 10/29 Carnival customer service was shoked that we were all on the ship. They were all told the Pride cancelled the cruise, but were never told we all boarded. alessandro galotto just wasn't there!!! All we expected is a little service, some food, & drink (water), white we waited 4 hours to leave the ship!!!

I recently sailed on the Carnival Glory. Everything was amazing! The only thing I would change is that I didn't get a cruise for longer. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! My guest and I requested a table for 2 for dining, after we were already there, and they took us right away. I don't like the small talk with people, I just wanted a quiet romantic dinner with my guest.I was allowed to order two entrees! The food was amazing! The comedy show was hilarious! All the staff was very professional and SO EASY ON THE EYES! Makes me want to go live in Europe with these beautiful people! I already booked another cruise for next year, I can't wait! When I retire, I want to live on a cruise boat!

I did back-to-back cruises on Carnival Dream: Western Caribbean Sep 29, and Eastern Caribbean Oct 6. I had a better time on this ship than the Queen Mary 2 in February this year. The service was always good. Never waited more than 5 mins for Anytime Dining. Food was excellent. Entertainment was to a high quality. Enjoyed the piano bar every night. I didn't like the host of the Punchliner Comedy Club, Jeff the Fun Dude. Very inappropriate comments in the g-rated shows. Dream is a nice ship, and has good itineraries. The Indonesian and Filipino staff were very good. I would recommend this to anyone, and when I saw the Oasis of the Seas, I'm so glad I wasn't on that monstrosity.

Went on Carnival Dream week of 9/29/12. This was my first and last Carnival cruise. Dream was a nightmare. Food lines leaving you waiting for 1/2 hour....cold food...curtisy and manners a thing of the past....dangerous ramp situations with 1/2 round highly varnished wood on walk areas. I fell on 2 day of cruise and severely scrapped the skin off my knee and ankle bone. Prevented me from going in the pool to cool off, thus stayed out of the sun. Prevented me from on short excursions . Wounds were cleaned and covered in the confirmary. I did get a letter from Guest Services Supervisor hoping I enjoyed my cruise. I found it a total joke........my cruise literally ended on day 2.....no sunning, no pool, no excursions, pain walking up and down stairs.......oh, yes, I had a wonderful time. I spoke to others who had sailed with Carnival before and said they never experienced dislike for other ships in fleet and definitely would NOT sail DREAM again.

Have just returned home from Med. cruise on board Carnival Breeze - left Barcelona 19 Sept. Well what a big disappointment this cruise was. See I have cruised with them before - 4 times on beautiful ships such as the Carnival Liberty, Splendour etc. This new ship was awful. Firstly we were in a cabin no. 8473 - twin beds, I had 6 inches between the end of the bed and the cabin wall. I had to squeeze past this numerous times a day - you try lifting a 20kg suitcase up and over the bed to the other side. Ridiculous.
There were no proper shows to go to in the evenings. What they did have was for teenyboppers - and I didn't see any. The food in the Blush Dining Room was second rate - it was lukewarm, dry and pathetic choice.
The films they showed included "Grease" - 40 years old!! No coffee/tea making facilities in cabin also no pens or writing pads and you now pay for room service. Also there were lots of now rich Russians on board who got drunk in the evenings would go to the Casino and yell and scream as they grouped around pokie machines - no one ever told them to behave as there are other customers present as well. I realise Carnival needs their "dirty" money-but consideration for others must take priority. Would I cruise with them again - NO.

Carnival cruise triumph out of Galveston

Wow! This was our first cruise . I only have wonderful things to say about my entire experience. Everyone was so helpful and caring. The waiters were the most gracious and wonderful people I have ever encountered. I will always remember my incredible cruise and will be cruising again soon! Thank you Vickie Hill Universal city, Texas

My family of three [Platnum members of Carnival] just returned from Magic, June 3rd. These are a few of the positive things from that cruise.

We had a Cove Balcony which felt much smaller than our other Carnival Balcony rooms, but the room was clean, comfortable and our stewart was excellent.

Our room was deck two mid-ship and convienent to the forward and mid-ship elevator, however at least a football field away from the Southern Lights dining room where we had breakfast, Tides pools etc. at the back of the ship. This is one big ship and there is an enormous amount of walking.

For example, Our anytime dining was in the Norther Lights dining room forward near the Lobby Bar, this was close and the shows were also forward in the big showroom. However, because of the scheduling it was almost impossible to catch a comedy show etc. at the back showroom without running like a banshee! The saddest thing about this dining room was that the lovely large windows looking out over the sea were blocked by the Lifeboats. Who thought this was a good idea?

The Northern Lights Dining room staff were very, very sweet and accomodating, the waiters etc. tried to make each dining meal an event. We were however a bit dissapointed in the smaller menu selections on the Magic....our Lobster looked smaller than a big Southeast Texas Crawfish. We could have asked for more but did not. As I said the food was good in the dining room.

NOW: The negative problems, we have been on 12 Carnival cruises and 10 others on different cruise lines, so we are not novice cruisers and have come to expect certain things.
1. There was NO adult pool area, we were told the Tides Pool was for adults only but this was not the case. This area was full of children screaming and jumping in the pool and hottubs... it was impossible for any semblance of quiet relaxation in or out of the pool or hot tubs. We inquired! No, there is NO adult only pool on the MAGIC SHIP. We were told to try the Serenity area which is adults only area and supposedly quiet!!!

Well, after tramping to the very front of the ship, to deck 12+ we found this Serenity area which was filled with loud, drunk 20+ folks who did not seem to understand that screaming and yelling and horsing around was not what Serenity Means!!!!Plus, the children's waterslide is right there so kids were also raising the roof right next to the Serenity area.

Did not find one publc area on Magic that was not overrun with loud rude children, teens and obnoxiously drunk adults, and music and movies loud enough to cause deafness ....so we spent a lot of time in our room, on our balcony to get any quiet space at all.

We decided to have a meal in the La Cuccina Italian Bistro on deck 11, lovely area, food was not great but still we wanted to give it a chance...several loud bangs to the ceiling and I thought the roof was falling in, so much so, that I litterally jumped out of my seat! Guess what, they have the BASKETBALL COURT directly over this lovely eatery. Not good design or planning.

We were told that the Steak House was very good but not for a romantic meal since all the folks in swim suits etc. walked by and knocked on the windows looking in etc. Romantic it was NOT!

Our Crusie Director Meagan, God bless her, had NO personality at all. Most of our former cruise directors were funny, told stories, jokes etc. but she was just so, so bad. Her vocabulary was laced with at least 3-5 LIKE,LIKE, UH! LIKE OR YOU KNOW, per sentence. Trying to watch her morning show was torture. I am sure she is a lovely person however she does not fit the title of Cruise Director.

The variety shows were good, but rather dated. The illusion show was the best we saw on this ship. The Mystery show was a joke, so bad people walked out, and the poor old Legend show has been done for at least 10 years...time to do something new with the passengers, perhaps just a talent show like they did a few years ago.

The young singer Chris from Scotland did an hour in the Lobby Bar one evening and he was outstanding. They should have more entertainment like that.

The Lobby bar area was very different, usually the singers, music etc. are close and you can really enjoy them...on MAGIC they are above your head, almost in a cage area and you can really not get the full experience of their music or singing looking up one floor.

The casino was okay and staff was friendly.

My major complaint is the lack of ADULT ONLY relaxing POOL AREA AND CLUB AREA. There were more teenagers in the comedy club than adults most of the show. They were told to leave....jokingly, and they took over that venue as well.

I do not think I would go on the MAGIC AGAIN, it may be newer and bigger but it defientely is NOT better. Since we cruise at least two times a year this is dissapointing to us since we live less than 80 miles from Galveston.

I know I happened to pick the worst time of year to book a cruise with over 1500 kids on board this cruise, however our family too has limited times we can cruise and we should not be punished by rude obnoxious children, teens etc. who took over EVERY AREA of this ship and made life for everyone over 50 a nightmare. Dr. Richrd C. Harrel Family

My Dinner Servers Anak Agung and Ida Bagus were the best servers and gave us the best service on the ship.
Highly recommended they were great.
Thank you and hope to see you all again.

The following is a letter to Carnival Cruise line:

March 5th, 2011

Dear Sirs;
We recently had a cruise on the Carnival boat Ecstasy which was originally scheduled to depart Galveston Port on February 19th 2011. As you must be aware, this cruise was delayed over 36 hours due to fog conditions in Galveston and also due to queuing circumstances in the Port behind two other scheduled cruises.
We purchased a Grande Suite for this cruise at a cost of a little over $1800 through American Express Platinum Travel services. This package included VIP boarding privileges. While the fog conditions were certainly no fault of Carnival Cruise line, and we well understood the challenges you faced in dealing with this weather event, almost every other aspect of the problems, including misinformation, lack of information, discourteousness, boarding confusion and near riot at the terminal were entirely the fault of your staff at the Port of Galveston and personnel at your phone center.
I will try to be brief.
(Saturday the 19th)
We drove down Friday night from Austin and arrived in dense fog. The next morning, upon arrival for our schedule 12 noon boarding, we were told that our cruise ship was delayed but would nonetheless be in port by 6:00 PM. Having checked our luggage into the holding area we were told to leave and come back around 6:30 for boarding. With no hotel room, we walked around the Galveston Strand carrying hand helds for around six hours, and had lunch. We attempted numerous times to get updates from the Carnival website but there no such information. We even called the 1-800 call center to inquire and were told that the boat was confirmed to arrive that evening no later than eight PM. We found this highly unlikely as the fog had not lifted. We were also told that updates were posted on the website. This was simply not true. We attempted to get information from the Port of Galveston Authority, but it seems they are closed on the weekend and only have an automated answering cascade which eventually leads back to no information. Their so called “24 hour information line” offered no timely information either. At seven PM with the fog becoming even heavier again, we purchased dinner and returned to the port embarkation. We waited until around 9:30 PM to be told, finally, that the ship would not dock that evening, but would be in “first thing in the morning and to return after 7:30 AM”. Meanwhile we were told we would have to retrieve our baggage from the Port Terminal warehouse.
This process was nearly a disaster! They asked the thousands of passengers to line up at an overhead door. After a forty five minute delay, it was announced that access would be at another overhead door which was approximately 140 ft. down the sidewalk. Of course this resulted in a mad dash by elements of the crowd to the new location. This created a fairly dangerous situation in which people were at risk of falling and getting stepped on. Amazingly, after another twenty minute wait, it was again announced that access had again been changed to another location about a 100 ft. away, which caused a repeat of the last mad dash, only worse. At this point the crowd was caused to wait about thirty minutes more for access. Individuals began banging on the overhead door with fists and shouting. Eventually many of the passengers started chanting and yelling for access.
Finally the doors were opened and there were around three or four Port Authority security officers to greet us. They immediately began yelling at the crowd to back up and attempted to admit a couple hundred at a time. At this time the officer in the front physically manhandled several people including a woman who was stopped and separated from her husband who had already entered the warehouse. I myself became separated from my wife and party. During the next wait, with people completely out of patience, the Port Officers were literally screaming and threatening the passengers waiting for the next group to be released. At this point I would point out that the mistakes made by Carnival staff and the Port security officers was obvious. There was no announcement made about procedure to enter, size of groups to be admitted, caution against running, method of bag retrieval and so forth. It was a free for all and quite reckless. The changing of entry locations was seemingly arbitrary and the worst example of crowd management I have ever seen this side of the Egyptian uprising. Frankly this situation was on the brink of descending into a riot.
Inside the building the bags were arrayed by decks, but no one explained this, unless you personally approached a staff person for an explanation. Additionally the bags were in long rows, sometimes stacked atop one another with very narrow aisles between them. By the time I entered, I estimate 600 to 900 people were simultaneously trying to retrieve their bags without assistance, causing bags to be flung into the aisle area and generally jumbled. I finally found my bags in three different aisles and spent close to thirty minutes just to locate them. Of course there was no ownership verification going on. People were tripping and falling over one another, and it was generally chaos. I saw perhaps two or three Carnival Cruise personnel in their red coats and they were standing well away, trying to avoid interaction with your passenger/clients. In other words they were useless.
When we finally retrieved our bags, took a shuttle back to parking and reloaded our cars, it was 11:30 PM. Needless to say there were no hotels available on the island by this time and with great resourcefulness we finally located a room in Clear Lake, approximately 40 minutes away. By the time we checked into our room it was almost one AM.
At this point we have been unbelievably inconvenienced, been yelled at, shoved and misinformed or left uninformed every step of the way. Besides being exhausted, we were also out of pocket for lunch, dinner breakfast, hotel room, travel and incidentals. On Sunday we were told the compensation would be $35 for meals and some credit from Carnival for a future cruise.
(Sunday the 20th)
The next day we slept in, knowing full well that despite what we were being told by Carnival 1-800 information, that we would not likely be aboard before mid-afternoon. We spent countless hours on hold trying to talk to Carnival and when we eventually got through to a live person. We were told to go to the Convention Center in Galveston to await boarding which they estimated to be at 1 PM. They even told us around noon that the boat had arrived at the dock. This was a bald faced lie. We finally got to the truth of the matter by reaching a Galveston Port Authority executive through the automated personnel directory and randomly calling their personal cell phones. He graciously checked the situation out for us, and confirmed, that our cruise ship was not in port, the pilot had not gone after it yet, and that when the Ecstasy did arrive in port it would be queued behind two other ships, (Holland America and your ship, the Conquest, as they were still on schedule and had priority over the Ecstasy. In his estimate, we might board around 8 PM. We drove back to Galveston for another day of aimless wandering around and expenses out of pocket.
I will say at this point I wished to cancel, but our traveling companions, who, like us, had scheduled time off from work and already expensed two hotels rooms, and meals, were more determined to complete the vacation.
We arrived back at the Port at around 7 PM Sunday evening. Indeed the fog had lifted during the afternoon and all three ships had reached port, but the Ecstasy had been consigned to a remote dock which had no boarding facilities and would have to wait until last for service, baggage and boarding. By ten PM my wife and I became extremely frustrated and walked back to the Strand, with hand luggage in tow, to try and find something to eat and sit down. We had already spent two hours in 50 degree weather and mist on the sidewalk. There were close to 2500 people sitting on cold concrete and clamoring for any information. We personally spent hours on several cell phones trying to get honest information about our prospects for boarding and our so called VIP status.
At this point you might not think it could get worse, but it did, much worse.
The only Carnival representative at the port embarkation door was a clearly low level employee who looked to be around 19 years old, and clearly so far down on the totem pole as to have no information let alone authority. He was doing the best he could, but he was overwhelmed. Our attempts to get useful information by phone were equally unproductive. In fact I was told, after 45 minutes on hold, then another 40 minutes waiting for a “supervisor” to speak to, “that there was nothing he could do”. I pointed out that only one flunky Carnival staff person was at the door trying to deal with over 2000 increasing angry passengers and that no one of any authority had attempted to clarify the situation. I pointed out that inside the mbarkation facility was empty of any passengers and there must surely be 50 or more Carnival employees of various seniorities upstairs to deal more competently with the situation. After about a ten minute hold he informed me that no one would answer the phone at the Galveston port and that I would need to speak to a supervisor at the door. I pointed out no such individual would make themselves available despite repeated requests to the 19 year old, an older woman or the security guards. This situation went on for hours on end in the same manner. He eventually stated he could do nothing about the situation on the ground and we would have to make the best of it with the personnel at the door. (Presumably the 19 year old.)
For a brief moment an older woman with Carnival (Linda) came out and ordered those of at the door who foolishly thought we had paid for VIP check in, to go to the end of line of nearly 3000 people, approximately 400 feet down the sidewalk. She then instructed the security officers to enforce this. At this point I have to point out that there were about 18 or so individuals trying to get their VIP boarding privilege acknowledged, two of whom were in wheel chairs, two on walkers, a man on oxygen, and another suffering a diabetic attack. To her credit she did not discriminate (sic), but ordered everyone to the back of the line. She left and was not to be seen again. Finally a Port security officer allowed a mother and infant and one person on a walker to go in and sit down, but after an hour sent them back out on the sidewalk in the fifty degree weather.
As I previously mentioned, my wife I left to try to find a warm place to sit down and grab a bite. Turns out Galveston restaurants roll up the sidewalk on Sunday at around 9:30 PM. We found a small grimy bar and sat there for two hours, then returned at around 11:30 PM. The personnel at the door had changed. The 19 year old was gone and in his place were three large Port security officers. All Carnival staff had left the sidewalk. Most of the 2000 plus people remained on the cold sidewalk for what I estimate to have been four or five hours.
Finally we entered the boarding facility around midnight. I want to emphasize that at no time did anyone from Carnival try to inform the crowd of the estimated time we would be waiting or how soon we could enter. No attempt to get people off the cold sidewalk was ever made, even thought the facility was clearly empty of all passengers for several hours. At no time was any updated information available on your web sites. At no time was anyone on the Carnival toll free phone center able to offer any help or even current information about the status of the cruise, and in fact acted as though the entire situation was out of their hands and their control, which it clearly was. In fact over forty hours the only information we could get by phone was incorrect, evasive or factual lies.
We entered the terminal only find out we would be walking back down stairs to take busses over to another dock. At a capacity of 42 people to a bus, loading two busses at a time, you can only imagine how long this process took. We were lucky, we got on the second bus, as we crowded in early. I estimate many people didn’t get into their cabins until after 3 AM without dinner. We got to ours after eating dinner around 2 AM.
(Monday the 21st)
We finally departed and were informed by loud speaker that there would be no ports of call. We sailed South for perhaps two hundred to two hundred fifty miles never really reaching warm weather or completely clear skies. We returned Wednesday night and waited outside the Port during the night, reaching port around 10 AM the next morning.
In conclusion:
This was not brief after all. I apologize.
The Carnival employees we encountered on the ground at the Port of Galveston never missed an opportunity to offend and mishandle the situation. They were uninformed or unwilling to inform. They evaded all responsibility to their passengers in every way. They disappeared and deferred to security officers after antagonizing the crowd. In short they were more than incompetent; they were nearly criminal in their handling of the crowd.
Carnival (on the phone) was evasive, misinforming, and at times lied outright, for which it required infinite patience and cell batteries just to reach. The cruise itself had pleasant staff, but no acknowledgement or effort was made to ameliorate the inconvenience and abuse the passengers had endured. (Except we didn’t see our room steward for the first 30 hours and had to call repeatedly to get our room made up the second evening) The lame 250 mile South track merely illustrated how little concern Carnival had for their passenger/clients.
While the 50% credit for a future cruise and 50% rebate is appreciated, it begs the question; who in their right mind would ever book another cruise with Carnival again after having gone through this sort of mistreatment and inconvenience. After all, a vacation is something people strive to save for and make time for, and once frittered away in miserable experience, cannot simply be retrieved with a concession to offer a future discount. Your company seriously abused the passengers who were trying to take their vacations. In fact it was appalling.
I myself am a stock trader and Real-estate investor and can be more flexible. I also avoided some of the catastrophic waits by simply ignoring what Carnival was telling me on the phone. Otherwise I might well have spent all of Sunday either sitting around at the Galveston Convention Center or on a cold sidewalk at the dock. We might have well been standing around awaiting a bus to the ship for two more hours had we been more gullible. I feel sympathy for the ones who had to give up altogether or drive even further for a hotel, who could not afford all the added expenses of waiting around for essentially two days, and especially for those silly enough to listen to Carnival and actually arrived back in the morning on Sunday or sat on sidewalks many more hours than we did. Your company and CEO, and especially you supervisory staff should be ashamed of themselves. In fact your supervisors at Galveston should all be summarily fired.
