Need to do a charge back

Cellcom is a company that I would not recommend, I need to do a charge back to try to get the money back that they have been steeling from me.
And they refuse to help or give me papers that they did close down my account, even spoke with the manager and she refuse to give me any documents. so now I called AMEX to close my account and demand a charge back.
Needless to say, never do business with Cellcom

supports our troops - ha

my son was deployed with a 24 hour notice and I tried to stop his phone - cellcom won't do it without leave orders, what do they think - the military gives that out to the families - way to support our troops!
I pay $140 a month to them and have been a customer of theirs for 10 years, you'd think they could treat their customers better and troops

CellCom Prepaid Not Simple The Best It Could Be

My wife and I switched to their Pre-Paid plan after 10+ years of being a regular plan user. Reason being all the grown kids now had their own cell plans and Mom & Dad used their cells very occasionally. We were throwing hundreds of expensive minutes away each month so the switch was a necessity. I found out rather quickly that CellCom goes out of their way to deter folks from the Pre-Paid plan. Here are some of the hoops they make you jump through....

1. Your personal check is no longer good. After 10+ years of dropping off my check at the local office I now have to use cash or credit. They claim with a personal check there is no recourse if the check is bad as you no longer have a cell plan.

2. Can no longer keep your previous number that you had for 10+ years. They claim Pre-Paids require a separate number assignment.

3. If you are out of the local area you have to dial the number twice to connect to your calling party. So much for speed dial or voice dial.

4. When out of the local area, you appear on someone's caller ID as some unknown person from a different State of the Union.

5. No billing. You have to remember your monthly anniversary date to come in and purchase minutes. If you pay earlier than your anniversary date, that date is now your new anniversary date.

6. The day before your anniversary date if you happen to be in the middle of a call, they will disconnect you so that you can listen to a pre-recorded announcement concern purchasing more time.

In all, the Pre-Paid plan is an affordable choice, but if you want to be treated with a little dignity, consider Tracfone or Consumer Wireless.

samsung galaxy mini
the mini android for beginners ..

hey guys!!
i got this phone 3 days ago. i had searched almost all the brands and finally locked down to this cause of the budget.
we can say this as the successor of the galaxy 5 wich for the price is a good phone. my friend has a g5 and today i compared it with my pop, even with lower pixel density, its a pretty good mobile. it supports pinch to zoom and multitouch, wich works very well. i think using correct app all the battery issues can be sorted out. the phone is having a good build quality and feels good in the hand, and the multimedia is above average. game response is very good too. the quardrent benchmark score is 571.

so if your under budget, under 200$ this is the perfect choice.
cheers!

Internet service for a tourist

i had a very bad experience buying internet time!! The Haifa branch could not hook me up for some reason after I purchased a portable modem forinternet service. There was a discrepency in their system preventing me from using the modem. After many hours with their staff they all gave up. To add insult they refused to refund the fee they charge.
They do not have the right personnel who are skilled to solve the problem, nor to handle the volume of traffic inthe branch. Their own staff had to wait on the phone for a half hour to get technical assistance. They have no concenpt of providing appropriate customer service!!!
