Good bank!
Great customer service, prompt attention to problems with accounts, and very secure. I use Chase for my home mortgage as well as bank account and they are always flexible if I need assistance. I highly recommend this bank!

Really helpful customer service.
I've had an entirely positive experience with Chase regarding my account. When problems did arise, all I needed to do was speak with a Chase rep and they sorted the matters out in a matter of days.

USA Chase bank
One year has passed from opening a premium plus account in Chase bank (USA) & I am very happy with it.Excellent costumer care. No fee or extra charges (of course as long as you follow the rules, which they have been fine for me). Good on-line security, many secure ATMs & .... Every thing is perfect.

These people will actually be of help.
A few months back, I had this klepto roommate who was using my debit card without my knowledge to buy a whole mass of things (including 2 Disneyland annual passes). Luckily Chase had given me the option to receive warnings when payments over a certain amount are made, so I was quickly alerted to the issue. Having contacted my local branch, the friendly staff immediately set to work reversing my bad payments, and were really quick to reinburse me. I was also able to replace my card in a matter of days. Now that I have the little sneak thief caught, I think I have Chase to thank for dealing with the monetary issues in such a swift manner.

Great customer service at my local banks
I have had nothing but great customer service at my local Chase branches. They are always quick to help and the tellers are very nice.

Run Around
My good friend applied for a job at chase and was given the extensive run around. She had at least three different interviews, and was transfered between departments for employment consideration. After being told she would not be hired for the original position she interviewed for, they sent her back there and offered her the job. Sounds like they don't have their stuff too organized.
