How does a company as large and GM/Chevrolet have technicians that can not diagnose or repair a dire issue with the Chevy Cruze Diesel yet charge the customer 150.00 per hour? There have been recalls in regard to this issue and yet even the recall did not repair the car. Do you have any great information that will keep me from going to a different manufacture? I loved my Cruze.........Now it is a huge stress to me and an elephant I can not afford to feed.

Dear chevrolet dealership..I angella south purchase my 2015 Tahoe with Billy narrave in lake Charles,la.I love my truck I paid to much money and my truck have to many cosmetics wrong.. My carport look like somebody pulled it up halfway replace it. It very loose fit or poor looking.. The handle trays next to the door handle are missing.. Many other problems.. Under panel next to tire the black rubber seal or damaged..

I have a 2011 chevy cruze L's with 24,000 miles on it and I've had to replace my water pump twice now and I was wondering if there was a recall on it. Plus I was in a side crash over 35 mph and no airbags deployed

So sick and tired of my chevy Cruz in the shop!!!! 30,000 miles turbo coil paks spark plugs and converter, now the transmission is leaking!!!! I will never ever buy a chevy again!! Time to trade in for a ford. They should have given us a new car by now!

The reason I am contacting you is regarding my 1989 Chevrolet Tahoe. My husband bought it new and it has 400,000 miles on the original motor. There have been several other parts that have had to be replaced which is natural. The motor has only required usual maintenance. I'm sure it is a pleasure not to receive a compliant. Karen Shumate.

My name is Stephen B Helfrich, I have a cobalt 2007. the signal switch will not shut off when I turn. The part must be cheaply manufactured. Never have I seen such a issue. Plus its expensive to fix. What if I fix it an it breaks again, chevy makes out. What a rip off.

Why does GM supply such inadequate remote control starters with their car? I recently purchased a 2013 Camaro and paid good money for it too. The remote that came with it has poor range but worse than that it is not a two-way remote. I have to be within sight of my car to see if it has started using the remote. This totally defeats the purpose of having one. Why don't they supply a quality remote if they say they are the best in the business?

Yea my 2003 suburban has some body rot and frame rot but the worst thing is the brake lines and fuel lines rusted out and had to replace all. What about safety????? It won't be another Chevy.

I have one of the first Sparks, and multiple part failures and 2 tow-ins in less than 1 year. I have been without my vehicle for a week, picked it up and same problem- engine light and won't accelerate - within 2 hours. Car is waiting on part, but no rental because girl answering phone says it is drivable and engine light doesn't really mean anything. Support says if dealer says it is OK then no rental. I cannot drive 35 mph on the interstate to work! Everyone is sorry for my bad luck, but will not stand behind the product.

i own 3 gm products 2007 GMC Denali Cadillac CTS-V Corvette Z06 ALL VEHICLES ARE PERFECT NEVER 1 PROBLEM FROM ANY CANT WAIT TO GET NEW Camaro ZL1. jimmy asheboro NC. the only problem i have is i cant seem to get a dealer to trade for a camaro ZL1 WANT TO TRADE CORVETTE AND CADILLAC. Love gm products they are the best just wish i could get a little bit of help after i spent $200,000.00 on cars in last 5 years with them. I did my part helping a great get back to greatness.

My 2009 Silverado 4WD was one month old when the first snow fell. The 4 WD didn't work. The next winter, the same thing happened. Now, with 21,000 miles, and still within the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty, both front rotors and brakes need replacing. But chevy won't cover it, as it is a maintenance issue. How do you maitain a rotor? Towel it off each night before putting it to bed? $600 repair.

Don't buy from Thorobred Chevrolet Chandler, AZ

I recently went into Thorobred Chevrolet to trade in my vehicle for a 2011 Chevy malibu. They appraised my my trade in at a very good price me and the sales manager Kevin and I discussed the body damage to the side of the vehicle and he brought me the car fax. The next day I got a call back saying I was approved by the bank and I went back in to finish the paperwork. I put money down and signed the paperwork required. The Malibu was getting detailed and I was told I needed to bring in some paperwork for the bank to show proof of income. No big deal, right? That's when I had to run home to get it they were putting my line plate back on ny trade in and Kevin says to me, "where did this damage come from did that happen last night?". He said that he did not see it because when he appraised my car it was to dark to see. I told him that appraiseing vehicles is all that he does, he says "come on man give me a break I haven't been doing this very long". Even though he said he has been in the business for ten years. He left to go talk to his boss and returned with my check saying that we have no deal I was all done with all the paperwork and the bank was backing it already wtf. Horrible service I spent approx. 8 hours at the dealership super slow. I spoke with the GM and he said that they couldn't get me into a car with my trade in. The next day I went to a different Chevrolet dealer and they put me in a Malibu they same day no questions asked. Deal done. DON'T GO TO THOROBRED CHEVROLET!!!

growing up my dad always bragged about how wonderful chevy's were and that you could always depend on them. boy was he wrong, i have had nothing but problems since i bought my 2010. the dealer mechanics are a joke they can't diagnosis the simpliest problem had to take my car else where and pay for repairs. i so regret buying a chevy now, can't wait to get rid of this headache

I have a 2004 Trailblazer LS EXT. We replaced the battery and then the air conditioning stopped blowing out of the air vents. The air still blows out of the defrost vents and the heater vents at the floor. The rear air still works...thank God! GM is aware of this problem and has even had a recall for the Tahoe and the larger trucks for this very issue. I was told that they will not recall the trailblazer because not enough people have brought them in for service. I can understand why people aren't rushing in to have this repaired...I was quoted a price of 728.09 for one solution and 588.00 for another. Who has that kind of money when this is a engineering problem? Who knew that you needed to keep power on to the car by using a backup in order to change the battery. We have owned 8 GM vehicles in the past 20 years and have been very happy. But now and considering another make due to the quality just not being what it used to be. Come on GM...do what is right. America bailed you out...help your faithful customers.

Own a 2008 Tahoe,July 2010 with 30,000 miles the a/c blower and rear blower would come on with the engine turned off and keys remove-intermittently one or both would stay one until the battery was dead. Dealer put on new battery, the next morning the new battery was dead, after 3 trips they said GM told them to replace the controller-done. No problems until July 2011-the exact same problem has reoccurred-fans running until battery is depleted-now that it has 39,000 miles my dealer is not sure he can do anything under warranty-I have purchase 2-08 Chevys, and just purchased a 2011 Silverado, if they do not get it fixed, under warranty, I am trying the Texas Lemon Law, I own 3 Chevys and am totally disgusted in Abilene Texas. I am also having some of the body problems another posted commented on on my 2011-side molding glue ruining the paint.

CHEVROLET CRUZE. THE WORST RELIABLE CAR I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED IN MY LIFE. ITS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AS IF YOU STOP THE ENGINE ONCE, YOU NEVER KNOW THAT WHETHER IT WILL START AGAIN OR NOT. THAT GOD ALL THE TIME IT HAPPENED, I WAS IN MY OWN CITY AND NOT OUT OF TOWN.

hello me and my wife bought a brand new 2008 aveo in 2008. we did not reliese that it was a deawoo one of the worst vehicals ever made. the car has around 40,000 miles on it and so far we just have had the radiator crack for no reason that was a $800 stinger, two of the back windows dont role up and down, and today we found out the a/c compressor just went out on us and they want $1,200. thats somthing i cant aford right now and i live in florida, so just to say i think chevy is a horible company and they will slap there name on anything just to make a profit. thanks chevy for screwing us.and i own a chevy truck and im going to sell it just because i think chevy is a shady company. and we still owe $8,000 on the aveo, really disapointed.thanks again

I have a 2008 Chevrolet Impala SS. It had corroded battery cables within 1 year. It has had 3 power steering pumps so far, and currently screaming so it needs another. When the 2nd failed, I was in a 90 degree curve and crossed the centerline into ongoing traffic. I am AFRAID TO DRIVE IT! It is also losing 2 - 3 quarts of oil within a one thousand mile span. So far, the dealership can not determine what is wrong. It is under extended warranty, and the only resolution that I have gotten from the dealership is that GM is working on a procedure to fix the problem and I have to live with it. I put oil in it every time I stop for gas. I changed the oil 1800 miles ago and when I checked it, it was 2 quarts low. Hurry up GM, find this procedure that your dealerships are advertising!!!

I have bought 2 GM vehicles before and was pretty pleased with the service. I went to Currie Motors in Forest Park, Illinois thinking I might be treated fairly as a 3rd time returning customer. As it turns out the Salesman was so hawkish he refused to give me the trade-in value on my car, even after I asked for it a dozen times. He then proceeded to assign me insurance that didn’t even protect the vehicle. I drove off the lot in a brand new car that was uninsured, but was told it was insured. I found this out weeks later when I began to investigate insurance rates on my own. I had entered to an agreement based on a specific number and we shook hands on this number. As I got into the credit managers office, he began to try and strong arm me into an agreement that was about 5% higher in a monthly payment than we had agreed. I had asked this is not what we agreed to he pushed the contract over and said take it or leave it basically. I that point I probably should of walked out but I wanted to finalize the deal so I went a head. After complaining I was approached by the service manager who told me once you get that survey, we’ll take care of you. In fact he told me that to “right the wrong” he would give me a two year service contract giving me free oil changes, etc. I never received the survey from GM so they quickly retracted there offerings to me for the lousy way thru treated a 3rd time customer. No service contract, no return phone calls. All for a 3rd time customer who comes back to purchase a car from the same place.

I RECENTLY LEASED A 2011 EQUINOX BASED ON ADVERTISED INFORMATION...YOUR ADS CITING MPG 'UP TO' 32 MPG DOES NOT COMPUTE...MY LAST CAR WAS A 2008 MALIBU, WHICH I ENJOYED.I REALIZED A MPG OF 30+ ON HIWAY TRIPS..MY EQUINOX WILL NOT GO OVER 23-24 MPG UNDER SAME DRIVING CONDITIONS...1200 MILE INTERSTATE ROUND TRIPS, USING CR. CNTRL AND CONSTANT CONDITIONS AS WITH THE MALIBU...
I CURRENTLY HAVE SBOUT 3500 MILES
ON THE VEHICLE AND WOULD LOVE TO HAVE AT LEAST 29-30 MPG.
I AM THOROUGHLY DISSAPOINTED AND HAVE EXPRESSED MYSELF TO ANY THAT ASK ABOUT MY NEW EQUINOX..
HAVING DRIVEN AND SOLD CHEVYS FOR YEARS I AM THOROUGHLY DISSAPOINTED FOR THE FIRST TIME..
