Eating healthy on the go!

Sticking to a healthy diet on business travel is a challenge. Chili's does a great job with their menu options. My go to is the delicious Ancho Salmon with the spicy citrus-chile sauce. If you're watching your carbs, skip the Mexican rice and double up on the steamed broccoli.

The previous business failed because it had the same ideals. The wife and I arrived at your restaurant a few minutes ago and left shortly thereafter when I asked for the manager. We were told that there was a 15 minute wait. Yet there were about 75% tables available to be seated. It didn't make sense. There were probably 4 sets of customers waiting. So I told her, you don't treat your customers this way, you seat them down and surely they know there is a wait. But when you tell them there is a waiting period when there are tables available in plain sight, it's almost as if you're lying to them. I wouldn't treat my customers like that. They are first class and should treated as such. We walked out and went next door to your competitor. Sorry

Tonight I sent a family member to chilis two chicken crispy dinners. When the food came the chicken was soaked in grease. I took my finger and pressed down and grease would flow from the chicken.we could not eat this meal. The corn was good and I ate it. The time before this we ordered two hamburgers.well done..the outside was raw.we took that back and got a replacement. Whoever is cooking needs to be trained or replaced. My family cannot be the only customers having these problems. We will not return. Threw chicken away.

Today my family and I went to the chilies on town lake pkwy in Woodstock Georgia. Our server was amazing. But my daughter ordered a sirloin. Medium. When it came out she cut it open. The inner color was gray brown. The manager came over. Seemed skeptical but reordered the steak. The second came out the same way. I asked the manager if that looked right to her. She said yes. There was something wrong with those steaks. Gray is not normal on the inside of a steak. I don't know if the meat was old or had been left out but it was NOT appetizing looking. There were 5 adults at that table and none of us would've eaten that.

Had dinner on your new menu tonight - fajitas. VERY disappointed. Dry beef with no taste, no juice. Learned from our server, who talked to the manager, that you no longer pre-marinate. Big mistake. Always used to order fajitas, but no more. No flavor.

i have been a waitress and manger of restaurant for 36 years but your restaurant in Montclair

California is the most dirtiest place i every ate at every other table dirty dishes

i ask don't u have a busboy no

you always take the dishes away when done i had all dishes that where dirty sitting on my table while i ate dessert a waitress should try to take the dishes away every time she passes

i think i see the hostess more than the waitress



i will recommended to all my friends not to go.

I took my Son to chills in San Bernardino CA for him he got 💯 on his written driving license test !! There were like 4 customer an the food was cold an I was email a free eggrolls as long as I ordered a meal that's not on the discount selection so I ordered an was still charged for those nasty microwave food that was the WORST visit every an I don't want any more of those fake emails for free food an points !!the only best part of that visit was the cocktail

We live in Fairmont WV we go to your restaurant in Morgantown WV and we have always had good food however last evening May,16 2017 I ordered the guacamole burger as I have before. I ate some of it and then realized the middle was raw. We found out waitress and she took it back and they replaced it. I was up all night throwing up and diarrhea and still have today. I have never felt so bad. You need to instruct you cooks to check to be sure the food is done. I will never order a burger there again it will be a while before I can eat there again. The waitress apologized but no manager came to the table and we were not offered a discount very disappointed since I ran a restaurant in Fairmont for years and we appreciate our customers. Just thought someone should know. I tipped the waitress 20% due to the fact she didn't cook it. She did her job. Maybe you have so much business that you don't care but I believe that is a sad way to look at things.

We ate in your Chilli's at 2222 West Northwest HighWay in Dallas on May 12th. My associates and I eat out every Friday for the past 10 years. All I can say this was the worst meals we have every eaten. To begin with, the silverware was dirty. The chili was cold. When it was returned it was like a soup not like chili is suppose to be. The chicken sandwich was cold and it was not fully cooked. Never returning.

I have been going to Chili's Happy Hour in Chester with my teacher friends for over 10 years every Friday afternoon. I have enjoyed countless Triple Dippers, Chips, Wings, and Texas Fries over the years. Yesterday was Cinco de Mayo and we were informed that there was no happy hour yesterday. Instead, the company had opted to offer 4 "latino style" drinks. WHAT??? The more I think about this, the more incredulous I become. I can understand offering extra specials on Cinco de Mayo, but why on earth would you cancel the normal specials, which have been in existence forever? I don't think I'll be going back to Chili's. We left and went to Applebee's for their Happy Hour. We had a wonderful waitress, the food was great and it was half off. I'm so disappointed in the poor business decision made by Chili's. You have lost my business and the business of many of my friends. So long, Chili's! Hello, Applebee's!

Last night we went to our local Chili's (Oro Valley, AZ) which we enjoy and have always had great meals at. My girlfriend had a Santa Fe Chicken Salad and I had a Margarita Flatbed Chicken Salad. We always thoroughly enjoy your salads. It was not the quality of the Margarita Flatbed Salad but the size was totally disappointing. Side by side the flatbed salad was half of the Santa Fe salad and other salads we have ordered in the past. I feel it should be on the light menu or an appetizer, it is the first time I went away hungry after I had just eaten.

I thought Chillis in Loganville had gotten better until tonight. We sent steaks back, salads were limp and nachos were hardly cooked and cold. The wait time was very long after we ordered and then unhappy as described above.

I love Chili's and the menu but lately the food is over cooked and I've had to send my salmon back and yesterday the salmon and the classic nachos were over cooked. The people in the kitchen can make or break a restaurant. There are some people that should not be preparing food. What is going on at Chili's on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, Fl. Thank you for your help!

We have been coming to your north Portland location in Oklahoma City. The first few experiences were great however this experience has been terrible. The onion rings are one of the main reasons we come back. This time the onion rings were over cooked and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for our burgers. The fries were subpar as well. First time here.

I really like Mexican food. Surprisingly there are not very many Mexican restaurants around this area, so I thought Chili's Tex-Mex might be a good substitute. WRONG!



I walk in and this place was VERY LOUD, NOISEY!



I sit down and the waitress wants my drink order in 5 seconds, as I hem and haw she just says "I'll bring you some water to start". Fine.

She brings the water, with a slice of lemon floating in it- WHICH I HATE!

As I am looking at the glass deciding weather or not to ask for another glass of CLEAN water, I notice another piece of food down towards the bottom on the INSIDE of the glass. It looked like a bean skin! ICK!

As I pointed to it, the waitress also noticed and she apologized and said she would bring another right away, I ordered a Coke as well and she said she would bring me chips and salsa (usual and complimentary or included with the price, whichever way you want to look at it).

I ordered the Smoked Chicken Quesadilla and started in on the chips and salsa. The salsa was a little weak, but O.K.

I squeezed some limes into it as I usually do with any salsa and I stirred it with my fork. A BIG, NASTY piece of SKIN came up on my fork and I was quite disgusted.

It wasn't actually skin- it was an old, soggy chip that some how ended-up in my salsa!

I asked for the manager and he told me "Yeh, that happens sometimes, we keep the chips right next to the salsa and sometimes they fall in".

He offered to bring me new salsa, but as I thought about his answer it didn't make sense to me.

Either you don't store your salsa in a refrigerator (which would be stupid AND dangerous!) or you keep your tortilla chips in the refrigerator, which would be VERY stupid!

How else could chips accidentally fall into the salsa sometimes???



When my quesadilla came out I opted for dipping the cut pieces in my salsa rather than the white jalapeno sauce that came with the entrée, good thing too! Just as I was about to try the jalapeno sauce I noticed A LONG, NASTY BLACK HAIR IN THE SAUCE!!!

I have very short hair (maybe 3/4 of an inch), there is no way this was mine!

I asked for the manager again. This time when he came out I was becoming quite annoyed. The table next to me heard the story.

He apologized and said he personally would re-make my food in about 5 minutes and bring it out to me.



He brought my quesadilla out and said he would comp my meal. I ate about half of my food, but I really wasn't all that hungry anymore.

- Dirty water glass.

- Soggy, old chip that looks like skin in my salsa.

- Hair in my quesadilla sauce.

= Loss of appetite.



I really expected better from a national chain like Chili's, guess I was wrong.(see photos)

I went to your store in Pompano Beach FL yesterday. The service is always good and it is kept clean. I ordered your two mini hamburgers with fries. You have changed this item. It consisted of two LARGE buns a (huge amount of bun) that hid the burger. I opened the sandwich to find about an ounce of beef, and a quarter ounce sliver of cheese. This dish use to be just a little less then a half size of your regular hamburger. You have been down sizing for the last year that I have noticed which is not positive. This two mini burger dish is a joke. For $4.99 you have a HUGE profit and an inferior dish. If you can not do better then this take it off the menu or better yet go back to the way it was before you down sized. You should be ashamed of yourself for offering such pitiful dish.

We ate at CHILIS at 2705 Hamilton Mill Buford GA 10-17 at 12:28 in the afternoon - I had the Prime Rib Burrito - it was mostly rice I count 4 cubes of "prime rib" it was apparent that it was thrown together in a hurry it was COLD only 1 tiny corner was warm and the tortilla on that corner was well toasted. VERY DISAPPOINTED. My husband had the OldTimers hamburger - there was enough grease dripping from it - one could fry eggs the taste was as though the hamburger had been set out and tasted ransid - I WILL NEVER GO BACK to any CHILI'S and I will share our experience with others. There were not a lot of people in the place so it was not as though the cook was busy just plainly not a COOK.

Worst experience ever

Was on a vacation and so i visited the one at 500 Seawall Blvd in Galveston Texas. The severs were very rude and the manager does not seem to care or do anything about it. Restaurant was dirty and you can smell the restroom from about 70 feet away. I will never eat at Chili's again neither will i recommend it to anyone. Worst experience ever i could not believe that in this day and age customer service does not mean anything to employees anymore, every one was acting like they didn't want to be there (work). I am devastated and still in shock........
