So I moved my services over from Spectrum/Time Warner to Cincinnati Bell's Fioptics service. That was a huge mistake. Bell was going to give me a good bundle deal. Its only been 4 weeks and I'm already going back to Spectrum due to a bunch of problems. My first bill was way wrong and a lot more than what I was promised. My internet and sometimes cable will go out even in a light rain or small storm. My internet speeds are drastically reduced when it rains or thunderstorms. The cable boxes are always freezing up when I change channels. Changing channels is not smooth at all. There are frequent cable outages and channels missing. Plus, you guys are always taking good channels like ION and WGN America away. Its time for me to shop for a new cable and internet provider.

Cincinnati Bell should've never rolled out the Fioptics Internet and Cable services until all the of the bugs and problems were figured out first. Normally, a company will hold off rolling out their products until they have been tested and will work. Not Bell. They have so many problems with Fioptics due to cheap equipment, lack of technician training, and poor service execution. I have had their service for 3 months and have had problems with my internet and cable since a week after it was installed. A total of 3 technicians have been to my house and none of them could fix the problems. My DVR is always freezing up, HD channels are also freezing up, the picture will skip and jump when you change a channel, the cable will go out a lot, etc. Now, I'm switching back to Time Warner Cable because I am fed up with their service.

Please please fix your cable issues and slow Internet issues! These have been going on for months out here in Anderson Township. I just want reliable service and I'm sick of it. I have had 4 technicians out to my house and I'm still getting slow Internet and internet drop outs at night. My cable has been acting up to. Certain channels like 292 (Retro TV) freeze up and pixelate. A lot of other channels jump or won't change smoothly. They arent streaming smooth.

I agree with the previous reviewer-I think it stinks and is unfair how Cincinnati Bell is thinking about getting rid of the channels AMC and ION. They already got rid of WGN america. Then they want to keep raising my cable rates? How about adding some channels since you are raising my rates. You have never added any channels since I got Fioptics. I'd really like to see Antenna Tv, RFD-TV, Revolt, and Nasa tv added. You guys are slacking compared to Directv and Time Warner Cable.

Cincinnati Bell-I am really unhappy with your Fioptics service. It never works right. Whenever I call your "customer service" overseas, they can't help me. It's ludicrous because you can't understand anyone you talk to and you can barely hear them. They can't get anything straight and will pass you from person to person. Many of my HD cable channels are freezing up and stuttering and have been for weeks now here in Anderson Township. It's really annoying. Whenever you go to change the channel it will freeze up. My picture has been pixelating a lot as well. It seems as if it doesn't stream smoothly and the 720p channels have poor picture quality. The cable will go down sometimes too just like my internet. Your service is so unreliable and slow and nobody down there seems to know how to fix the problems. I guess it's time to switch providers.

OK Service

They have reasonable prices compared to other companies. It is nice that you can have cable, home phone, cell phone, and internet through them. They have horrible cell phone service, but their prices are cheaper than a lot of places. Overall, they are an okay company.

I feel that Cincinnati Bell is overcharging for services. The first woman I spoke with did not seem to care or understand but her supervisor was helpful
