I love my CC, but your begenning to fall behind compareing to other companies, you have no unlimited data plan, the newer phones you seem to be the last company to get them cant never get a rep on the phone any more without waiting forever or have to get a call back, your a great co but falling behind, and i bet youl give me excuses instead of fixing the problems catch up Guy's ...Ky Joe.

..told that the warranty period had expired..
There has been sooo many issues, I have tried my best to follow the direction of the reps that I had contacted..hard to do sometimes since one hasn't the availability of records..my "service" was inoperable in our home..I had to go out on the street to contact them..where calls were conveniently dropped and actions performed that I did not want done, which leaves me in a time crunch to port the number..I did get an email saying.."OH, sorry"..I can hardly believe how inefficient their organization is..or dishonest???..less than useless "service"rkerath.... Pleasant Customer Reps...BUT
I have spent more time on calls to consumer cellular, no caps, they don't deserve to be capitalized, than actual use of the phone. Initially I was told the phone I had with ATT could be used with cc..not..so I ordered one of theirs..unable to share contents of original phone to the new one..inability to make calls from our home..I'm out in the street calling their support..called to get info for returning phone..call drops and service is cancelled, got an e-mail from them.."sorry"..now I can't call them..using someome else's phone I'm told to go to radio shack,get "a sim card"..did that,two trips,wrong sim..and on and on. Was told they would expedite sending a sim..it's Thursday..5 days"..no sim. When ordering "their phone..1 day delivery ..you get what you pay for..snake oil salesmen..and women

I've tried AT&T, which was terrible, really bad. Am actually happy with Consumer Cellular and wish they had an unlimited data plan.
