Complaint on fees with bridge pay

I have 2 lines on my account suppose to be 90 with hotspot I used the aditup to get credit on my bill which left me at $86.00 I went to pay my bridge pay and it was asking for $46.00 I called customer service and still had to pay $26.00 and remaining payment of60.00 I had to remove my hotspot of both lines I don't think this was fare I have never had to remove my hotspot and I did bridge payment and paid $18 for both lines in all to be restored .How did it go up to 10 each and 5 for bridge pay activation fee for each

Why complain, nothing Is being done about it!!!

Cricket scored 27% out of 200!!! Wow cricket you should be embarrassed!! But your not, you go about the business as if no one Is complaining! And the only good reviews on here are I'm pretty sure employees from cricket trying to give some type of positive feedback! Cricket really does suck ass and when yo go in there to fix the problem it just causes even more problems! They should go on undercover boss!!! They'd look so Stupid!!!

Cricket customer service

mt son and I were on same plan i had a bad breakup n restraining order on exbf the ex had no way of geting my sons passcode but had cricket turn my phone off then when I called to question them was tokd my son had made this call it didnt happen they did turn service back on but the next day our code was changed they couldnt tell us who or where the call was from but I know who and he has cricket service too.i asked that my number be unlisted they said thats not a service they provide. But they do give private information out to whomever asks

I had cricket service for about four Years then went to t-mobile for year well let's just say glad to be back with cricket .I have always been treated with respect .thank u cricket

Appalling customer service.

It is pretty pitiful when the customer service phone number for a phone company doesn't help in the slightest when one of their phones stop working. Just switch to a Samsung brand like the other victims of this joke of a company.

Paid for last 3 mos and two of them couldnt get call s and now...

After reflashing and reflashing old phone and still no calls or compensation I did as they said get a new phone so I did now I dont get text and they were contacted by me told about once again I paid for service I not get and today they disconnected my cell. I been a customer since they opened and they dont want my business from what I can tell any more.

There alright I just don't like it you can't use your app
unless you have the right plan. Even if you pay to money already to change plans but you still can't use your apps or you can't get into another account of yours unless you add more money to your plan. That is mess up!

ZTE Chorus cell phone

Solid coverage (Denver)...great for me

Where I live and spend most of my time, Cricket is great. I have had AT&T and Verizon previously. All three carriers experience dropped calls, but I actually experience less from Cricket. I dont care who has the best Nationwide coverage. I just want it to work where I spend 99% of my life!

I am sick to death of this stupid phone and your service. I paid well over a hundred dollars for this phone and it hasn't worked right yet. every day its something new. I am tired of paying for something that never works right. I want my money back for this phone. I will keep agrravating you people until i get it or sue you if I have to.

which is worse: the phones themselves or the lousy service?

title says it all. The phones barely get any reception anywhere, and trying to contact a rep to discuss the problem is impossible. Their website provides little in way of actual aid.

This company is a joke!

I purched a ZTE and have had nothing but problems. I have called service many many times and get the same responces 1. I underrstand your agrivation. REALLY DO YOU? 2. Turn phone off and back 3.remove battery 3 take phone to another location. Come on customer service told me this phone was sold as android but reasons for errors and other stuff was due to no longer being an andeoid. Come on damn idoit ive only had phone 1mth when they told me that to me this is being deceptive. I was also told the phone was no longer mouve music player. Seems to me that cricket sales phones under the umbrella of deception. Fixing to seek advice of an attorney

Just a couple of weeks ago some friends were talking about how they couldnt wait to upgrade to an iphone, i said to go to cricket, they had so much negative to say, like how the service was weak, and it cost way more to switch to them, because they had built credit in six years with theyre provider, turned out i was paying way less with better service, saw one of thse guys this morn and he was holdin a cricket iphone!

Love it :)!!

Honestly I have not had any probs w my phone. And it was the cheapest one cricket had (huawei) :)! I got excellent service when I visited family down in Texas and have never had any dropped calls. I love the top up cards and the way you can purchase a $10 card at any given time! I called customer service cus I had trouble w my account and the representative was extremely nice and professional and made sure I was completely taken care off. I love Cricket and would def recommend to fam n friends!:D

Good setup

Though it is not a "luxury" company, it gives sufficient service, but for a decreased price. Their website has a LOT of problems, but it works.

i dont like this service. i bought a phone, the ZTE and in the 1st month i had problems with it. where u plig in the charger i guess its broken and they said i need to pay 50 bucks for a new one and at that i wont have a phone for like a whole week or 2 n still have to pay for the whole month of service. ICANT EVEN CHARGE MY PHONE I HAVE TO TRADE BATTERIES WITH SUM 1 WHO HAS THE SAME PHONE!!! MY PHONE TURNS ON AND OFF BY ITS SELF N I MISS CALLS!!!!! UUUGGH!!!!

You might as well just do that, if you want to get a Cricket phone that's not only noticeably more expensive than other phones, but is littered with software issues abound.

i would not tell anybody i like to get cricket i paid 35.00 a mo and never used the phone i got 10 dropped calls in a roll i talked to corp they said take bphone to store i did they had no idea what to do or the phone would just cut its self off while i was talking i dont know about most people but i cant just give 35.00 away

Before you call Cricket read this.

I've had Cricket going on 5 years. I purchased a new Android from them (different phone#), paid the bill on my old Cricket phone before the ordering the Android. I asked for a refund on old account and Rep' told me "we can't do that" as per their usual response to any question. I said to him "so you're telling me this company is keeping money that doesn't belong to them?" He went silent. Warning to anyone, don't expect much from this company...ever! The phone reps' ALWAYS have only 3 options for you: 1-turn phone off and then turn back on, dial *228. 2-Remove battery few seconds and put back and reset. 3- Take your phone to nearest Official Cricket Store.

Impossible

Cricket Phone Service Help

Bought new phone with HSN promise of free service.
I am paying to have phone work because they stated it may take an addition 7 days to get the HSN free month of service to work on the phone.
Totally unbelievable customer service. Took 4 days to get phone ported and working. People working for company do not have any knowledge or ability to resolve problems.
I am am ashamed that HSN would sell this phone service.
Believe the reviews. The ratings should include negative stars.

NOT WORTH PURCHASING INSURANCE FOR YOUR PHONE

i PURCHASED INSURANCE FOR MY hawaii ANDROID PHONE 5.00 A MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR . THE PHONE SUDDENLY STOP TAKING A CHARGE WENT TO THE STORE TO GET A REPLACEMEN T OR GET IT FIXED THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME 89.00 + FOR A REPLACEMENT. i ASK YOU WHAT IS THE PURPOSE FOR INSURANCE IF THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU MORE FOR THE PHONE THAN YOU PAYED THE FIRST TIME. BY THE WAT I CALLED THE INSURANCE PEOPLE AND HE TOLD ME IF I WANT TO LOOK IN TO OTHER OPTIONS FEEL FREE TO AN SO I DID, I HOPE OTHERS READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING insurance.

Just got them and.....

We just got 2 ZTE Scores. As far as a SCORE...mine is almost Zero! NOthing works. Can't take calls when I need them. Hubby can't set up his voicemail. I can't retrive my voicemail because the keypad won't function during a call. The touchpad is a joke. It used to take me about a minute to text someone. Now it takes me at LEAST 5 minutes and I am making texts short because I am tired of hitting the wrong keys! This is nuts!

Ok, I have a real problem here. I bought a cricket crosswave wireless modem thing at the start of the month. I set installed all the stuff it needed and never really got it to work wirelessly. It works just fine if i have the usb cord connecting it to my laptop. The internet worked good enough, not really the 5mb im paying for but understandable due to the distance from the nearest tower around. Anyway the leaves started growing on the trees around my house and it left me with only about 135kbps. Its not worth the 50 dollars a month I have to pay or the 150 dollars I already payed. I want to cancel the cricket plan but then id still stay with 150 dollars wasted and i cant return it because they only accept returns within 3 days from its purchase. Does anyone know if there's anyway i can at least some of my money back? Or am i just screwed?

I HATE Cricket! I'm trying to talk to a customer service agent and I can't! They have this system with this annoying white computer talking man, who don't help you at all. There charging money out of my account even though my phone is cut off. I'm going right back to T mobile or at&t..I wouldn't wish there horrible customer service or horrible phone service on my worst enemy!!!! No wonder why there look at as a joke. I totally agree.

My Cricket phone started randomly dialing 454545454545454, last Thursday. Knowing that the warranty program is a joke, I ordered a new phone online. The phone arrived on Tuesday, I attempted to activate it. I was told that my account was locked due to a billing system upgrade, but would be activated within 24 hours. the next day Iwas told that the account was still locked due to a maintainence issue, but it would be unlocked in 24 hours. Thursday I was told that the account is unlocked, and I was to call *228 to activate, FAIL. Again I was told 24 hours. Friday they tell me, we are working on the problem, and I was GUARANTEED my phone will be activated in 2-3 hours. After 4 hours I am told that it would take up to 48 hours more, becuase the account was locked due to an error that occured due the activation process on Tuesday. I visited the local Cricket store three times this week, Twice I was told that it would be unlocked in 24 hours. the third time I was told "Your phone will be working TODAY." This is now my EIGHTH day without a working phone. A dear friend passed away on Mother's Day, I was not able to attened her funeral because no-one could contact me. On thursday I was told "We will call you when your account is unlocked" I replied "How can you call me my phone isn't working?" I told them that I want to return the phone and cancel my service, and be refunded for the cost of the phone, and the $50.40 bill that I paid on Monday. I was informed that iI cannot return the phone there is more than 30 minutes of talk time on the phone. I have 1 hour and 43 minutes of talk time from calling Cricket customer service. BUT they are going to adjust my account for the days of missed service. I have missed 3 days of work because I can not be contacted by my employer.

I have had this service for only three months and it is horrible. I have the 3g wireless aircard for internet it was the biggest waste of 150 dollars ever. I DO NOT RECCOMEND CRICKET IT IS A RIP OFF!!!

This is without question the worst internet and mobile phone carrier I have ever had. I signed up for their broadband not even a month ago, at first it was ok, then after three weeks it takes 45 minutes to download a 7 minute you-tube video!!!!!!! It takes FOREVER to load one page!!! The slowest internet ever!!!!! I am terminating my service immediately and my cell as well. And, the customer service in the memphis area is the worst!!! The employees will tell you anything to sell you something. They have no product knowledge and their cust. service line is a joke, along with their my account page online!!!!!!! BEWARE OF LIONS IN SHEEPS CLOTHES!!!!

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You change your plans, you pay for the old plan for another month including all taxes and surcharges, even though your not getting the service, and they credit you for only the reduction in the plan. TOTAL RIPOFF AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!
Their customer service sucks, their internet service is horrible, and reception is horrible!
DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE! No wonder Consumer Reports did not even rate or mention this company at all!
