We bought a Programmable Cuisinart Coffee/hot water maker Model CHW- 12. 12/27/16. It's been working just fine until two days ago. I set it to automatically come on at 7 am, but it doesn't and the clock jumps forward in time. This is my 3rd cusinart and never had this happen before This should be under warranty.

I received my replacement blade but it is a piece of crap. I have attempted to make pizza dough, which I made for 16 years with my old blade, but now the blade never longer stays down and the dough goes up the shaft. It is impossible to clean upend I lose part of the dough. Obviously your "precise manufacturing processes" aren't very precise. I will never buy Cuisinart again. Why did I have no problem with my blade for 15 years and all of a sudden there is a problem with the blade?

We just ordered a Cuisinart slow cooker which came two days ago, I am very disappointed in this product. It is PSC 350 and I used it last night but the lid doesn't fit right at all big gaps at each end. We have previously bought Cuisinart but this will be the last, it's so cheaply made and guess where it's made? Of course more Chinese crap. I have been trying to call all day and all I get is a busy signal. Terrible customer service. Will never buy Any more Cuisinart products and I have more reviews to write. Sheila S

I ususally don't complain,, but I got a Cuisinart as a gift 1 1/2 years ago,,, and quite frankly ,, its crap...Its the Elemental 8 food processor...this use to be a great brand,,,but something horrible has happened...I have a Nija also,,and it out performs the Cuisinart by far... I would have returned it,,but it was a gift from an old friend,, so sometimes when I use it, I take something I made in it, over to him and tell him I used it...I have only used this maybe 10 times and the blade is crap...not sharp..

Cuisinart is truly the best!
I have a few Cuisinart kitchen gadgets and I'm only happy with them:) I know if I had the money my kitchen would be filled with Cuisinart tools only. For this Christmas I'm getting the Cuisinart electric spice/coffee grinder. I can NOT wait until Christmas just to get the grinder. I'll make sure to write review on the grinder too.I'm a amature personal chef to 8 clients and using the best makes the best high quality meals. Thanks Cuisinart, I love you!

I purchased the cuisinart Blender and soup maker because one of my friends told me that their products were top of the line. Well It work for a while and then a piece of hard plastic at the base broke while I called and the replacement part was mailed out to me then then I had another problem the motor stopped working. I called and was told to have it mailed and I was given a service number. When the blender was mailed back it had another pitcher attached to the base I assumed that the whole machine was replaced but to my surprise when using it I realised that something was wrong whenever I turned it on it smelt like something was burning I never bothered again I purchased a Kitchenaid less expensive and it get the job done

Great slow cookers!
I have had a couple of Cuisinart brand slow cookers and they always worked great through years of use. They heat up quickly and cook thoroughly. I know that when I put together a meal in the morning, it will be hot and ready a few hours later. Love it!Anonymous-84667.... November 18th, 2012
I have purchased 3 (color me stupid) Cuisinart Coffee Makers at a hefty price and ALL three had the same problem. The on/off switch went out. I WILL NEVER purchase another Cuisinart Product ever again, Which I am SURE this Company does not give a Rats A#?.

My Cuisinart blend and cook soup maker, still under warranty, will turn on only intermittently. I was told that I would be responsible for shipping to and from Arizona in order to have it looked at. This is the last Cuisinart product I will ever buy. What a waste of money!

Excellent craftsmanship.
I've relied on several Cuisinart products, and they've all helped me serve excellent meals over the years. They don't break as easily as similar products of other brands, and they are cheaper also.crazyredhead87.... December 16th, 2011
Love my slow cooker
I love my slow cooker. It is so easy to use and it cooks evenly and according to recipe. It is so convenient to have. I love it!crazyredhead87.... November 30th, 2011
Great blender
I own a Cuisinart blender and have been very happy with it. It is a great product and the blades are very sharp and the motor is strong enough for smoothies with ice and I don't have to worry about crushing the ice beforehand. It is a great product!Anonymous-30406.... June 7th, 2011
Bought chrome toaster for $110 about 1 1/2 years ago. Plenty simple - so what could go wrong. The 'pressdown' mechanism pulls out. When I openerd the toaster I was surprised to see that it 'slides' into a plastic frame which rides up and down. Obnviously, after a year or two of use, a metal strip inserted into a plastic frame, will eventually crack.
Bottom lime, $110 product is made pretty cheaply and not expected to lasgt too long. Gal is customer service, was sympathetic. "I bought anold toaster at a garage sale, 10 years ago, for $5 and it still works well."
Probably works because it is metal pushing on metal.

Totally useless. Was not able to offer any help when ice-cream maker froze yogurt around the sides of the frozen container but remained liquid in the center.
And your choices in the last "Ratings" category are grammatically incorrect -- it should be "I knew more than THEY (knew)
