Dairy Queen,108 Cities of Gold RD. Pojoaque, NM 87506,Jul 17,2018,7:56pm. Worst experience. Ordered a burger, the person working says, we don't have any tomatoes or lettuce for the burgers. Ordered the #1 burger, it came with a number of ingredients, not a tasty burger, ate half and threw the rest. My spouse went to the bathroom, not very clean and there were no paper towels, she and another lady walked out with wet hands. I normally don't complain but when I have a bad experience like this one, I feel that it is important that a business knows. Doubt that I will be going back to Dairy Queen.

I recently visited DQ in Randolph New Jersey and was impressed with it's retro style and very
clean and maintained grounds and patio area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were generous with the topping too!

I really Do not know why you changed that BBQ sandwich..I use to eat it all the time...you Redturants are always messing up something. The one I purchased yesterday was big and Nasty..soggy..I could not eat it and wasted $5bucks on it...and the ice cream machine was broken

I worked for Dairy Queen in 1994. We used to be able to load blizzards up with the special treat customers wanted. It's an absolute disappointment to go there now. There's barely anything in the blizzards. Sad to say but my business has went to McDonald's for their treats because they are loaded. A treat in every bite! Maybe fix this issue.

I will never step foot in a dairy queen again. They charge over 12 dollars for a drink and burger with fries. Then have the nerve to ask for money to have a dipping sauce for your fries. What next, charge to park in the lot or use the toilet? I'm through with DQ.Been years and it will be a cold day in he'll before I put another dollar in the mediocre burger joints fat hands.

Watched tv add for 3 dollar purnell double sausage breakfast. Tried at Versailles, Ky store,on Frankfort st.
Very disappointed, sausage thin and very over cooked. Tasted burnt and dry.

On aug 8th I purchased a rocky road blizzard and I don't and didn't know how it was supposed to be but it was not mixed well at all, and all the marshmallow was on the bottom and very very sweet overly sweet because it wasn't mixed properly. Please may I have a replacement please.

I was very disappointed in the quality of ice cream at the Dairy Queen in Bowling Green, Ohio. It is no longer smooth and creamy but cold ice milk. I am not sure why they chose to change the great creamy taste for ice milk, but it is not like the Dairy Queens of my younger days.

i bought a bag of buster bars i came home and ate one and it was freezer burnt. i tried another one just incase it was only one that was burnt and the second one was burnt also, After that i went back to the store to see if they could just give me a different bag that wasnt freezer burnt. the manager her name was terri decided that there was nothing wrong with them she continued to cut one open and kept saying there nothing wrong when u could actualy see ice crystals on the inside and they just tasted nasty,after a minute or 2 the actual owner of the store came over looked at it and said yes there is something wrong with them. when i asked the lady if i could just have a different bag that wasnt burnt she said we cant do that so she ended up giving me 2 small blizzards on oreo and one snickers... it was not what i wanted i just wanted to get a replacement bag and that is not what i got. I think she handled things unprofessional considering she was almost arguing with me and then didnt even replace what i already purchased. i wanted to let u know she was unprofessional and this is the second time the icecream didnt taste right and was freezer burnt the first time it was with a bag of icecream sandwiches. i wont be returning to the store again to save alot of headaches thankyou for your time.

They have great birthday cakes or even. Also a special great easy treat for a weekend / after dinner desert DQ ice cream roll was always a favorite with my grandmother how thee elderly people really do know good things . _Love some ice cream
