Ordered a new pc and microsoft office software from Lenovo Digital River.
Digital River cancelled the pc but sent the software even though both were on the same order.
I spoke to customer service at digital river and was told that they cancelled because they couldn't fulfil the order.
I did say that to send the software and cancel the pc was like supplying a car without wheels.
They said I had to pay for the software because I ordered it.
I think this company is very shabby and to be avoided.
If I had known that Lenovo was subbing their sales I would have avoided like the plague.

I ordered dragon naturally speaking home edition on 8-13-2013. when, I first installed it. I had no problem. now, all of a sudden It has been nothing but a nightmare. this, software has been nothing a major headache. If, I would have known in the beginning that I was going to have issues with this product. I would have never spent the $69.99 that I did. now, this software will not work properly because I am told that I have no sound on my computer. I do have a soundcard on my computer. sounds to me, like this dragon naturally speaking software is full of bugs. and major issues. I would not recommend this software to anyone that I know at all. this software is a major joke.

I cannot begin to tell you of the enmity with which I generally hold Digital River in its fulfillment of orders. The following problem is a prime example.
As you can see, I had ordered a download Parallels Product online:
Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac Upgrade w/Extended Download Service
Order Number: 7099349826
[email protected] CC: -41433
Activation Key: QMA056-BBCHFX-S0GMEA-V5XZ2H-62FN4J
and I am attempting to Activate with a supplied Activation Key that does NOT work.
Mea Culpa that I do NOT have my most recently provided Activation Key for Parallels 5, but I do not because of computer difficulties.
So, I am forced, temporarily to use a Trial Activation Key.
What's wrong with this picture. I buy a product that because of the way Digital River supplies Activation information, I cannot use it until I go through all of this.
And, of course, Digital River is unreachable!
