I've recently bought a 2016 Ram 6.7 Auto 3500 that now has 62K
It surges badly, so much that the passengers complain. It's the most annoying thing especially when towing. It does it constantly on acceleration and at cruise speeds. Feels like its running out of fuel. Once the surging starts with towing it sets off a chain reaction where I have to slow down to get it to stop for fear of snapping off a trailer ball. The dealer has had it 3 times,(once even going through the transmission!!??) Please give me either some experienced techs to go to or other suggestions.

My 2013 Dodge Mini Van needs a new transmission at 95700 miles. Is this normal wear and tear? It will cost me 4 thousand dollars. This is the 2 nd Dodge Mini Van I have owned and had no trouble with the first one. I was thinking of buying anew one and I see the newer models have 100,000 mile warranty. Have they made improvemnets to the newer ones?

My first disappointment with my 2018 Dodge Durango SRT 392 - the navigation system is not good. It has repeatedly taken me on the slowest/longest/indirect route. I've defied it a few times to take a route I know is shorter and did not find traffic or construction delays. Also the Search function doesn't find much - a simple Google search finds businesses that the nav doesn't. Most people have the same comment and tell me to use Google maps instead.

Have a 2010 Dodge Ram had 27 miles on it started giving me trouble after recall on Heather doors was unlocking on their own Windows going down on their own it drop into low gear by itself transmission went out ran ruff still do making a nose was told it would stop have not just unhappy

I rarely use social media to get my point across but I feel I have to today. I drive a dodge nitro, and i loved it until 6 months ago. I have a problem with the front end for over six months now. My truck shakes when I drive it and the noise that it makes is annoying. It is a part that should be recalled by dodge, but, I guess it's to much of a money maker for them to do that. There is national back order for this universal joint. That just tells you how big of a problem there is. Thanks Dodge.

So i have Been Having Problems with my 2013 Dodge Advenger Since 30,000 Miles. First I developed a Loud Clicking sound On the right side of the dash when the heater was On. Now it does It when the car is Off and no keys are In the ignition, No one can seem to figure out what is causeing the noise. Next My Breaks have been making Horriable Noises and Rusting. I have had 2 Brake jobs in 3 Months. NO solution. I had My drivers window Switch go out at 89,000. cost over $600 to fix. Now I noticed that the Paint is rusting off below the passanger side door! This is My First Dodge and I will NEVER Buy another ONE!

I have a 2010 journey that has been a nightmare car has 120000 km.and a blown engine. Gone through brakes like crazy start and transmission cables. Door locks work sometime and cost to much to fix. What can I do with this piece of crape its not paid for yet. Had it since new already cost me 3500$ in repairs this isnt counting oil changes and tires.

I have a 2009 Dodge Charger that is now sitting in the parking lot of my work and won't turn on. I have had an issue with the ignition switch. At least that's what I was told when I first reported the problem back in late July early August. The part has been on back order since then and the car would start eventually but as of yesterday it won't start at all. I contacted the shop manager yet again and was told yet again that the part is still on back order but meanwhile I don't have a car. My job requires me to travel so I'm having to deal with an angry boss now. The Dodge dealership will not work with me on getting a loaner car. I'm so frustrated. I mean it's been over 3 months and from what I understand this particular part is on back order for many vehicles. Can someone just explain what is going on with the manufacturer of these parts. Can anyone out there help those of us with these issues. C'mon Dodge, I mean I love my car but I also need my car.

I have called dealership where I bought it 2 times in last month and no one returns my call!!Have had car 1 yr this month. I am not happy with Dodge at all!!!!

I have a 2013 Jeep Compass and it's a lemon, I recommend nobody buys one. I have had to change the lower control arms, it has a power steering leak, needs new shock absorbers, and new trailing arms, and dodge doesn't care. :( I'm facing $2000.00 in costs because I am over by basic warranty.

Poor Service Recall
Dear FriendIn the last few days I received 3 recalls in my Dodge Ram 2014, today I try to schedule a service, and they told me that the next appointment would be to December 24, and this is ridiculous when all of the recall are related with electronic problems that can affect my air bags and other equipment.

I owned a dodge magnum 07, on 11/28/2014 I was in accident. This car is so well made it saved my life. Except for serious back which is expected. I lived all the safety features worked to protect me. I wanted to just say thank. Unfortunately my car is totaled and you don't make magnums any more. But thank you and God Bless the company.

My name is Jerry,I am the maint. and trucking suppervisor for Mounain Peak Buiders. In July we will have had our 3 2013 4500s for a year.What can I say? THEY STINK. Two are sister trucks. Our service truck has been in the shop 4 times in the last 6 months, for a week or longer. one has been in the Minot ND shop for 2 weeks now, the other waiting to get into the shop. All for DEF related issues.. The issues are still going on. Yesterday our service truck went down again.this time loosing power and derating... DEF and exhaust issues. When your company depends on that truck to keep it's equipment running and it lets you and every one else down, It's time to go. Dodge your costing us $150.00 an hour in down equipment and not the first time. With recalls and broke down trucks, The one thing I can depend on is, you can't depend on a Dodge. I am traiding it in for a 2015 F450. We have several 2012 and 2013 Fords, Not one single issue. NOT ONE. I am looking at over $200,000 in lost revenue in the last 6 months. Wake up Dodge and man up. Stop producing a crap product. Guts Glory? Not this time.

I presently have a 2009 Dodge 1500 Ram. The rack and pinion started leaking oil at 59000 kilometers and just over the 3 years. They would not fix it on warranty. I decided to just watch it and replace it when necessary. Well I reached 71000 kilos and it is time. Since the original equipment does not work there was no way I was replacing it with genuine DODGE parts so I searched for an after market part. The price was about a 1/3 of the original equipment price but there is so many DODGE trucks having the same problem that the parts are unavailble in North America. This truck should have been recalled with a factory flaw. My last two trucks were DODGE. I will lnot be replacing this truck with a DODGE.

I previously owned a 2007 Dodge Magnum until out of nowhere the engine blew. This was after replacing the gear cable and the car only had 80000 miles on it. I now am the proud owner of another DODGE with a blown engine! Thank you DODGE! I am the proud owner of a 2007 Charger with a blown engine. I PROMISE TO NEVER buy another but I thank you for bending me and my children over I cant believe you can get away with this. Look on the internet before buying Dodge. P.S. google Dodge blown engine reports and save yourself!

i own a dodge ram 1500 4 wd i purchased it in 2010 since then i replaced the trans.only 90000 mi. then the water pump then the rear and now front wheel bearings and ball joints not bad for owning it for 2 yrs. did you dodge motor co. know that you were building a very cheap truck when it comes too quality would like too see you stand behind your poor quality a little closer than your dealers tell me,also this truck has a 5.2 engine and it gets about 13mpg

2011 Dodge Grand Caravan not what it use to be
We are very disappointed with our 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, our third Caravan. The last two caravans had no problem with power up some hills or when overatking another vehicle. We could push the van up the hill with greater efficency and power than the 2011 Grand Caravan. There are times when we fear that we will go backwards down the hill!We know from experience that the brake pads would have to be replaced prior to
40,000 kms BUT the vehicle only has 30,000kms and the pads have to be replaced. Dodge is covering the pads but apparently there is a huge wait as so many brake pads have to be replaced. It is now three weeks since our dealer ordered them, and still no brake pads.
The carrier on our 2006 Grand Caravan was great as we were able to buy a proper locking carrier that fit the standard factory installed roof rack.
Now Dodge's factory installed roof rack
is a cheap piece of plastic. The only thing holding the cross bars to the roof rack are four thumb screws that shake loose. We have tried to find a locking roof rack and Yakima's doesn't fit. Dodge service departments do a 'Gee I don't know' when asked why such a cheap rack was used and no sources for a locking roof rack. Put a stand up paddle board and a kayak on top of the roof rakc with a lock to hold both to the carrier, no problem. BUT wait, alll someone has to do is turn the cheap thumb screws and remove the roof rack
and slip away goes a few thousand in property that we worked hard to acquire.
The reason someone buys a caravan is to transport people and their goods. But how shameful that Dodge to increase their
bottom line have put such a useless carrier and power less engine in their vehicle.
Shame on you, shame on me for thinking Dodge wanted to keep their customers satisfied with the quality of their vehicle.
