I am not happy with Dotster

Dotster does not answer my E-mails. I believe, it is a good business practice let user decide whether they are agree with changes of terms of service. Unfortunately, Dotster does not have it. When Dotster changed policy, I disagreed and told them that I want to withdraw my files and close the account. Immediately, Dotster closed me access to my files and disabled my homepage. I sincerely believe that Dotster.com is the last place that I would consider for my website.
