I recently purchased your cordless vac. The crevis tool supplied does not mate with the unit. I am unable to contact ur customer rep to request a correct replacement tool. I have tried calling several times and I am placed on hold for hours. So far the unit works fine but I am concerned with any future problems. We purchased an upright vas years ago and it still works fine. Compared to other brands your product is grossly over priced. Other customer reviews I have read seem very disappointing. No more dyson vacs for me.

The Dyson sweeper I purchased two years ago has now held up to the expectation. I am very displeased with the performance of this product. The parts are over priced to restore the product. They prefer to sell a new sweeper than restoring the product.

I just got Dyson v6. Even if it was fully charge, it dies after 10 min. Is there something wrong with the vacuum?

I bought a dyson hand stick DC 59 and after two years old it needs a new battery. I thought this machine would last longer than that and am told the new battery needed comes with no warranty.
Also, I have 2 lounge rooms, one that rarely is used and one I clean a few times a week with my DC 59 hand stick. Over a 2 year period it has sucked up so much wool from our 100% pure wool carpet that it now looks like felt, compared to the one in our unused room. Whenever I emptied the barrel it was full of fluff, which happened every time I used it. This tells me this machine is no good on pure wool carpets. Not Happy!!

I have the newest dyson with the big ball its a piece of crap!!!! I hate it I would never recommend it to anyone. I paid over $600 for this it has no place to hold the attachments like my last one it is way to heavy it I mean heavy I have multiple sclerosis and its a struggle I use to brag a but dyson being the best out there but when I bought this one 2 months ago it was the biggest waste of my $600 dollars. my first one I had was the best this one is the worst so sorry I bought it.

I would like to point out that many of the new ways to dry hands using hand driers has drawbacks. Noise is the main issue, our company installed the blade driers first the type that make an annoying whine, but after several complaints from office workers, they were removed due to the noise. The V-Blade was then installed. Although the whine is gone, the high intensity white noise generated is just as annoying and seems to go above safe hearing levels. I researched how these driers are tested for noise emissions and it seems unrealistic as they are tested one at a time without hands being placed and in an open space. Realistically when the hands are placed, the noise is dramatically higher. Also confined bathrooms reflect the sound amplifying it and are often two or three in the same space.

As an engineer and also a contractor, I know how important it is to protect hearing from noise from drills and machinery. These driers I would put money on exceed safe limits for hearing when used in a normal environment of an enclosed bathroom with two or three driers together and with hands placed beneath the drier. The high intensity white noise stresses the high frequency part of the hairs in the cochlea. As a TV engineer and Sound engineer, I am going to setup my own tests with these driers used in a realistic environment. Something is very wrong here, I am going to push for these driers to be declared unsafe and banned. In the US, where lawsuits are prevalent, it’s only a matter of time before someone files a law suit if they didn’t already.

We all have enough noise in our lives and these driers go beyond what is acceptable for health of our hearing. Like I do with my contracting work, I know how important it is to protect my hearing from loud noises, this is now the reality when going to many bathrooms. I place ear defenders when I venture in.

Mr Dyson may have invented something ‘Green’ and trendy to dry our hands, but did he have any idea how loud and dangerous his driers are?
