I hate earthlink
Earthlink is a prime example of a last resort.

worst
cuztomer service reps appear to be untrained. just gettin a customer service rep on the line takes over 10 minutes and then they dont listen to what the issue is but press on simple fix that wont even help with what it is you are calling about.

The absolute Worst..
I've never seen such incompetence, I've been in the IT field for over 30 years and they most certainly get my worst ranking...
They keep opening multiple tickets for the same issue so that the tickets don't not age and it looks like (on paper) that they might have solved something. Is managment at Earthlink that inept to not see what's going on or is it that shady to report better numbers. I'm leaving Earthlink as fast as possible, they've degraded into a third world circus act!!!
