New Company Policy
-------------------------

When the wise company president learned that his employees were tanking up
on no-trace vodka martinis during their lunch hours, he issued the
following memo:

To all employees; If you must drink during you lunch
hours, please drink whiskey. It is better for our customers to know you're
drunk than to think you're stupid. or recourse other then pay.I discovered this is way they make money low fares and screw you at counter.I will try my credit card co. to help resolve but looks like they have me in a no luck situation I recommend paying a legit airline more money and not getting a shock that would wake a dead man at these luggage robbers.British airways is way I go from now on and will tell everyone NO EASY JET or get screwed royally Lucy Taylor not afraid to sign my name or advertise the rudeness and stealing my money if it helps others.

Why don't they send word sooner?

If only easyjet were punctual in giving me notifications about flight schedule changes. I was told with a mere day in advance that my flight time was changed, nearly ruining my 2-week work trip schedule.

I am appalled to find that easyjet are now charging 36 euros or more per suitcase on their flights. I find this quite abusive. From a relatively modest charge when initiated, the price has now increased about 400% in a few years. As a parent with two older children I shall have to pay more than 100 euros if we all take an ordinary suitcase for our three-week stay. I am really very disappointed in the company. Initially so good, friendly and efficient, it is now simply abusing the dominant position it has acquired since wiping out competition. If another airline that is more respectful to its customers emerges, I shall be among the first to abandon Easyjet for good.

Having had a phone call to inform me that my mother had just died I got onto your web site to get a flight from Paphos to Edinburgh ( I stay in Cyprus) as I always use your airlineI was disappointed to find that the flight today was full (the 14th of Nov) I went to paphos airport to see iif they could even get me one seat but no Joy but the girl did say that there was seats available on the saturday flight (the 17th of Nov) having tried various other options the saturday flight was my last hope. I asked my daughter to book two saets myself and my wife, ans she did manage to book the seats but I was absolutely discusted to find that your budget airline the one that likes to boast that they are one of the cheapest has charged me 810 pounds sterling for the privlage of flying home to my mums funeral,

Having used your airline for many many years you have just lost yourselves two customers booking reference

The Friendly Cabin Crew

My friend and I travelled back on the 17.15 flight from Ljubljana to Stansted on 31 May. The flight was delayed for c. one hour, but we're not complaining about that. Any minor irritation we might have felt at that was totally eclipsed by the warmth and friendliness of the EASYJET cabin crew - Richard and Carly. They provided a superb level of service and support, from the moment we boarded the flight in Ljubljana to touch-down at Stansted. I would like to pay tribute to their professionalism, efficiency and unfailing charm and good humour throughout the whole flight. I am not exaggerating. Richard and Carly lifted the mood of virtually evey single passenger on that flight, and made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
So, thank you EASYJET! And many, many thanks, Richard and Carly!
Best wishes,
David Brummell

On March 29,2011 together with my husband and my son, we boarded the EasyJet flight from Berlin Schonefeld (Germany) to Thessaloniki (Greece). As we had pay for speedy boarding, we have been allowed to enter first the aircraft and we selected the seats 1A, 1B and 1C.

An airhostess (later identified herself as the "Manager of the flight" after trying to hide even her first name written on a tag at her uniform), told me that she will not allow me to seat at the first seat because of my AGE (I'm at late 70's) and been a WOMAN. And to her judgement, É couldn't move in case of accident. I explaned her that, as everyone can see, I'm perfectly fit without any physical or other problem, I walked into the aircraft without any need for help carrying my 10kgs bag, so there wasn't any reason at all to deny me the first seat.

She denied and with impolite attitude, make me feel so bad, in front of my family, friends and other passengers. The Captain who involved after my son asked for explanation was kind but he didn't overturn her "decision". That make me feel its EasyJet's policy to act that way to seniors, treating them as second class (or low class, if you prefer) passengers.

This was a clear act of descrimination because of sex and age. I want everyone to know that and now I'm working hard on how to bring the case in the media and the court of law to the fullest extend.

I'm flying about 6 times a year with many airlines, but I never faced a treatment such as this. I'll try to bring my case as far as I can, both for me and for other senior passengers who faced of will face a similar condition in the future flying with EasyJet.

I'll never fly again EasyJet, even for free !
