Your upcoming title "Battlefield Hardline" is so disgusting and repulsive, i cannot in good conscience conceive of buying another title from your company, and i have been playing since the days of M.U.L.E on the commodore c64. not only is the title in bad taste, it is intentionally mis-informing and mis-leading. the true criminals are the progressive leadership in the white house, ( allowing illegal immigration to run rampant, pissing on the constitution of this nation, along with too many other things ) and your company. the ratings of your company are on par with the current administration, and it is a wonder why you haven't gone bankrupt.

Worst customer service in the world

They've been voted "worst company" two years in a row according to Forbes magazine, and with good reason. I am a customer on their owned site called POGO. POGO charges $39.99 for a yearly membership to access more games and more contests. I was going to renew, but the credit card they had on file was obsolete, as it was cancelled by the bank due to the Target Identity Theft case of a few months ago. I was unable to update my info and got a strange error message that said my account didn't exist. I am getting the "account doesn't exist" message while logged into the account they said didn't exist. I contacted the customer support option via the email on the POGO website. It takes days for a response, and the response was a cut and paste form letter saying my account was "banned or suspended" with no explanation. This doesn't even make sense and it was not related to my original question about how to update my credit card information. I was getting daily emails from POGO from a "no reply" email saying they tried to charge the account on file for the renewal and it didn't go through.

I did the live chat, called them, was able to update some info and submit a Paypal account, which they charged $39.99 on June 26, 2014. I was not awarded the promised perks for a yearly renewal, which is 100 gems (the POGO online currency to buy upgrades and extended editions of games) and a free month. I contacted customer support again, and am again informed my account is suspended or banned. I go around and around with these idiots and their cut and paste non-answer emails straight from their outsourcing in India, and then I get another email stating my "account has been thoroughly reviewed and the ban will stand". Well, you idiots, you don't get to both charge me $39.99 AND tell me that my account is suspended. If the account is suspended (and I still have no idea why it would be and they have never explained it), then you don't charge me. If you charge me, then you give the renewal perks that you advertise. At this point I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office. EA is based in Redwood City, California, so that is where I filed the complaint. I don't see how they legally think they can charge me for a service they have no intention of providing. I have contacted PayPal as well. I will not just roll over on this bogus charge if they can't answer a question about why this renewal is apparently "banned or suspended". Oh, and the absolute kicker on the whole alleged "customer service" experience is their line about how they value customer feedback and would welcome your input on their online customer support survey. That survey does not submit! They don't want to know what you think of them. It is just the last straw in an already frustrating and useless series of interactions with a company that has set up a barrier of total non-responsiveness using a 3rd world country and their lack of reading comprehension skills to cut and paste their way through a useless customer service division. If you are having trouble with this company, go to the California Attorney General website and file a complaint. It's an online complaint form. I wouldn't bother with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) as I looked at the over 2400 complaints lodged through the BBB against EA, and the BBB still gives them an "A plus" rating. Obviously the BBB is absolutely toothless and in the back pocket of the companies that pay membership fees to them. Go to the organization that has some power to do something if they detect a pattern of rip offs and bad business. The Attorney General has the power to pursue legal action in a big way if it gets enough complaints that are similar in nature. Good luck, everyone!

Harassment not addressed!

I have tried relentlessly to contact you via phone to no avail. I was brutally harassed by a user on POGO. Your contact info. & help were of no service whatsoever. I and many others were emotionally violated on your site. You give us no way of contacting you to report said harassment. I plan to contact legal support regarding your complete lack of concern during your "OFF" hours.

SimCity is the worst dam game ever for a new release.. First game I've ever heard of that you buy and can't play for 3 days. then when you want to play you have to sit and watch a timer to see if you can get on.. Its pathetic I want a full refund.

Awesome game company!

I love EA games! They are a name that I trust to make a game with exciting, life-like graphics and a great storyline. The games are pricey but very much worth it. Recommended!

EA is a piece of crap. First, they take an xbox only game (Mass Effect 1,2,3) and then make it available for ps3. Then after they release the games digitally for ps3 they don't bother to release it for xbox digitally, when it was originally an XBOX ONLY GAME! Where is the logic in this. I hate EA for their crap. They should just stick to sports games, thats all their good at.

need for speed is pathetic. bring back the story line with the old civics gtis and rsx to start out with. full customization from engine to body in detail. make the player work to earn things and make some point to the game. your online sucks complete %$^% and that is what you based the whole game on. 2 out of 10 for me and i gave you a point just because you had a halfway decent soundtrack. i want my money back and i hope all of you get fired. who was it that made up the stupid idea of unlocking cars by finding them in the game. that is the dumbest thing ive ever heard. i cant believe they actually let you sell this piece of trash to the public. you got me with the prius burning out on tv. never buying anoth nfs game again.

I simply just hate EA for ruining independent gaming companies and their games. Spore and Battlefield are among the many cases of such which add to my despise for this company. You suck, EA. c:

NFS world is selling items in the store that are in non working condition due to a faulty programming bug, they are not providing refunds for these items, and customers are being tricked into purchasing these items with a false description of the said items. This company has a lengthy history of cases similar to this, where they knowingly offer items for purchase when they are actually broken and in non working condition as described in thier sale description.

your servers are awful and you need to sort them out, every player that plays fifa should deserve a messi or Dani Alves card for compensation or some coins because most people would agree with me about the subject on your servers but other than that the gameplay and quality is very good!

Call Center

I work retail management and I understand the diffculty that customers and service providers often face .Let's say it is a two way street . I was fortune enough to get Justin D. aka InContact D. This past December . I called in becouse I had recieved a game for christmas with bad codes and I had been waiting 4 monthes to play the game . Justin was kind and completely understood and went to work right away to help Even though he sounded a little worn thin (Inwhich I could completely understand why .It was afternoon and Dec the 26th the week after Chritmas can be rough) . He stayed with me every step of the way until he had my game up and running . The entire time he was very kind and patient .Which is to say alot becouse I am not the most tech savy person in the world . Thanks Justin

I had a customer support rep who seemed like they were from a 3rd world country with the broken english they used trying to talk to me. After spending more then a half hour waiting for a CSR and spending a half hour talking to her she pretends I wasn't answering her and she tells me "Since I am not receiving any response from you I have to end this session. If you have any issue in future, Please contact to me again, I would fell glad to help you"
I'm pretty sure it was just the fact that they didn't comprehend the lingo and had no idea what I was talking about. Absolutely ridiculous!

i am having a lot of problems with sorting out my e a account for Dragon age 2 it was going great untill this morning when all the exteras i had perchased for the game had disapeared.your ea account is not supported or has been disabled.ihavenot disabled anything,and as for not supported ? I dont think much of this tretment I have put some cash into this game cant your peaple correct this problem.i dont feel very pleased with your product at [email protected]
