HORRIBLE
Two weeks ago I went into the store to reserve my vehicle for an upcoming vacation that was supposed to take place Monday. The branch manager reserved my vehicle and told us we could pick up early if things worked out according to my husband's job and assured us that our vehicle would be there and that was that. This is not our first time renting from you. My truck driver husband took off for a trip to see sick family ONLY BECAUSE we reserved a van to go in. I have a terminal illness and have to have a van for any long road trip! We went to pick up our van Monday and the manager informed us our vehicle wasn't available and had to come back. She then was suddenly gone for the day and another man was there with a room full of people going through the same thing as me all by himself. All day long we tried to get our vehicle and he said that it's not a guarantee that we can get the vehicle we reserved and NEVER ONCE have we been informed of that! Because of this branch my husband has now lost all of his vacation days and almost a 1,000$ in pay for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! The man said he found a van in Shreveport and two of them were on their way and he would call us as soon as it got there. That was Monday afternoon it is now Thursday morning and no call no email and my calls won't even be answered! Thanks for destroying a chance to see dying family and taking money from my family when I'm terminal myself! She also informed me that you fired the last manager who has always taken care of me and my family members and always made things right. Stupidest thing you ever did!!!!

Very nice while screwing customers
My wife was rear ended so state farm rented a car for her at enterprise the people were very nice until we got a call the day after the car was returned attemping to confirm a charge of $370 something Dollars Well come to find out they call add on insurance a damage waiver! This was totally misrepresented to my wife presented as an option with a charge that would only be charged if the car was damaged. They offered to do us a favor in the second managers words (Nat- e Blairsville Ga.) and refund half the charge. This issue is still pending with nothing credited to the card yet but they finally took the $139 hold off the card which remained for several days.

Awesome car rental company!
I had friends in the military that used Enterprise often when they were on base and could not bring their cars with them. The cars were always extremely clean and well taken care of. They seemed brand new even when they were a few years old! Enterprise takes care of their cars and customers, as well as offering great deals!
