From now on I will tell everyone who will listen to me to buy a HP printer and not an epson . Anything but epson . They are rubbish. Unfortunately I have an XP-342 . It is stupidly complex to use and often fails to work .

I Bought epson printer month ago. I replace two times ink, it doesn't support even from their company's ink. Worse Printer ever i bought in my life. I recommended everyone please don't buy printer from epson company. I hate it.

EPSON=CRAP. I will never buy another epson product as long as I live. Customer service replaced this same printer 5 times in 1.5 years. It went out again and they said I would have to pay to have it fixed. The worst customer service and product EVER!!

Support on the whole is sub-par
This review does not consider the quality of Epson products. In my view a consumer's assessment here of Epson products is essentially worthless, as the review must be based on the consumer's experience with at most a few of the huge number of Epson products on the market. My review is based on Epson's documentation and support. Printed documentation is confusing and phone support is awful. Representatives are in general clueless, often not even understanding the question, and a the conversation can be excruciatingly lengthy. Fortunately, Epson's online support (at http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/), though not one-on-one, is much better, although a major problem is that it's limited in scope.

This useless printer from Epson never works right. Every page I print has these horizontal lines across it, to which the customer support didn't give me any insight as to why. It also seems to have a problem collating my pages properly when I want to print many copies of multi-page documents. Just don't bother with these hacks, and stick to better makers, which I leaned the hard way.

I hate your printers!!! I hate all of them equally. They are designed to waste ink!!! I had about 25% of ink left and it told me to replace it. No wonder that everyone is going to paperless cause it is absolutely stupid how much you guys charge for ink. Just a big middle finger to you guys. I am going back to HP more expensive but much better product.

Fine quality printing.
I have used Epson printers for quite a few years, and I can attest to how excellent the printing quality is. Haven't had to make a customer service call, either, since none of them ever had any maintenance issues.

I will probably never buy another Epson printer.
If my black ink goes low, I can't print in an emergency situation with the color. Most of all, I can't even SCAN! That means my printer is entirely broke!!!
Also, I can't use any other brand ink but Epsons. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

epason with best quality projector
i can say that the epson is a very best company which produces best kind and quality projectors. it is synonymous to the quality and its ability.i have a epson printer and i got 5 years to bought it even after 5 years i don't have spend a rupee on its maintenance.Anonymous-87097.... Hi to all, i have purchased 2 Epsom printers in the last 6 months the first 640 workforce didnt even last a month as i put none geniune cartrdges in continious ink tanks and it kept coming up as a fault i should still be able to use what ever i like in my printer as i can choose use non geniine cartrages and void the warranty second printer 320 workforc and still the same but with a lot more issues as i run a small computer shop i need to keep my cost down to pass on to my customers not happy as i will tell all mt customers never buy Epsom Crap

your printer in not satisfaction, i am buy tx121 model printer before 4month,and printed less than 100copies but give to two time epson service center,your side not clear my fault

I hate this printer, I have lines printed all throughout my documents, and they said it was because my paper was flipped the wrong way, and when I turned it around there were still lines. I also can't print slides without them being flipped the wrong way especially when I print more than 1 slide per page. This printer sucks, don't ever buy epson, save yourself the hassel!!

Fine for the most part.
The printing is satisfactory, but I wish that my printer didn't make sounds like a dying animal when I try to print something.

I WILL NEVER BUY A EPSON PRINTER AGAIN I ONLY HAD THIS PRINTER FOR TWO YEARS I AM NOT ABLE TO PRINT AND I JUST GOT NEW INK AND THEY ARE LOW THIS PRINTER IS A JUNK.
