Every day I log in to Facebook without a problem. Every so often cannot go to Facebook giving all of my information over and over again. Why? It is most annoying. My information is on your records so why do I have to keep sign on at random times. All that does is make me use Facebook less. So many people complain about this.

I like facebook because i don't have many friends or go out much i am a very isolated person due to my chronic depression. So Facebook is a good way to talk to people, make new friends and get some help and support. It always cheers me up when i get to chat with one of my facebook friends because it makes me feel less lonely.And you get play games and see fun post, sometimes there can be a little drama tho lol. But its good for people who are suffering various illness and still feel part of the world to connect and reach out.

Actually, I didn't want to register for a Facebook account some years ago when all of my relatives and friends already had one. I was afraid of data security issues. But then I decided to give it a try.I mainly use Facebook for sharing my writing and post only few personal photos and updates. Sometimes I'm really upset about what people share on Facebook sometimes. I think I would only post photos and content I would also share offline with my friends. As I wouldn't share any intimate or embarrassing photos with people offline I would also avoid this on Facebook.

Don't like the updates
Well, its a great social site to keep up with friends and post pictures. You can post pictures, status updates, videos, games, high scores, and just about anything you can think of online. Facebook has turned into shameless money making.
Everywhere I turn Facebook is advertising different ways to get you to spend your money. Where it's either Facebook Apps that get you addicted and want you to pay money to keep playing or enjoy it's content, for very low end games that took about 2 weeks to develop. Shameless big companies post constantly about new deals and get rich quick schemes. It's turned from sharing life experiences with your friends and meeting new people, Into "Hey look at these great deals!" in between Facebook posts. It's an embarrassment to social networking. The only reason I even continue to use this site is because sadly it's become one most known way to communicate with loved ones. It's very user friendly, Ill give it that. Easy to set up and start talking with people. But if anyone gets a hold of your Facebook they can easily ruin your life and Facebook doesn't seem to care as long as they are making grossing income. use of name and photo on sites outside of facebook
I get really agitated when I see my name and photo on an unrelated site where comments are posted. I do not understand why this is not an invasion of privacy. Our experience has been negative. Account holders (Rhonda Houle-Rugby, ND) continues to taunt and whine to her contacts about her miserable life circumstances. She ought to be flagged and her account closed due to the abuse. The site is intended for open, friendly communication, not for those who taunt and threaten others who have to hear about untoward comments from other users, etc.Innocent people are targeted by abusers and it needs to be addressed by the company and government, if the company wants to be reputable!

Printing pictures withoiut black background
Many people load up their favorite pics and sometimes I would like to print them. They sometimes print with a large black baground that is visible on-line, but does not always print that way. And often there are multiple copiues of the same image (6-16 copies, maybe more). I can't believe individual users are making the identical mistake to cause all the black to be printed or multiple images of the same thing. Fun, but a few hangups.
I love Facebook and the availability it gives me to those I want to keep in contact with. My friends and I have a lot of fun on it, but the constant changing (and not always for the better) of things gets annoying, and there are often time quirks and snags that cause me to have to reload it.

Bad or absent Navigation
Entering Facebook is easy, reaching your wall and making comments is easy. But I happened to create an App. It is strange that even after logging in, you need to type facebook/developers to reach the specified page: there is no shortcut/link for that purpose.Next, once you create that App and stay there to configure its settings. Now, returning back to the home is non-existent! There are just no links whatsoever to reach your joining page!
The problem is Facebook is so adamant on not answering user's problems, I did not even find any answer in their so-called knowledgebase.
I even found an (unofficial) forum and posted my query, but strangely enough, even they had no answer.

I've found my old friends, thanks to facebook. It also helped create a bigger social circle, so I'd be able to get to know more people who I already met through my friends. I have to be sure to have an interesting profile to leave a good impression on companies and friends who may look up on my profile, so I can appear more attractive to them. A company this huge, with so much money yet so little customer service! This is truly immoral, unethical and illegal. I have been trying to get someone for a whole year now. I believe what I have placed on my site is my intellectual property, and thus I should have the right to administer it and have a decision as to what I want to do with it, keep it on Facebook or disable it. How does a company get away with such horrendous service? Because we who use it allow it. What if we all joined together and tell them, either you hire people to handle customer service calls or we are all going to deactivate our accounts on a certain day....and then we do it. I don't think there will be anyone at Facebook that will bother to take the time to read this or even act on my many emails that I have sent....too busy counting their money.

Wow, I just concluded possibly the worst customer service experience ever, with Facebook. So I own an advertising agency, I spend nearly $5000 on ads a month on the Facebook platform alone.
For some reason, one day about a month ago, I go to create a new ad. I click the button and I get the "Facebook Error" page. I thought at first oh well, it's down for maintenance or something. So I check again the next day. Still not working, so I clear my browser cache as instructed on the "Support" and "Known Issues" pages Facebook offers for support. I did this but to no avail.
I tried different browsers, different computers, operating systems, phone browsers and different ISPs. It wouldn't work anywhere on anything...for me.
I asked my friend to see if the "Create Ad" page was working for him, sure enough it was. So, my first contact with Facebook, Veronica in the Business Department, was on Valentine's Day. I waited a few days for her reply, to find that she required a screenshot of the error screen, fine. I sent it and waited a week. After the week went by I emailed her back asking for an update. She said, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, our tech department is working on it."
Another week goes by.
'Veronica, I still can't create ads, what's the deal?'
"Our tech team is working on the issue, I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
At this point I started to get a little aggravated, mainly due to the fact that on Facebook's Careers page there is a video explaining they have 900 ninjas, referring to their employees...so, I responded with a bit of a snarky remark.
"Veronica, I see that on the careers page there is a video explaining you employ 900 ninjas. Would it be possible for me to get just one of those ninjas to work on my issue? I know the measly $90,000 that I've spent on ads has absolutely no effect on Facebook's financials whatsoever but it does affect mine. "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, our tech team is working to resolve the problem, I understand your frustration."
Well, to say the least, I was expecting a bit more of an explanation. So, I just decided to keep my mouth shut.
Another week passed and I checked to see if my problem was resolved yet, by click the button to create a new ad. And...it worked. I was happy but angry at the same time. Angry because Veronica didn't let me know the issue had been resolved.
I emailed her to let her know the problem had been fixed and asked her why she hadn't emailed me to let me know.
Her reply just acknowledged that the issue had been corrected and she avoided my question about why she didn't call me to let me know it had been finished.
Wasn't happy with the situation at all. I understand that problems happen, and when you have 500 million people using your website, it can take a while to find and fix a problem that only effects a small number of people. But I strongly believe that Facebook doesn't at all understand the concept of customer service.

I been tryin to get a hold of facebook for 8 mouths now my father larry a king was murdered in july of last year.he has account with facebook.i get nothing.i need to have facebook take his account off the web.
