Store#01933 needs to be shut down, dirty as hell,isles blocked, only one door works, one register only, no bags. Damn sorriest store I've been in. no more business from me

Family Dollar 400 east main,Union,S.C.
This store used to be neat,clean and organized up until they got a new manager toward the end of 2016.Now is definitely going down hill.Isles are hard to get down due tostock blocking the way.Sales are confusing with red tagssome are on sale some are not.the employees are no longer as helpful now either.The weather tonight being bad they were closing early.Cashier answered phone and overheard her tell person on line closing at 6pm.Stayed in parking lot waiting on someone,the doors were locked before 5:30.Think that was unfair to whom ever had called if they made a trip for no reason.I myself counted 25 customers that tried to enter between 5:30 and 5:45.This is bad bussiness.Thaks for your time.

Just wanted to tell someone gallon storage bags with the Ziploc they are no good in the middle of my box they were all stuck together as though somebody heated them that makes holes in the bags just no good

Hot shopping experience AC not working,food coolers always leaking
Air Conditioner has never worked properly,food coolers Always leaking. This is a brand New store in Winston Salem NC. Awful shopping experience store is Always Hot, costumers complaining store employees complaining.I won't go back till they fix AC,also their food coolers always leaking on floor and confiscation building up inside glass doors makes us wonder if the food is kept at proper temperature? I don't want my family sick so I won't buy milk etc.... I have called headquarters about the issues of course nothing has been fixed nor have I got a return call.I was so excited when I knew the store was opening around the corner sadly I have resumed shopping at Dollar General.Always cool and food coolers work fine.I am not the only one who is disappointed in my area

This has to be stopped someone has to do something about misrepresenting company brand and policies

Customer Service, no work ethics
Went to the Family Dollar on Clinton, in Hempstead, NY. I was waiting on line when registered named Michael came to the customer behind me to come to the other registered that he was going to ring him up. I was online all the time. No work ethics, what he did was totally unacceptable. I felt discriminated. I asked to speak to the Manager. The manager was standing in front while I was complaining that, that was not acceptable. The manager did not apologize or anything. Only a register that saw what had happened it apologize. Michael was prejudice. No customer service at all.Anonymous-123196.... October 24th, 2013
Hi I was at the store in Gretna La located on Lafayette St.near the budget saver. I'm a regular customer and I'm constantly getting expired food from there and then to too it off I saw a mouse run across the floor. then the male store manager was very rude to me. I will not be shopping there any longer.

Sometimes get lucky
All Family Dollar stores in my town are VERY full with stuff, most of it is junk. They literally have merchandise hanging from other stuff because they don't have enough room. The clerk wasn't at the register when I went to pay, and I had to wait until he decided to come and help me. Some dollar stores have decent merchandise if you look for it, but it is very hard to find anything worthwhile in these stores. The Family Dollar in Columbia Ms is dirty and unorganized the employees dress and act like they dont care about the way the store looks in or out..
