Your (your state) drop down in you "contact us by email" doesn't work. Therefore the email will not send...I have not been able to find another way to contact you. Please fix this so I am able.

I was a loyal faithful customer of Farmers for over 15 years with my cars, house and life polices with them. My agent and office staff were like second family to me and I thought they cared about me and my son. Well, I was very wrong! It seems to me that all they care about is themselves and their MONEY!I called around comparing rates of other companies and found that Farmers was the most expensive. I called my agents office but she was not there (which she rarely ever was) and I spoke with the assisant (who should get a big raise because she is doing all the work for the agent) who told me she could not match the other companies prices. I left Farmers after all those years at a savings of over $700 a year. Saving money is the best thing about my comments but the saddest thing is that it has now been 4 months and I have not heard one thing from my old Farmers agent. I thought that I should have at least gotten a phone call thanking me for all my business over the years and to check their rates in a year to see if they could beat the competitors. BUT NOTHING!!! Not a card, not a call, NOTHING!! I AM VERY HURT AND UPSET BY THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND FARMERS TO ANYONE I KNOW! Insurance, in most cases, is a rip off and a bummer but necessary. The least they can do is it make people feel appreciated and not be so cold, like throwing them to the gutter. As far as I am concerned: FARMERS SUCKS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! TRY ALLSTATE!!!!!
