Bad for cell phones, good for tablets
My friends have used Fido for their phones and they have only complained a few times, but I find Fido cell plans are too expensive. The only thing I use from Fido is their Tablet plan and it works well.

Fido sucks
Hi i bought 2 new phones from fido canada. The blackberry never worked right from day one. Now it will not even pick up fido tower. All im getting from fido is the run around and BS. Not even a year with them and i hate them. If they do not want to fix my phone then im out 300 dollars. Also do not go to fido at Cornwall Square they will tell you they helped you too much and argue with you. I told fido about this and they told me they have no control over fido stores. So that tells me that fido does not care how theirs stores treat you and they do not care if their fido stores are ruining their name. Seems like no mater what cell phone provider you go to they are all the same. No pride in customer service anymore.

I cancelled my cell phone service and they assessed a one month penalty. This is the first time any utility has charged me an extra month in penalties when I cancelled service
