Didn't even look at my car.
I set an appointment to have several things done on my car. I purchased the lifetime alignment service and bought my tires there so I get free rotation and alignment.. I also scheduled an oil change and diagnostic for a squeaky sound I was hearing. I live in an isolated area so I drove 45 minutes to a Firestone store. He asked if I was waiting for the car and I told him I was going to be walking around and basically killing time for the 2 hours he said he would be working on my car. I ask him toCall me if he had any questions or problems. I returned 2 1/2 hours later and could tell by the placement of my car in the parking lot that the car had not been moved. It was not busy. No one was in the waiting area and only 1 car was being worked on. A mechanic was up front and tried to help me but couldn't find my keys. He went to get the Manager on duty and you could tell the manager didn't even know what to say. He fumbled with his words gave me several excuses as to why they never looked at my car. He offered no apology and no way to make it right. I left and immediately called corporate customer service. I was assured the regional manager would contact me within 48 hours. It's been a week and I've called 4 times with no response. Each time I call I am told it's going to be another 48 hours. Terrible service and no customer service.

Dont buy any tires, or get an alignment from them. I got bad tires and bad alignment. My tires were balance incorrectly and alignment was worst than when i brought in my vehicle. I am really disappointed.

My wife's car went in for power steering noise they replace the rack Tha car was ok for 2 weeks noise came back left car overnight said there was air in the system really ??? Picked up car wife started car could not move steering wheel was making noises too while driving AGAIN to firestone to leave car overnight to b picked up on Friday. Doesn't anyone know how to fix cars over there? I told many people not to come here to get ur car fixed on face book I gave them bad reviews I told them install America parts made in the USA from Napa not Chinese crap they use ,they all laughed next I'll go to corporate and tell them what kind of business they are running here on people's cars can't even fix your own car correctly !!!! I mean 3x to get it right ??????? And they are still in business here?????

I have been marooned in Portland, Or. for over five days due to the bungling of your Arizona repair center where I took my Lexus to be repaired prior to beginning a long trip. I have been told repeatedly that a 'district inspector' would contact me and come to view my auto at the Lexus dealer where it has been since five days previous. I have been told that Firestone will: 1) reimburse me for motel expenses I have incurred, and 2) pay to have the auto repaired (I have already paid your charges of over $3,000.00 for the bungled job). Neither has occurred because Firestone has not responded PERSONALLY to my situation.
Now, you will be incurring additional expenses for MEDICAL ISSUES I am suffering due to your refusal to take responsibility for your bungling and for leaving me stranded for several days. I am a disabled American who cannot move about freely as most persons are able. I will spend my last cent to hire a bulldog attorney to sue you for treble tort damages for documented bungling of repairs that were performed incorrectly and that put my life in jeopardy, for causing stress that has raised my daily blood-sugar and blood pressure levels to dangerous levels and have sent me to the hospital, for refusing to respond to emergency repair issues that, if not performed correctly by the Lexus dealer whose master mechanic has detailed the bungling, could cause my death, and for further exacerbating my stress because this unwarranted delay has caused me to miss my family reunion in Idaho.
This is not an idle threat intended to procure immediate response. This is a promise that I will not rest until I have complete satisfaction from Firestone. I will be at the Lexus Dealer in Portland early this a.m. to receive contact from your 'district inspector' as specified by your earlier promises. If I have not had contact from Firestone by 12:00 noon Portland time, I will have my auto repaired by the professionals at Lexus so that I may continue toward home in Arizona, and will not hesitate to begin a vigorous legal campaign to find satisfaction from Firestone.

Still pissed!
When the Firestone/Ford issue arose, it was a big deal. Everyone had to get new tires because of a HUGE recall that was issued. Well, the issue is STILL present in that U-Haul will not allow owners of Ford Explorers to rent because of the Firestone issue that happened, oh, only 12 years ago!!! This is ridiculous and I definitely hold a grudge against Firestone because of it. Regardless of the model year, U-Haul will NOT rent to ANY Ford Explorer owners. Thanks Firestone!
