Customer Service

I have the worst customer service this past two weeks. My telephone went out last Friday November 29. I called it in and they gave me a repair date of Dec. 5 and no one showed up. I called back and they gave me a repair date of Dec. 6 and no one show up. This is now Dec. 10 and I still do not have telephone service.

BAD SERVICE

Frontier has the WORSE service I have ever been privy to in my entire life.
I was put on hold for 30 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second for a total time of unproductive work time of 45 minutes.
PLEASE PLEASE WHERE IS AT & T...where is VERIZON...anyone but FRONTIER All of us in our entier neighborhood despise FRONTIER>

the internet runs slower than dial up what the hell do we pay for anyways the phone lines in my area are the first lines ever installed and never have been changed or up graded. you leave trees on them for years its time for you to get up out of your office chairs and get things fixed

I just recently added Frontier/Dish as my cable, Internet , phone provider. Today it is snowing moderately with less than an inch accumulation thus far and I have Complete Signal Loss. I was told by Cust. Service that this could happen whenever it snows. Here in the Northeast that could be 30 or more times a Winter.
I miss my Cablevision already. I never would have subscribed if I had known this.

Charged for cancelling phone service.

I had my phone in Atlanta, Mich at our summer home on vacation becuase my husband was in the hospital from "August 15th 2011 thru January 2012 and almost died while in the hospital. He was released and then was readmitted on June 17th. very ill and was in the hospital for another month. We were not able to make a trip to check on our home. He was going to be readmitted on Nov. 20th so I called and asked to have phone turned on for a few days because he wanted to go up North one last time. I was told that we could not put the phone back on vaation and I received a bill for $54.00 for a month of service for a single phone basic service. I told the customer service man that I was going to cancel service in probably a week. We were only able to stay 2 days because he got to sick to stay any longer. I called to have the phone cancelled asked how much I would owe and he said he didnt know and it would have to be pro rated and I would receive a bill. I received a bill for $200 and this was for a cancellation fee. I never signed a contract and never gave verbal authorization for a contract. I had only been paying $10 a month while on vacation. I am not going to pay this bill I don't care if they ding my credit report. This is unfair. They are ripping people off. I never have had to pay to have a phone turned off. This sucks.
