Haven't received my games
I haven't received my 2 games yet I think I wasted my money on this craps what do I do if I didn't get them and If I didn't who is responsible for it

AMAZING LOVE THE GAMES
Gamefly is an amazing website to rent games. They have all my favorite games I want to play. I can play games before I decide to buy them! Overall Gamefly is an amazing site to rent games!

i just completed my trail membership and was billed for my first month the games in my q have been a little mixed up but they have been shipping fairly promptly if i put them in the post on monday by saturday i have new games my problem is the condition of the games when they arrive my wife requested sims 3 it arrived covered in white paint it would have toasted my xbox if i didn't catch it two other games fable 3 and marvel avengers have arrived scratched beyond all repair and my brand new xbox says they are unreadable skyrim arrived and will play them freezes because its scratched so bad I mean who is checking this stuff before it goes out is there absolutely no quality control if so im not shelling out money for this you must be crazy

I don't have any experience with their subscription services. But I have bought games from Direct2Drive (always very happy with them) which has since been subsumed by GameFly. Now to get those games I have to use GameFly's poor imitation of Steam to download them. This program literally blue screens my computer all the time. I've never had a blue screen until I used it. It also stops at 99% for some games and never finishes downloading. And when you get the games, they are just installers. It's not like Steam with a built in-installer. Can't I just download my game installers using my browser's download capabilities?

Lousy service.
If you want to use Gamefly, don't expect to get the games you order for several months. Their service is quite appalling.

200/kbs IF I'm lucky. This is on THEIR end.3rd time, six days...failed to download! Have to restart download after complete. Origin, Steam, no problem. What a piece of crap service. NEVER again. Drop the online PC downloads if you cannot handle them. NOT brain surgery.

If you're a gamer but can't afford everything, I recommend Gamefly. With gamefly you can play any game you want for a small membership fee. When you're done with a game, all you have to do is mail it back. The only real problem I had was when I had to call them for something but they had me listening to a lot of elevator music.

watch out
this company rips you off as soon as they get your bank information. i returned all theyre games. i decided to cancel with them. was never billed just 7.99. it was always more and when i cancelled my subscription they charged me 43.00 for what? automatically just took it out of my account and i have no idea why. was there something im missing? false advertising. these people suck

GameFly
A great way to try new games before you buy them, but despite what they say they do limit the number of games you can rent a month. Even if I return a game the same day I cannot get more than 6 games a month.Anonymous-25405.... March 30th, 2011
I made the mistake of returning 2 games in one envelope (don't do that). Long story short, they only recorded 1 game returned and I was charged for the second game. Then my account was canceled and I was sent to collections for the missing game. This really pissed me off! So I emailed them,...
Each of my 3 emails were answered in less than 24 hours. Each topic I brought up was addressed in full. I did not receive any of those generic form letter responses, which I HATE. The customer service associate was very friendly in spite of my irritated tone. And finally, My issue was quickly and completely resolved to my satisfaction!
I didn't like the situation I was in, but I found their level of customer service to be FANTASTIC!!
