Worst ever

Please I repeat please do not use green dot cant talk to a human and its ran by robots absolutely frustrated

SCAM

I recently purchased a Greendot Visa card from a local Speedway (as in yesterday morning), and had $50 added at time of purchase. What I did not realize at the time was it would be easier to take a walk on Mars than get this card activated or registered. Getting a human being on the phone was almost as impossible. I am currently on hold with a human being who is almost as useless as the gum stuck on the bottom of a shoe. I finally got put on the phone with gumshoe's manager, and nope still useless. He wants me to wait another 24 hours plus an extra hour, and then go through this nightmare again. They both attempted to blame me saying I must have used my cell rather than desktop or laptop (which apparently you can only use) to register my card. I actually used my laptop to attempt to activate and register this card. Now, gumshoe's manager took it a step further by hinting that I either used the wrong website or the wrong web browser. (BTW I used Greendot.com and google chrome). I hope that if you're reading this you haven't already fell into their trap and purchased one of these cards. Oh, one more thing, both told me, unfortunately we cannot register your card over the phone Ms. Really Pissed Off, this card can only be registered and activated online. If you have already purchased their card. Good luck and may the force be with you. Because you're going to need it. And, if you figure out a way to get your card activated, registered and working shoot me a message, or if you're a handsome single millionaire looking for the love of your life, but I doubt that happening since this is greendot prepaid cards.
