Great Customer Service
I brought an item on Groupon from a third party and I never received it. I could not get in contact with them and had a lot of trouble for over a month. Groupon's customer service refunded me the money and was helpful when the merchant would not respond. Groupon itself is great but the merchants on it should definitely be reviewed before purchasing! Thank god for their customer service though.

We had friends and we went and had separate checks they said only one of us could use our Groupon. I love the restaurant bit think they are predjudice

Milk n Honey Restaurant
Me and my friend used are groupon at Milk n Honey . it was healthy food. It was very different and very delicious. Would recommend to everyone.

Purchased a "manufacturer refurbished" Samsung 2.1 soundbar for my t.v. Took over a week to get to me and I only live two states away. Came in a box never intended for this unit and was poorly packed. So it comes as no surprise when I plugged it in and got nothing. It was dead on arrival. Called Samsung who actually took the time to help me diagnose the problem. After providing them with the serial number, they said it was outside the warranty period. I would have to send it to them,at my cost and pay for the repair. Tried to contact Groupon and found it was impossible to speak with a customer service rep. I filled out their online automated return form and they sent me a return shipping label. Will be going to the P.O. first thing in the morning to return it. If I do not receive a full refund, I will initiate chargeback proceeedings with my credit card company. Has anyone tried this before? Groupon is a complete rip-off and I urge anyone who considers doing business with them to reconsider.

I wish to advise we want a refund for a Trampline which was purchased for Xmas .. and the rods have collapsed which keep it together we find it very unsafe for the grandkids and it was only used for 2 weeks prior to falling apart .. therefore we are entitled to a full refund as per the ACCC
I want the Trampline picked up from our home and refunded ASAP.

I have just begun to be a customer of Groupon. It is nothing but a rip off I cannot even download the Sam's voucher that I paid $45 for I cannot even Get a reply about how to get a refund I would not recommend Groupon to an enemy. So save your money and just go online or to the store and buy it not worth the hassle

Castrol Lube Express - Coquitlam
Warning!Stay away from this place. I went there for Grupon oil change and they said they will check the car for me free. The worker said that I need new filter, shawing me how dirty it is. I had a feeling that something is not right so I said thanks. After coming home I check the filter again. Was completly clean. This man shawed me different filter actually even smaller than main. NO STARS!!!

Mystery Dinner Theater
I usually trust Groupon to provide great offers in the San Diego area. However, I was truly blindsided by this one. I purchased tickets for my husband and I as well as newlywed friends as a way to celebrate their wedding. There was no clue in the offer that we were going to a GAY BAR! The "actors" screamed at us for an hour before we got up and left - without dinner, I might add. Please provide FULL DISCLOSURE after this on your deals. If only I had checked Yelp first. There are others who were equally horrified by the experience.

The groupon customer service it self was fine, but the business's that you buy from are terrible!!! A groupon I bought for a yoga/ Pilates class and laser treatments both places employed very rude and inconsiderate people!! Pilates place would not except a groupon that was expired a week! due to a death in the family I was not able to use it before the experation date, they didn't care all they told me was I could use the value but had to spent more money now to take the class. I understand that if they let one person go past the experation then they have to let all butthere should be exceptions.

grubby, dirty, totally unprofessional knew I should have walked out as soon as I entered the salon but thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. No heating, use of students who couldnt complete treatments and went off for a "butty" leaving me just sat on a dirty wicker chair with a more than well worn cushion. Used freezing cold water. I know it was cheap but OMG is was dreadul NEVER EVER AGAIN Had to put a rating but computer wouldnt allow me to put a minus score

Great service!
I love Groupon! They always have great deals for great places in my area! I have used it to get a great deal on salon services, restaurants, and entertainment that might have otherwise cost an arm and a leg. Great company!stoverfour.... June 29th, 2012

Refused the Groupon. Argued with me and told me to go ahead and call Groupon. I felt very ripped off. The food was mediocre and the service was poor. I had to go "fetch" my own check and dishes were never cleared. Do not go to this restaurant.crazyredhead87.... June 27th, 2011
I LOVE GROUPON!
Groupon has been great! Because of groupon I have discovered activities in my local area that I would never have found. We have been able to visit restaurants and go whale watching even though normally this would be too expensive for us. We have also been able to find new things to do that are reasonably priced thanks to past deals or deals that are incredibly discounted but regularly reasonably priced. I look forward to many more groupon deals.

Groupon really is a good way to find bargains. And they conveniently get emailed directly to you! They are great for the economy, too: local business make money, consumers get discounts. Everyone wins.Groupons are also very easy to purchase and redeem.

Excellent source of bargains
Much imitated, Groupon remains the best of the deal-of-the-day sites. Its deals are excellent, usually offering 50% to 80% off. It will send you deal announcements based on your location and interests. Its customer service, including toll-free phone support, is first-rate, and the organization is generous in agreeing to returns. Its referral program is the best I've seen, often providing more in credit than the referral is immediately worth to the company.On the downside, its persistent Choose Your Neighborhood popup can't be blocked even with a popup blocker, and its interest choices are not complete enough to stop many notices of deals that may be of no interest to you.
