Guitar superstore!

I really like browsing around Guitar Center, but I have some issues with them. First, their pricing is VERY steep, even for used products. It sometimes seems like they are price gouging their customers. Secondly, they don't take good care of some of their items. For instance, they stack drums when they are in backstock - I get it, they are trying to save space, but they basically render the drums useless because the heads end up stretched and worn out. However, they still try to sell the messed up products as if nothing is wrong with them! Not the right way to do business. At least their employees are nice!
