Great Hampton Inn in Portland,Maine
I stayed at this Hampton Inn for 3 nights at the end of August 2015. I have a unique perspective on hotels because I use a wheelchair, have a service dog, and travel with a personal care attendant. This Hampton was great. We were welcomed by name, and the room was exactly what I booked, a 1 king accessible room with a tub. The hotel even remembered to put the shower chair into the tub before we entered the room for the first time. There was plenty of grass close to each of the doors of the hotel; I appreciated not having to go too far in order to relieve my service dog. The room was clean, and there were plenty of pillow options. The fridge in the room was helpful for left over pizza one night. There was sufficient space for me to maneuver in my wheelchair, and there was very little noise from other guests. The hotel had a pool and other amenities, but we did not make use of those.
My attendant and I very much enjoyed the cookies, fruit, and drinks always available in the lobby. The breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn selections. There were several serials, eggs, bagels, toast, breakfast sausage or bacon, juices, tea, coffee, etc. The options were good, and the food was tasty. We enjoyed being able to start off each day with the complimentary meal. Other hotels offer free breakfasts, but Hampton always has good quality breakfasts, and I can book a room with assurance that the breakfast will be good. Furthermore, the hotel gave us bagged breakfasts on our final night since we were leaving very early, before breakfast would be available.

The best Q/A website but lacks user support.
This is by far the most easy site to earn gift cards of your choice by answering questions for people seeking answers which are not available on the net. Very elegant website design and easy to surf around. The rewards by email reach very early. The downside is the lack of user support by the site itself. Overall 4.5/5.

first impression
being new to the site,i had a quick look around checking what kind of questions and the quality of the answers given I can say I was quite satisfied with what i saw and I will be participating with some answers and perhaps some questions myself!!So the first impression is that it is a trustworthy place to get some quick answers to a huge variety of things!!

Babies R Us
Went to Babies r Us to pick out a baby shower gift. Most of the things on the registry either wasn't in stock or only available online which was a bummer. But I was very happy with the customer service. The lady helping me spent a good 20 minutes helping me pick out was was available.

It is one of the best question and answering website in the internet with good systems it also has quite high ranking in alexa page rankings and it is improving day by day and the website is quite legit also with good paying rate and one can redeem his points against amazon.com gift cards which is also quite useful

Biggest drawback is the lack of user support
This help site, like many others, offers advice provided by users. The help concerns issues with one of the listed companies (online and offline), of which there is a huge number. Unlike the competition, the site materially rewards those who answer the questions.Unfortunately, many questions go unanswered, and a particular answer may not be reliable. Other help sites may yield more useful results.
For those who wish to provide answers:
PLUSES
1. Compensation.
2. Wide choice of companies about which you can submit your answers.
3. Notification by email or RSS of questions for your selected companies.
MINUSES:
1. Support is patchy at best. Some support questions will be answered; others will be ignored.
2. As a result of the site's promotional practices, a great many questioners believe they are asking help directly of the subject companies.

The best question and answering site that i have found
Very useful site that provides good answer for the question asked and since there are more than one answer for certain question, this help the person who asked the question as he has more than one answer to refer.For the person who answers the question there are rewards which makes it an excellent site for people to share the knowledge that have by answering the questions.

Love this site!
When I first fell upon this site, I thought it was too good to be true that I would get points towards gift cards for answering/asking questions and posting reviews. But I found it to be true and I am loving it. I love helping people with their questions and posting my reviews about products I have and have experience with. It does take time to get the gift cards, but I think the point amounts are fair for the gift cards you get. After all, if it didn't take some effort more people would be on here posting crap reviews! Not best but good
Good site but reward amount is too small. as people only work for money and getting 50000 points only for 10 dollars is too much difficult. 10 dollars should be given on 20000 points. so that more people may get attracted. but a good site for revieing the product and answering questions. as well as freely asking.rishi949.... Helpowl is a great site to help others and get answers.If you're trying to earn quickly it can be frustrating but it's meant to be done over time in my opinion.

Great Way to Learn, Teach, Help, & Earn!
One of the surprising things I've found since joining this site is that not only have I been able to help contribute and give others information that they need, but I'm learning new things from the experience as well. I find myself researching some questions to find answers, and in the process, learn along the way! What a great way to earn something nice like a gift card, while helping others, and taking away new information all the time. It's a win-win situation. I highly recommend this site for others who have information to share, and love to do a bit of research and learn new things as well. Plus, yes, you can make a little something in the process.

Fun way to make extra money
If you like researching and helping people at the same time,plus getting a bit of extra money for your effort this is a site for you.If you're here to make money, you might not find what you're looking for here.
For an average of answering 15 question a day for a full month you just got yourself 100$ giftcard. Not to mention you need to be the first to answer and get accepted .
Overall,i'm quite pleased with this site.

Not for the impatient
You need 50000 points for your points to mean anything, which means...a. posting 40-something reviews
b. answering around 500 questions, all the while not being marked as "not helpful"
I wrote about 30 reviews, and some admin went and nixed all but 10 of them. If this honest review gets pulled off, I wouldn't be surprised. I'd recommend other sites, like Points2Shop or PrizeRebel instead.
HelpOwl is better in some degrees, however. I quit using points2shop after they got angry just because I was using their website through my university's network, which isn't ok for some reason. HelpOwl didn't raise such baseless complaints. Nor do they spam me, unlike PrizeRebel.

HelpOwl.com is the best site for everyone. While at work or at home we work on so many subjects and gain more information and knowledge. In our daily lives we seldom get anyone with similar problems we can offer solutions for.On this site, I find that it helps us vent our frustration easily and beneficially too. Simply browse the site and answer questions and gather points too!

too much work, too little reward
by my math you have to post 3 reviews7 times a day to get a $10 gift card. lets not count the two that have processing fees. that or ansewer 500 questions. for $10? I havent gotten any yet but if it turns out i do, I will let you guys know. of course, i might be too old to do anything by then... the otherproblem is that it takes too long to know if an answer is accepted, but i suspect that is the users end.ploxxies.... The beginning of help owl.
You wouldnt think this would be very fun but once you get into it its pretty fun even though i may be a beginner. its great to have the sense of accomplishment of just helping someone out while also benefitting yourself with the giftcards and such. the ending line is its a win-win situation for everyone.

Helpowl.com saved our Christmas.
My boyfriend and I had fallen on hard times around November of 2010. He had been laid off and I was at that time disabled and unable to work. We were struggling just to make the bills and wondering how we were going to afford presents for my son when Christmas came. I ran across helpowl.com one night and thought...hmmm...worth a try, right?I was more than pleasantly surprised. We had a great Christmas thanks to helpowl. Good for Answerers, Less So for Questioners
My experience with HelpOwl is primarily with its questions and answers. For the questioner, HelpOwl is an okay resource, with the disadvantage that a great many questions go unanswered. Also, for whatever reason, questioners typically think they are communicating with the respective companies themselves, rather than a help site. I can't comment on the reliability of the answers, since I don't know to what extent (if at all) answers are screened.For the answerer, HelpOwl generously awards prizes for points accumulated. (You also can accumulate points for questions, but these are negligible.)
At my last check, HelpOwl was awarding prizes on the basis of about 2 cents per hundred points. It would be nice if they told participants this conversion rate up front, but obviously if they did that they would have a tough time lowering the point value subsequently.
If you enjoy this sort of thing, Help Owl is a good resource, since you're rewarded for your time, if modestly.
